Egyptian Gov't Gives Internet Lesson to American Patriots

Shutting down the internet and digital comm is far too easy.

Egypt did it.

FedGov can and will, too.  I grow more convinced every day that in a Ruckus there will be very, very few Warriors with the spine and ideological courage to abandon the velvet-covered chains and step to our Masters.

No important industry will deny Government demands, and if they do, they are easily taken over with a few platoons and a team of technicians.

Have you considered the logistics of a Ruckus with no comm, no electricity, no running water, no fuel at gas stations...

All of these basics are easy for Government to interrupt...and just as easy for FreeFor.

III: Message to Congress

What do you think about this opening:

This book is intended to serve as notice that many Americans have become frustrated, angry and resentful that our elected officials have permitted and facilitated the deliberate and active denial of our innate Rights and Liberty.

For generations our professional Political Class has manipulated and abused Citizens through the improper use of Government at all levels.   The concise and well-articulated limits of the enumerated powers of Congress as set forth in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution have been ignored by Politicians of both major parties.  The common practice of intentionally abusing the Necessary & Proper Clause and the Interstate Commerce Clause are criminal acts deserving of impeachment, and in some cases, no less than trial for Treason.

As a result of perpetual abuse of our system of Government, the republic today is near collapse.  Our economy is broken.  Our political process is manipulated.  Our national pride has been replaced by guilt, imposed upon us by self-serving politicians.

Our politics are filled with enemies of Liberty.

The policies imposed upon the republic from Left and Establishment politicians are anti-American and violate the letter and intent of our Founding Principles.  The actions of such politicians are criminal.

This book is notice to our Political Class that our patience is nearly exhausted.  We demand that our innate Liberties be restored and respected by our politicians, or we will be forced to the remedy undertaken by our Founders.

We will no longer permit this country to be ruined by the selfish or the enemies of Liberty.

Our Government, like our paper dollar, survives only so long as We the People have faith.

The moment that you conclude that the dollars given to you for fixing a leaky pipe for a customer will not be accepted by the baker for a loaf of bread, you will stop accepting paper dollars.

It is that simple.

The legitimacy and existence of our Government is the same.

Withdraw the faith of the public, and the Government falls.

Birthers...

I am curiously watching the growing noise from the Left for the Presidents birth certificate. 

In politics, nothing is ever as it seems.  There are always undercurrents and nuances.

Two considerations: Drudge reports that 10 States are in the process of legislating Proof of Citizenship laws, with a combined Electoral value of 107.  That's a big deal, if Obama can't prove Citizenship.  If only one state, like Arizona, passed the legislation, he could opt-out of their ballot process "on principle" and it wouldn't matter to his campaign.  Afterall, Arizona is only worth 10, and he won without them in 2008.  But 107 across 10 States is a problem.

Second consideration: Could the D's who are making noise now, many of whom are hardcore Left, know there is an issue with the birth certificate and decided that Obama has let them down, and they are laying the ground to throw him under the bus?

Now that would be a popcorn & soda event!

Whatever the reasoning, it is becoming interesting.

New Gun Control Push?

Much is being made about this Newsweek article about Obama making a play for gun control.

Breathe.  Think forward, not in the moment.

Ask yourself why the current Administration would choose to come hard for guns now?  He has not made a single move on guns for 2 years.  It is a political loser and the entire Left knows it. It has been for years.  He is trying to channel Reagan!  He is trying everything to make it look like he is moving Right.  For a man who wants and needs the political Middle in 2 years, Gun Control is a wedge issue that will alienate the very people he needs.

So, what is the political value of making noise on guns now?

It is a chit to trade for what he really wants, which is for the Right to ease off of his Healthcare and settle for modifications rather than repeal or de-fund.

The rabid Left will make noise for him and be his Useful Idiots, but he will trade Gun Control in a hot second for a little breathing room on Healthcare.

What will be even more fascinating to watch will be the folks who have threatened all-out war in the face of the next Gun Control law.  Watch how quickly they will move their own line, once again...

That is the ultimate reason the Establishment has no respect for us.  Lots of talk, no action.  Until we begin rational rhetoric that we back-up, we will forever have precisely the political clout we deserve.

Nullification...

While any single State, even a small collection of weak States, would be easily handled by FedGov if they tried to employ nullification, here is the question for the III:  If Wyoming or Montana, or any other State declared nullification and found themselves facing FedGov boots on the ground, would that be a line in the sand that would have you gear up and cause a rear-action ruckus?

Declaratory and Restrictive...

I have seen several on the Left calling for a repeal of the Second Amendment in response to Arizona.

Of course, the first ten amendments are immune to the Amendment process.

What most people were never taught, and our Masters never want you to learn, is that the Bill of Rights has a preamble.  The important phrase that makes repeal of the first 10 amendments impossible is in this paragraph: THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution

Declaratory and Restrictive are exactly that: They are Declarations of Restrictions upon the Government.

If the Government may not infringe 2A, how can it be repealed?  If Government did not grant permission to bear arms, or speak freely, how can it take them away?

Article V is, therefore, explicitly not available to Government as regards the Bill of Rights, for if Government may not infringe, how can the State Legislatures even vote on 1A - 10A?

The Bill of Rights is sacred, and was deliberately placed beyond the reach of Government to meddle.

Of course, they do meddle, to the point that many of us feel the Right of Revolution is again near.  But that is another issue.  The simple reality is that if one reads the preamble to the Bill of Rights, it is obvious that the Article V process for modifying/repealing the Bill of Rights simply does not obtain.

So-called Constitutional experts will disagree, and for them I refer you to Article III, Section III: Treason.

III to Congress...

OK, folks: Below is the last iteration of the III 2012 Platform.

Read through it.  Think of ways to improve it.   

We need to make the book as powerful and laser-focused as possible, so it may be better to cut some of the items below.  Maybe we should stick to 1A, 2A, 4A, and economic issues?  Though a case can be made that our first interaction with the folks on Capitol Hill should be comprehensive.

2012 III Political Platform v2.0

A) Constitutional Authority:  We believe that the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights, as amended, say what they mean and mean what they say.  The Commerce Clause and the General Welfare Clause are not license for Congress to violate or exceed a single enumerated power described in Article I, Section 8 or elsewhere.  We demand that no Congressman shall cast any vote on any legislation without obvious and explicitly stated Constitutional Authority. 

B) Second Amendment: ...shall not be infringed... says what it means and means what it says. All Federal statutes and regulations which, when read in accordance to the plain meaning of their contents, infringe directly or indirectly on any Constitutional Right shall be immediately repealed.

C) Fourth Amendment: The plain language of the Fourth Amendment shall be restored to original intent.  Such violations including TSA Scanners and Pat-Downs, Stop & Frisk procedures will end immediately.  Searches of a Citizen, his papers or effects shall only be permissible upon signed warrant from a Judge.  The PATRIOT Act shall be immediately repealed.

D) States Rights: We fully support the intent of the Founders and Framers, and to this end shall support the repeal of the Sixteenth and Seventeenth Amendments.

E) Scope of Federal Government: We support legislation to de-fund and disband every extra-Constitutional Department and Agency within the Federal Government within one year, including but not limited to the Department of Education, the Department of Energy, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Health and Human Service, the Department of Labor, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Transportation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Transportation Security Administration.  All other Federal Departments and Agencies shall submit a written justification for continued operations to the appropriate House and Senate Committees within six months of the effective date of the Legislation.

F) By separate Legislation we support an end to every extra-Constitutional policy and program and law currently in effect.

G) Impeachment: We strongly support and actively seek Impeachment proceedings for Treason against politicians, bureaucrats, and judges who are believed to have violated their oath of office.

H) Entitlement Programs: The proper place for Entitlement programs such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and Federally sponsored healthcare is in the respective States, and are prohibited to the Federal Government.  We support legislation to abolish all Federal transfer payment programs and every American shall receive a refund of all money paid into these programs, including interest calculated at fair market rates had the Citizen been permitted to save this money in private interest earning accounts. 

I) Military Deployment: We support legislation that all US Military bases around the world on foreign soil shall be closed within one year, and all American troops brought home.  (Any threat that may have once been posed to America from Iraq or Afghanistan has now been eliminated, and all US troops should return to the safety of the US.)

J) Defense: The Navy has the primary responsibility for American Force Projection around the world, and the Navy and Air Force shall jointly and immediately begin to establish American supremacy in space from Earth's atmosphere to the far side of the moon. (Space is the High Ground.  Until the Nature of Man is fundamentally altered, there will be a militarily dominant Tribe on the planet - I contend that Tribe must be our own.)

K) Guantanamo Bay: It is inappropriate for the United States of America to hold prisoners without judicial resolution.  Those currently held by the American Government for Terrorism related activity shall be tried by a Military tribunal, and executed or released to their home country upon final judgment of that proceeding.

L) Economy: America should immediately set course to engage the markets of the world on a genuine Free Trade footing.  With the goal of eliminating all Federal Government interference in Global markets within one year, a Presidential (or Congressional, if the President fails to act) Committee shall be established to deliver to the President and Congress within six months of formation a report on how to achieve that objective.

M) The Fed: We support legislation for a complete and public audit of all operations and holdings of the Federal Reserve System, with joint hearings to effect the abolition of the Federal Reserve System to be commenced within ninety days of said audit.

N) Energy: Energy is a strategic aspect of our economic and national security.  Dependence upon foreign sources of oil are unacceptable, and most alternative energy sources are insufficient to achieve national security goals in a timely manner.  Federal restrictions on the construction of Nuclear Power facilities must be immediately removed.

We support legislation to compel the US Navy, within one year, to commence construction on 100 Nuclear generation facilities located on Military facilities within the continental United States.  All facilities and the commencement of commercial power generation shall be completed within four years of the effective date of legislation.  Transfer of Generation Facilities from the Navy to appropriate private companies shall occur within two years of coming online.

Suggestions?

War on Po Po?

This story quotes a guy from the Police Union who says that cops feel as if there is a targeted War on Cops underway.  Yet, every incident in the story that results in Cops getting hurt is a result of the police initiating contact.  Except one - the guy who walked into the Cop Shop in Detroit and unloaded.

There may be a growing intolerance to being screwed with in the general public - guys who are tired of Po Po sticking their noses where they don't belong.  So, instead of answering the nice Officer's questions and taking the ticket/beating/arrest, some folks are snapping off rounds instead.

But, a War on Cops?  The evidence does not support this claim, which will obviously be used in future negotiations for more benefits for union members.

If it were a genuine War on Cops, it would be the Citizens initiating contact.

The Obama administration has become so concerned about the slowing pace of new drugs coming out of the pharmaceutical industry that officials have decided to start a billion-dollar government drug development center to help create medicines.


Need more evidence that this Administration is hurtling us toward Socialism?


Why do you think drug manufacturers have slowed their roll?  It's because of Government interference with their market.  Government interference takes at least 2 forms regarding drug companies: First is direct regulatory interjection.  Second is the leverage that Government permits Insurance Companies to manipulate and pressure companies for pricing.


The American healthcare system needs two things to happen: Break the Monopoly and power of the Insurance Companies, to permit genuine competition.  Second, get Government out of the way.


The costs of medical care will drop through the basement, research will skyrocket again, and Americans will enjoy their birthright.
