The people in this particular condo are not low-income. They are not food-stamp FSA, but they are FSA. They want their Social Security and Medical benefits. They are willing to allow a private condo building to lock them in their homes.
I hope you genuinely understand just how strongly your concept of Liberty will be opposed from every social and economic class in America.
