New rules were proposed for screening passengers of aircraft weighing over 12,000 lbs. These have been scrapped for now, according to NPR. You appear to be safe for now in your small caper capable craft. Contrast this with the following story.
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=123390163

ITEM TWO - July 2013
Customs and Border Patrol officials are searching private planes according to AOPA. When AOPA questioned these searches under the FOI Act, they got a kiss-off letter. The FAA has the legal right to inspect pilot licenses, medical certificates and aircraft documents, but has issued instructions for performing ramp inspections on interior items such as seats and seat belts. This is a violation of Fourth Amendment protections against illegal search and seizure.
http://www.examiner.com/article/cbp-searches-of-private-aircraft-may-be-unconstitutionalthe downeast hillbillynoreply@blogger.com
