Bill Nye: We are already slaves...

Bill offers the necessary and obvious reminder that the laws being passed these days, the actions being taken, the insults offered from our Masters are all proof that we passed the threshold into servitude and slavery long ago.

Now our Masters are merely putting the paperwork in order to prove that their actions are legal, Constitutional and fair...not to mention for the common good and the children...

Sheriff: Door to Door if needed...

Rich T sent this piece from Indiana, where it seems some LEO are already chomping at the bit to dish out the beat-downs Americans so need.  This Sheriff reportedly told a talk-show host that door-to-door random searches were possible, if he so desired.

Do you understand, American?  And when you are sitting in your cell and your court-appointed attorney tells you that the Judge will not even allow you to raise the 4th Amendment as a defense...

For anyone who dismissed such weakening of our Constitutional Rights and defenses, this is why it matters.  There are those who mean to be Masters.  They range from the White House to the State House, City Hall and even your neighbor's house.  Once the "Law" gives them "permission"...

...you will lose.

The Constitution is a Gentlemen's Agreement.  And when one party breaks the agreement, one no longer needs to be a Gentleman.

There is only one remedy for any and every violation of the Rights and protections offered by the Constitution. 

You WILL NOT find justice in a courtroom.

When your 1A or 4A or any other Constitutional Right is abridged, you can count only on 2A.  These are the options your Masters have left on the table: Submit or Die.

If you choose 2A and win the first round, They will still try to kill you afterward...but you'll die with Liberty under your feet.

We all die.

Newt: Fail

Newt slams the GOP plan for Medicare, yet supports an individual mandate that we all purchase or participate in some form of healthcare as directed by FedGov.

Fail.

Can anyone name one single candidate, even Ron Paul, who looks at every issue on the table through the lens of Constitutionality?

The answer is no.  They all have their version of how best to fix what we have...

Forget Herman Cain.  Forget Allen West.  Forget Ron Paul.  Sarah fails this test, too.  Each of these folks fails on 2A, and I don't need to look any further than that...

Why should such a basic premise of our republican governance be a bar too high?

If there is no Constitutional premise for X, Y or Z, then do not do X, Y or Z.

Simple.

But all of these people represent Masters of varying flavors and magnitudes.

There will come a time in November 2012 (providing we make it there before Implosion) when you and I will have to again vote for the lesser evil.  But I am also certain that there will come a time for a Reckoning, when every such person will stand before his Countrymen and answer for their intent to enslave.

Texas

There is also chatter recently about Texas seceding (not from Rich).

To those of you in Texas who advocate secession, consider: In your State right now your State legislators go beyond Federal requirements for 2A.  For instance, while Texas is a Shall Issue State, it isn't on par with Vermont or Alaska.  Nor may you, generally, Open Carry.

While the State in general leans Right, even in the great State of Texas Liberalism is powerful and owns Austin and many of your major cities.

What does secession mean?  A purge?

Surely you will have to resort to violence within your own borders before ever reaching the state of secession.  If the average Texan is willing to bow down to open carry restrictions, where do you intend to find Texans willing to handle your internal Traitors to the Constitution before the forces of the Feds arrive at your borders?

Secession is not likely.

The spirit for such things has been bred from our Citizens, even those in Texas.  This is not offense to our Texas Patriots, instead an observation that even you have an uphill fight with those who live in your AO.

Part II: America?? Is anyone out there?? Hello??

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The Indiana Supreme Court has openly declared war on the Citizens of the State.  We all know that the Fourth Amendment has been under relentless assault for decades.  Stop & Frisk is authorized disregard for the Fourth, upheld by the US Supreme Court.

But the majority of the highest court in Indiana has now taken the step of officially dismissing the Fourth.  The fact that the enemies of Liberty feel so confident of their position that they boldly command citizens to stand down in the face of the Authority of the State should ring of every Tyrant in history making official resistance to the whim of the State illegal.

You and I understand the significance.  So what?

I spent the day thus far visiting every Tea Party site I could find in Indiana, every Patriot site, every news outlet, even Fox.

Patriots: Consider what it means when the Tyrant no longer feels the need to hide behind pretense and there is not one single call for impeachment or trial for treason for Supreme Court judges in the State of Indiana who make it illegal to resist the power of the state, even in the face of violent, illegal attack.  These judges have dismissed the Constitution in a manner as yet dared by other members of the Political Class.

Where is the outrage?  Where are the street-jamming protests?  Where, even, is the newspaper report?  As of 4:30 Eastern Fox did not even have a single report on the topic.

Before you burn one more calorie on your current path of Restoration, consider how many of your Countrymen are not aware and how many do not care about this event.

In my opinion the citizen's of Indiana should be ripping that State to shreds right now, evicting every single member of the Political Class from the State, marching them at the points of pitchforks over the borders into Illinois, Ohio, Michigan & Kentucky.

How much are you willing to invest and risk for people who will not protect themselves?  Most of your neighbors are just as pathetic as the citizens of Indiana.

The lack of outrage and action in the face of this event is genuinely surprising to me.

Perhaps a severe course correction on my part is in order.

The offensive part is not that such an idea exists.  The offensive part is that any American can speak of such a thing in public and not be immediately censured by his Countrymen.

A Sparklie is a pretty, shiny thing designed to divert your attention from something real.

This is the something real...

Tell me, my fellow Patriots, how sanguine you are that Liberty can be easily won in the face of 60% of the Indiana Supreme Court choosing to simply ignore - with the force of Law - the Fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights.

I rather suspect there was a time in our history when the average person could go his entire life and not meet 3 people who agree with the Indiana Court.  But today, you can find 3 sitting on the highest judicial panel in the State.  How many are sitting in lower courts?  How many are spread about our judiciary at large?  How many lawmakers are chomping at the bit to expand this edict...

And your US Supreme Court?  I'd bet dollars to dimes that it is a 5-4 decision today...that's how close we are to the utter abdication of even the facade of Constitutional respect.

Such an issue should never make it to any Court - much less the US Supreme Court.

Kerodin.com: Enemies Quantified

The number of gun owners in America is a false number if you count those folks as FreeFor.

Many of those folks like Social Security & Medicare.  Many of those folks even self-identify as Tea Party members.

Every Patriot who seeks "The Commander's Intent" as defined by The Trainer as a return to the Constitution as ratified, is outnumbered at least 85:1.  The number is probably higher.  And if you are one of those Patriots and happen to live in a major Metropolitan area, you will have to carry the load of many Patriots because most of your allies do not live in the 'burbs & cities.

Our Founding Generation, it is claimed, had 20-30% of the Colonists who supported Revolution, and about 3% who took arms.
