Montana Militia

Montana has the Left kicking and screaming.  A Montana Legislator named Wendy Warburton has proposed an official State Militia.

Here's an article whining about it.

Good for Ms. Warburton, and the State of Montana if they get it done.  She even anticipates letting the Militia play with big-boy toys, if I am reading between the lines properly.

Gun Control & Abortion Rights - Same-same for the Lefty...

Gun Control advocates cite 30,000 - 40,000 firearms deaths per year (suicide, homicide, accidental combined) as the reason we must have strict gun control, in spite of an explicit Constitutional Right.  Hawaii is currently looking to ban all toy guns for kids: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/hawaii-considers-banning-toy-gun-sales/

At 40,000 deaths by firearms per year that works out to about 110 per day.

These same idiots who would be our Masters find a Constitutional Right to abort babies.  I don't care where you stand morally on the issue of abortion, the intellectually honest position is that abortion kills babies.

How many babies per day in America are aborted?  3,700.  (About 1.35 million/year)

How any human being can advocate for the prevention of deaths (110 per day) by stripping a Constitutional Right, while inventing from thin air a Constitutional Right to murder defenseless babies (3,700 per day) is simply beyond logical reconciliation.  There is no consistancy of logic between the two positions.

The reality is the most obvious and blatant answer: It is not about the death of babies or about death by firearms.  It is about control.  It is about being a Master.

There is another obvious fact revealed in these numbers and topics: What kind of armed nation tolerates the willful infanticide of 1.35 million of its most defenseless Citizens each year, yet claims itself moral?

No immoral people deserve Liberty, nor can they keep it. 

Modern Liberalism can not coexist with Liberty. 

Once we understand that fundamental issue, we can move forward with a solution and a clear conscience.

If we are outnumbered by the immoral, we must either choose to yield, or we must rid ourselves of our unworthy Countrymen.

Idaho Standing Firm against Obamacare

Idaho is also taking a position against Obamacare, essentially Nullifying the law, telling their State agencies to stop accomadating the mandate.

Idaho is being slammed in the media for violating the Supremacy Clause.

The argument I have not heard from anyone in this fight: Nullification is not being used to simply cherry-pick which Federal laws the States are rejecting.  In the cases of Nullification on 2A and Obamacare, in particular, the States are taking the position that the Federal Government's laws are unconstitutional, and therefore null and void.

That's the argument, and that argument is not making it through the media filters, even on Fox.

Idaho to Nullify GCA '68

Codrea has this story that the GOP in Idaho's State Legislature is seeking to nullify GCA '68.

This is a big political move, and very bold of Idaho.

TL Davis also has a column today about Nullification.

The system matters, and it can work.  Sure, there will be setbacks, but at least people are trying to use the system from our side, instead of simply compromising and losing half of whatever we happen to have left.

Good for those in Idaho, and good for David for bringing the story to our attention.

I decided to build a page at Kerodin.com about the topic.  It is brief, here.

I can not find words...

Folks, the lead over at Drudge is about how our Administration traded British nuclear secrets for the START Treaty.

That is simply unconscionable. 

That American elected officials would trade life and death secrets of an ally, a democratic nation, to Communist Tyrants is an offense that should immediately invoke Impeachment proceedings. 

I have no disillusions about the Brits and that they are even further from Liberty than are we...but they are not Communist Tyrants.  Our blood is their blood.

If our Administration would make it easier for Communist Tyrants to kill millions of our allies in a nuclear conflict, what do you think these same Administration officials would do to you and me?

Do you understand, yet?

There are enemies among us.  Not political adversaries.  Enemies.

You know that I don't usually bother commenting on Islam.  I don't make it a habit to talk about cancer, either.

Same-same.

But here are two that should help anyone on the fence about Islam.  I did not mis-spell Peace in the title. It's deliberate.  These sick F's have written the rules of their society in such a way as to offend any sensible person.

Islam does not pose an immediate mortal threat here in America today, except from our idiot Political Class who insist on laying the ground for the invasion.  But Islam is making huge strides in the rest of the world, infesting and infecting, changing the Host until it no longer resembles anything with Western roots or morals.

Part of Restoration must include aggressive, Zero Tolerance defenses against Islam in our republic.  I think most of the women of Islam can be viewed as victims, a great many suffer from Stockholm Syndrome.  I may be wrong, I have never had a real interaction with that community.

No matter what, because of what we know to be true about the goals of Islam, we are fools for letting a single mosque stand in our country.  We are fools for letting a single Muslim remain.  I understand there are many "Westernized" Muslims in America who do not buy into the Jihad concept as strongly as their brothers across the globe...but since we can never know the heart of another...

I have a serious problem with OathKeepers that I have not yet resolved, particularly: It is well and good to promise not to obey orders to infringe 2A in dire future circumstances.  But what about today?  Do OathKeepers on the job today enforce 2A laws that are on the books?  If so, I simply can't buy into their promise of the future.

I've asked Mr. Rhodes, and received no answer.  I've asked JPFO to pose the same question.  We'll see how it goes.
