Selling business...

I am in the process of selling a small business, so please forgive me for being a bit erratic this week if it happens.  The business I am selling will not only finance our  2012 cycle efforts, but also free up my time to focus on our work.

As you know, I have decided to use Ben Franklin as an example and reach out to our National Congress with our book.  I've also decided to do the tour of gun shops and gun shows to get the III message out there.  I think we can win hearts and minds and truly build support for our Platform if we work our tails off. 

Not to mention, I look forward to meeting many of you.

I'm not quite sure how to work it all out at this moment, especially the financial aspects of it, but do you think it would help if we can find a way for III Members in many states to hand deliver a free copy of our book to your state Legislators?  All of the money generated from retail sales of the book will be plowed back into the III 527 - perhaps we'll sell enough copies that I can give a stack of free copies to a III Patriot in each state so you can deliver to your state Legislators?  We'll work on it.

If we make it to the 2012 election, the winners will matter.  Even if we only get to choose who is in the bunkers, it matters.  We need hard candidates and we need to motivate Team FreeFor enough to get off the sofa and vote.  Most of our side will sit out an election if our candidate is weak.  There is a perfect storm brewing to move our national Government significantly to the Right. 

We need to try, even if we think it is ultimately futile.  We need to be in position, even if we don't take the shot.

Afterall, we are Americans.  We do not quit.  We may lose, but we never stop swinging.

One Man Ruckus: Violence and Harm's Way...

Newsflash: I have enemies.  Some call themselves Patriots.  No matter.  I'll die with a list of enemies that will make me proud.

Folks who read my columns and here at the blog know my policy on violence is very clear.  My enemies are trying to paint that I am deliberately trying to incite you to do violence.  That's ok.  I see what is coming and I know the game that is being played.  I know some "Patriots" have new friends in Alphabet Agencies that they are pointing in my direction.  So be it. 

The Kerodin Doctrine on Violence:

Never take an unnecessary ass-kickin'.

If it ain't worth killing the other guy, it ain't worth swinging.

Violence to victory, by any means necessary, is always morally proper in self defense.

Political Violence in America is only morally proper when the mechanisms of peaceful political change, particularly the vote and peaceful surrender of office after a political loss, are denied by corruption.  That means 2A remedies to American political woes are not morally sound unless we are denied the right to vote, or the duly elected winner of a vote is refused his seat by a politician who refuses to leave office.

Vigilance Committees are an American Tradition for dealing with bad guys who find ways to skirt Justice and hurt good people. 

Killing innocents is offensive to the Soul.

Boys don't hit girls.

One Man Ruckus

Friends, Brothers and Patriots: I gave my word to a man in Georgia that I would abide a brokered truce, to do my best to ignore friendly fire coming my way.  I will continue to do my best to honor that agreement, because the man in Georgia is one of the few on this planet I respect.

I've been accused in recent days of failing to lead, by those who would like to see me go away.

As I have said many times: Folks, I am not here to lead.  I appreciate each of you who write me privately and offer your support.  But it is important that everyone understand: Any self-claimed or self-appointed Leader is genetic waste who is driven by Ego and will get real Patriots killed if they choose to follow.

Some men and women are natural born Leaders, people who are trusted inherently by others when SHTF.  I would offer that if you visit these forums and consider yourself a III Patriot, YOU are an innate Leader, and when things get ugly your family, friends and neighbors will turn to you.

But you can not look to me, or CA, or AP, or anyone else - the Leadership role is yours, and yours alone.

You must assume that Comm will be down or compromised.  You must assume that because I am in DC and others are in Alaska, Georgia, Texas - we can't get to you and you can't get to us.  Leadership will be the tribe composed of you, your family, your friends, and those in your immediate AO who need someone with your skills to shoot, move and communicate, your skills and understanding of Constitutional issues, your skills in all the topics we here in the III Community discuss.  You are in school right now, receiving an advanced degree in real Leadership, just by taking part.

When SHTF - you're the Leader to whom those around you will naturaly turn.

If you find anything I say, or any link I provide, useful - please take what works for you and leave the rest.  Use the same formula at WRSA, Sipsey, AP, WoG, GoL, and across the boards that deal with our topics.  Because I promise, there will come a moment when others need a Leader, and you'll be it.

Advancing Tyrannical Islam

The map is from CBS.  The details and their interpretations of intensity are meaningless.

What is meaningful: Islam is making a coordinated move for dominance.

Are they doing it now because they understand we are weak and have no will...or because they understand that our current leaders are sympathetic to their goals?

Either way, bad for you and me.

Entangling Alliances.  Remember that?  Moments like this reveal, once again, the wisdom of those who founded our republic and unleashed Liberty.

We need to build nuclear.  Right Now.  We need to remove oil from our national security threat matrix.

And we need to remove those among us who do not see Islam as a threat to Liberty...especially those in our seats of power.

If we end up with a One Man Ruckus, where will your family fit into the circumstances?

I do not have children.  My nieces and nephews are scattered around the country.  When SHTF I will not go to them, nor do I expect they'll be able to get to me for safety.  When SHTF, my Tribe consists of two: Me and my bride.  My wife has my back.  She's proven it in circumstances that are far beyond the experiences most married couples must test.  I know for a fact that my wife would stand back to back with me and challenge the world with a knife in each hand, if that's what comes our way.  She is not looking for a fight.  But she knows a fight is likely, and that ultimately, we have no control over whether or not the fight comes to our door.

She is my Molly Pitcher.  She agrees with most of my politics.  She agrees with the effort I am investing in the III and the Liberty Movement.  She understands the risks.  She knows me and where I am willing to go if given no other choice.  And she'll go with me...whatever the cost.

Where is your wife?  Have you spoken to her about the Ruckus?  I mean, really let her into your deepest thoughts about what you may be called upon to do for Liberty.  Sometimes the best way to defend your home and hearth is to stay at home.  Sometimes, defending your family is best accomplished by leaving them behind while you take the field.  Is she willing to let you go?  Have you taught her to handle the tools she'll need?  Does she know her role if a Stack shows up at 4am for you?

Talking to the most important person in your world about these things is better today, before your house is filled with OpFor, or before you pack a Go Bag and decide to head for the Ruckus.

Forming a Union to work in the private sector is one thing, and appropriate in our past.  But today, you will not have one sweatshop or incident of using a leather strap to motivate 9 year old girls to sew faster if every Union in America were to close its doors.

But there is no place for Union activity in public service.  Get it...in service to the public?  That means we, your neighbors, hire you to work on our behalf.  We offer X pay and Y benefits - if you don't like it, go to work in the private sector.

Night Owl Gen 1

 I was going through some old gear earlier and considered SHTF.  I doubt if any of us feel completely prepared.  Some are in good shape for a meltdown. Others, not so much.

I discussed this briefly in a column - if you are behind in your prep, prioritize. 

There are a few Must Have items when It starts.  You do not need a $6k Steyr Scout Rifle on Day One, but you had better darn sure know where to get it on Day One or Two.  You need not blow $4k for Gen IV night vision today.  Spend $200 on a Gen I monocular if that's all the budget can handle...and then know where to get the good stuff in the opening hours of It.

You are having issues reconciling that you will have to soon take the necessities of life?

Get over it.

If you do not have what it takes to go and get a sweet MP5 PDW with a claw hammer when the time comes, you will lose.  Save everyone some energy and take yourself out as soon as It begins. 

Because They will take what you have.  I promise.  They will leave you with nothing, and They will take everything of value from you, including your women and girls.  They are almost everyone else - ranging from the true Thugs on Day One to your sweet neighbor by Day 45.

Think I am engaging in hyperbole?  Think this can't happen in America?

Look around.  Read any newspaper from any moderate or large Metro in the country today. 

This happens in America everyday, right now.  When It starts, such will be the New Normal.

If you are behind on prep today, make sure you have the fundamental gear you will need to acquire the rest.  In a Ruckus an 1847 Walker will get you that PDW, if you have any skills.  A hammer can get you the Walker.  Do you at least own the hammer?

Think about what you absolutely must have in your closet if It starts tomorrow morning. 

Make sure you have those basics, tonight.

More importantly, make sure you understand the new rules.
