Starting the Day with a Beatdown by LEO

The video says it all.

2 PoPo (Metro Transit Cops - the Mall Cops of Public Transportation here in the DC Area) snatch a wheelchair-bound guy from his chair and slam him, face-first onto the concrete sidewalk.

They said he was resisting arrest.

Have any of you watched Game of Thrones on HBO?  There is a scene where a Dwarf slaps his younger brother (full-size) not once, not twice, but three times!  What able-bodied man can't avoid being face slapped by a Dwarf THREE times?!

It's the same concept with PoPo.  The guy was in a wheelchair...where is the gene in your make-up that informs you it is necessary and prudent to snatch a guy who can't walk from his chair and face-grind him into concrete?

My point: All LEO is to be considered a masochistic Enemy of Liberty without a trace of Common Sense or compassion until demonstrated otherwise.  And if you wait to see if it will be demonstrated, you'll probably lose.

National Criminal Database for use by Patriots

Consider what would happen if every III Patriot decided to gear up, go find a LEO and give him the same orders that LEO issue to every "suspected criminal".

You know: "On the ground, dirtbag, hands where I can see them, STFU!"

Then run LEO's name through a database of known bad guys who infringe the Rights of your Countrymen as articulated in the Constitution & Bill of Rights.

Call it a National Background Check Day.

And what if Patriots had a database compiled that listed bad guys, and detailed the injuries that they have inflicted upon your Countrymen, the Constitution, and Liberty?

While actually forcing LEO to comply with your demands might not be the best idea of the day, and I suggest you run it by your attorney as I offered tongue-in-cheek (today), having a database with a rap-sheet on bad guys from LEO and the broader Political Class, and perhaps even the Bankster/Corporate Gangster Class is a brilliant idea...

...and available here, offered by a very brave Patriot.

Be fair if you contribute.  Be accurate.  Do not embellish and do not submit information that is merely intended to settle a personal grudge.

Open Carry: Do you?

These folks do good, serious work.

Concerned American and others who attend Open Carry events and who exercise the practice every day are doing more than most people to remind the rest of our Countrymen and our Masters that we have Rights, we know our Rights, and there is a point at which infringement gets very expensive...

If you live in a place where Open Carry is permitted, consider making it your practice.

If you live in a place where it is not permitted, this is a worthy political task to pursue.

There is only one, slim, remote chance to Restoration that does not involve violence, and that is if every member of the Political Class somehow comes to believe that their lives are threatened in direct proportion to our loss of Liberty.

Slim chance...Politicians aren't that smart, abetted by hubris that obscures common sense.

Philly: Consider checking the credentials of those PoPo who demand to see your papers...

Philadelphia Masters openly declare that they will make it difficult and dangerous for you to Open Carry in the City, even with the proper permits.

Lt. Raymond Evers, a spokesman for the city police, told FoxNews.com that gun owners who open carry, which is legal in the city, may be asked to lay on the ground until officers feel safe while they check permits.

One day, perhaps, we will find a piece of video in which a resident of the City of Philadelphia orders a LEO to lie prone while he checks Popo's papers, to be sure he's a legitimate officer in the employ of the city...

I'd pay to see that video.

Afterall - PoPo is openly violating the Constitution, breaking his oath to preserve, protect & defend, simply by engaging a Citizen who is in possession of a weapon under 2A.

Not every LEO is...

At first the Pima County Sheriff's Office said that Guerena fired first, but on Wednesday officials backtracked and said he had not. "The safety was on and he could not fire," according to the sheriff's statement.

The statement demonstrates that not every LEO is a blood-thirsty bastard who should be considered a Target by default when SHTF.  If every LEO was corrupt beyond hope, we would never have known that the safety of the weapon was on Safe.  And in Philadelphia Fiorino's recorder would have been "damaged" or erased.

And here is where I dismiss my own paragraph above: Every LEO is corrupt enough to be considered an Enemy of Liberty when SHTF because most of the time the "not-so-bad" LEO actively or passively cover for the misdeeds of fellow LEO, and in the very rarest instances are willing to actively move against a bad LEO and put the cuffs on him.

You do what you think is best, but I consider every badge & gun to be hostile to the Constitution, Liberty, and those of us who hold Liberty in regard.

I have come to the conclusion that talk is useless at this point but for one factor: Documenting our train of abuses and the Necessary Fails we have undertaken.

I don't care about those who don't get it.  We're better off without their contamination of the gene pool.

I don't care about the infiltrators and divisive folks among us - none influence me or my AO.

I will not change a single mind if I write until I am dead.

I think TL is in a similar place.  I think many of us share this small patch of ground.

I am responsible for the patch of ground beneath my feet and that of my family.  You are responsible for yours.  There are not enough of us to storm the castle, and defending our own castle will never get it done, either.

Some of us will choose to go dark and go to work, soon.

Some of us will go to work quietly, while keeping our public profile just long enough to delay the bad guys from figuring out who is mucking up the program.

Some of us will simply wait until They come for us.

Most will continue to exist in denial until it is over.

Denninger: Don't believe the hysteria

I was forced out and about today into the world, and I was very fortunate to catch a bit of KD on the local Conservative talk shop, he was a guest. 

I have not seen a post on his site yet on the topic, but I will link when he writes it.  The essence: Do not buy into the hype that will come from the Political Class about how we must default on our debts if the debt ceiling is not raised.

As he explained, our current interest on the debt & principal payments are about 300 Billion annually.  Our tax revenue is near 2 Trillion.  That means our Treasury Secretary and his boss can pay all of our interest without a default...so long as they choose to do so.

If the do not pay the debt payments, it is a willing choice by our Politicians.

Yes, they will be up against a hard cap to spend only what tax revenue comes in the door, but they will be able to pay the debt payments, SS, Medicare & Medicaid, keep the essentials going at DoD, et cetera.

Yes, they will have to choose many things NOT to pay, but in all cases these will be choices.  In most cases I would contend that the spending is unconstitutional, anyway.

I hope Karl writes on the topic soon.  I do not do him justice.

I had the opportunity to talk with Bill Nye on the phone yesterday, and I am very pleased we finally connected.  It comforts the Soul to know that out there, spread through our republic, we have people who hold the idea of America dear and who are ready, willing & capable of defending their piece of it.

There are not enough of us.  But when SHTF I am confident that Bill's piece of the republic will remain at Liberty.

OathKeepers enforce unconstitutional laws every single day they are on duty.  Tell me why we should believe they will not do so some day in the future?

Police & Politicians, and anyone granted the Public Trust must adhere to a higher standard. 

Yes, they are only human, and we all make mistakes.  But the sheer hypocrisy involved in a Law Officer enforcing laws and providing testimony on Citizens, resulting in the loss of Liberty while the same Officer engages in illegal activity of any manner is simply not acceptable.

If you choose to be a cop and you drive faster than the speed limit when not in pursuit or heading to a call, you may not issue a ticket to a Citizen for speeding.  If you fail to use your turn signal and ever write such a citation, you are wrong.

If you choose to be a LEO and you have a penchant for prostitutes, you understand why enforcing anti-prostitution laws makes you a hypocrite of the highest order?

But these points of discussion are Sparklies in our world today, no?

We have bigger problems with LEO than hypocrisy.

Every single LEO has sworn an oath to preserve, protect & defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign & domestic.  Until we have our LEO in basic compliance with that fundamental oath it is nothing but Sparklies to wail about a cop taxing local prostitutes & drug dealers.

Can you defeat this argument:  Not one single LEO has managed to abide his oath of office.

The LEO who has ever initiated contact with a Citizen regarding a concealed weapon is in violation.  Every LEO who has ever written a charge for carrying a firearm, whether the only charge involved or stacking the charges to ensure conviction, has violated his oath.

The LEO who has ever arrested a prostitute or John has violated his oath.

Every LEO who has ever enforced an anti-drug law is guilty of violating his oath.

I could go on, but I am comfortable that I have already indicted 95% of all LEO.

And the charge is not simply violating the oath of office.  Violating that particular oath is to violate the Constitution, it is to infringe the innate and unalienable Rights of Man.  It is the undermining of Constitutional governance, and that, my friends, is Treason.

In the polygonal battlespace some enemies of the republic are very easy to identify.

American Politics needs an Israeli Commando named Bibi...

President Obama: The borders of Israel and Palestine should be based on the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps so that secure and recognized borders are established for both states...

Malice is the only word that I find that properly fits the actions of President Obama as regards every issue the Oval Office engages.  Malice against all things Liberty and America, and support for all things that are dangerous to Liberty in America.

Many people think him incompetent.  I simply can not agree.

Every action facilitates a stronger Islam, a weaker US economy, weaker Liberty, weaker Defense, stronger China...

In every case the choice taken injures Liberty & America and Strengthens our enemies.

The 2010 elections must repeat in 2012.  There is no other remedy to the injuries inflicted by this President and this Administration.  He must not be impeached (unless for Treason for undermining the Constitution) and he must not be removed for any reason or by any means other than repudiation at the polls.

The ideas must be rejected.

Yet not even one American Presidential Candidate from the R side has the mettle to follow Bibi...

How pathetic is that, Patriots?
