Blue State Secession: Unrealistic for Patriots

I live in a Blue State.  A very blue state.  Maryland.

I am very fond of my state.  We have mountains, and we have Chesapeake Bay.  I'm a water guy.  A weekend of fishing, boating, crabbing & swimming the bay is hard to beat.

I am outnumbered by at least 10:1 by other Marylanders who prefer the Marxist approach to life.

Consider: We hash our way through the next Revolution and Constitutionalists win.  That means that any state that doesn't like the Union may leave.  Here's my problem with that: Maryland would stay Blue and would vote for all sorts of things that a Constitutionalist simply finds repugnant - like 2A.  Believe me, Maryland would ban everything.  They'd make TSA look like Jihadists.

Yet, the Constitution articulates that my Rights to 2A are innate, Natural Rights that may not be abridged by any Government.

What is a Patriotic lad to do when he wants to live in a state filled with hippies, tree-huggers & Marxists who wants to keep one of Mr. Browning's masterpieces on or near his person?  Do you think Maryland has the Right to ban firearms if they leave the Union?

Sure, I could just leave Maryland...but that's not the point.  I like it here.  And, I want my innate Rights.

I see only 1 solution: All non-Constitutionalists must leave, or at least leave me alone when it comes to Natural Rights.

What about those of you who live in Blue States and don't want to leave if they secede?  Do you feel that the bare minimum of every State must be the Bill of Rights?  Do you keep fighting until you run out all the Blue idiots, or do you comply?

And what about you folks who secede in a Red State.  Your state loves 2A and gives it the respect articulated in the Bill of Rights.  But what do you do when you want to come and go fishing with me in the Chesapeake...don't you think you remain entitled to your Constitutionally articulated 2A, even if Maryland has seceded and outlawed 2A?

I think secession is the Right of every State, obviously.  But...I also maintain that even if a Blue State secedes, they must comply with the Bill of Rights as written and ratified, as a matter of Natural Law.

Am I wrong?

Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa had some profane, combative words for Republicans while warming up the crowd for President Obama in Detroit, Michigan on Monday.

The one thing about working people is we like a good fight. And you know what? They've got a war, they got a war with us and there's only going to be one winner. Stirring the Race War Rah Rah

Fully 28 percent of U.S.-born black Muslim respondents said "suicide bombings and other violence against civilians" can be justified sometimes or at least in rare cases. That compares with 9 percent of foreign-born Muslims who hold the same view.

I am fully 100% convinced that killing 100% of anyone and everyone who tries to kill me is justified...by any means necessary.

What should be done to high officials of the U.S. government who consciously set out to dilute and destroy the savings and income of working Americans? Is inducing inflation -- debauching the currency, the systematic and secret theft of the savings of citizens -- a legitimate policy option for the Federal Reserve? Has Congress authorized official thievery?

Inflation rewards debt -- and erodes savings. It is legalized counterfeiting, the deliberate creation of money with nothing to back it up.
       
If a citizen printed dollars bills, he would be tracked by the Secret Service, prosecuted and imprisoned. Why, then, is the Fed's clandestine printing of money with nothing to back it up a legitimate exercise and, according to Krugman & Co., a desirable policy for Bernanke and the Fed?
       
Schooled economists such as Rogoff, Krugman and Bernanke know how to shelter their wealth from the ravages of inflation -- and even to get rich. But what about widows whose husbands leave a nest egg of savings in cash and bonds? What are they supposed to do as the value of their savings is wiped out at 4, 5 or 6 percent a year -- or whatever annual rate of ruin the Rogoffs and the Krugmans decide upon?
       
This is not only an economic issue but a moral issue.
       
To inflate a currency is to steal the money citizens have earned and saved and entrusted their government to protect. Any government that betrays that trust and steals that wealth is not only unworthy of support. It is worthy of being overthrown.

Another US Congressman joins the hype for hostilities between the races in America.

The perversion is obvious, the motive criminal. If anyone takes the bait and starts a Ruckus upon racial lines, the Heavy Hand of FedGov will be felt by all and the U.S.S.A. will be finalized.

If Government interference in domestic affairs ceased to exist tomorrow, those of the FSA might not like it, but they would find making money very easy...IF Government ceased to meddle tomorrow.

We would all work fewer hours to earn more money.

Tap Out Permitted?

Question: The Ruckus is in full swing.  Us versus Them has come down to the Enemies of Liberty versus Constitutionalists.

When, if ever, do you permit your Enemies to tap out?  When do you let a combatant walk off the field?  When do you accept his "word" that he will fight no more and go home, and treat the Constitution with respect?

At what point is Surrender by the Enemies of Liberty considered viable?  Is it not likely they would, at some point of enduring loss after loss, use "Surrender" as a tactic?  Would They not still out-number Constitutionalists, and seek to take the fight back from the field and into the ballot boxes?

When it starts...do you ever quit until the Enemies of Liberty are eliminated from our shores?

Or: Are Patriots obligated to rid the continent, by any means necessary, of every Enemy of Liberty, Marxist, Socialist, Liberal, Blue Dog & Establishment R and supporter thereof...

The conventional wisdom here inside the beltway has shifted hard in the last 10 days.  What was considered Mitt's nomination is now considered Rick Perry's to lose.

On the surface Rick Perry looks pretty darned good for the average Conservative.  I've mentioned that fact here before.

Since he appears to be a serious contender I'd ask our Texans to weigh-in on the guy.

He says all the right things regarding 2A, yet in all of his time as Governor of Texas, Open Carry is still not permitted, Concealed Carry requires a license, and Gary Marbut's Firearm Freedom Act has not made it to law in Texas.  Will a President Perry actively and aggressively push to recover lost ground on 2A issues?  Do you see him working to repeal GCA '68 or NFA?  Or, will he meet the Enemies of Liberty in the middle and compromise?

He claims he will work to repeal Obamacare, yet his website declares that he will work to modify Entitlements.  Of course, that means he will not challenge the unconstitutional nature of FDR's injuries to the republic.

Is there any real chance a President Perry will make genuine Constitutionalists happy...or is he simply singing the song that the R base wants to hear?

Race War Suckers

It seems obvious that the Left is seeking violence to break out in America along racial lines: A Race War.

The Elites have no illusions that the Black population would win any such Ruckus, the intent is to use the Ruckus as an excuse for FedGov to enter the fray and impose their true will.

Though only 12 percent to 13 percent of the U.S. population, blacks hold 18 percent of all federal jobs. African-Americans are 25 percent of the employees at Treasury and Veterans Affairs, 31 percent of State Department employees, 37 percent of the Department of Education, 38 percent of Housing and Urban Development. They are 42 percent of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., 55 percent of the Government Printing Office, 82 percent of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency.
       
According to The Washington Post, blacks hold 44 percent of the jobs at Fannie Mae and 50 percent of the jobs at Freddie Mac.  ~  Pat Buchanan

It is obvious that Federal Employment is simply another form of welfare and another group of guaranteed votes.

How to fix the overwhelming number of perversions that have become institutionalized within our system...read and apply the Constitution as ratified.

Do not fall for the bait of a race war.  If you ever decide to fight on behalf of the Constitution, be certain to target the true Enemies of Liberty.

Stop Selling Lemonade or We'll Shoot!

The title of this piece is not exactly what LEO says when they shut down a little girls lemonade stand...but the meaning is accurate.

You will abide the instructions of LEO or the situation will escalate.

It does not matter what the situation may be.

You will abide the commands of LEO or the situation will escalate until one of you is dead.

At some point he will order you to turn and submit to handcuffs.  If you fail to comply he will try to beat you with a nightstick, a big Mag-Lite, his fists and boots, or shoot you with a Taser.  If these methods of submission fail to render you submitted, he'll pull his pistol and try to shoot you.  If you manage to live this long and kill him in defense, his buddies will devote their lives to killing you in retribution.
