Remember, as we pontificate over what is right or wrong, moral or not, Constitutional or unconstitutional, which branch may do what, when and how, this one simple reality: The Executive Branch has all of the guns and bullets.
Judicial, Legislative & Executive Branches are equal, only so long as the Executive chooses to permit that facade to remain in place.
You've seen the DHS stories about .40 cal ammo purchases.
You know what they intend to do. You know why they are buying bullet-resistant cubbies.
My question to you goes back to a conversation we had a few weeks ago: Does your arsenal include anything that can eat .40's? Do you have body armor that can stop .40's?
