Consider: American Liberty Congress

I ask you Patriots to consider this image: 300 III Patriots meet in Washington DC and sign our names in ink on a parchment that formally declares our discontent with the unconstitutional behavior of our elected politicians and the bureaucrats they control.

That parchment demands a return to Constitutional parameters.

That parchment declares that failure to return to Constitutional parameters will result in those Patriots returning home under the conditions of a nation being ruled by unconstitutional tyrants, and those Patriots will behave accordingly.

Imagine those 300 Patriots wearing exposed holsters and rifle slings, exiting a DC Hotel and walking down the National Mall to the steps of the Capitol and proceeding inside, where we deliver that handwritten parchment to a representative of our elected Congress, on the eve of an election.

Consider that image.

Consider the power in our silence.

Consider the power of our empty holsters.

Consider the power of we 300 wearing our shirts that declare: This is the last time I ever arrive unarmed...

Patriots: Such a protest has never been done.  Short of showing up with holsters filled, it is as powerful as can be offered.  Patriots with holsters on display need not count into the thousands to make a powerful impact.

Just 300 of us would become the catalyst that forces the Constitution back upon the tongues of political discussions across the land.

50 of us would be strong enough.

A thousand or more would make Washington's Elite tremble, for they know we come from every corner of the republic, from their home towns.

Before you dismiss this concept as a toothless waste of time, consider what happens the next day when we go home...

One final consideration: I have already had contact and support offered by folks I consider to be "mainstream" NRA types, who like the idea of the message that is conveyed with empty holsters.

I hope I do not find more support from the mainstream than from our own Community, we who claim to be III, we who claim to be on point.

No other group has yet dared walk into Washington, look our Tyrants in the eye, and tell them to reform, or face our wrath.

How can you not want to be part of that history?

American Liberty Congress

You will recognize the below train of abuses from our original DoI.

If anyone has compiled a list of modern abuses to which we can sign our names, I'd appreciate a copy, or a link to it.  The list must not include only abuses from the Executive, but also from the Legislative and Judiciary.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:

For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury:

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:

For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies

For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:

For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

What is missing from our Community in this war for Liberty?

The Enemies of Liberty move to Contact every single day.  They kill our Countrymen every single day.

We do not make contact.  We talk among ourselves.  We grumble among ourselves.  To date we have not physically moved into their personal space and called them liars, murderers, thieves or Traitors.  We have not duct taped one single Bankster to a Liberty Pole.

One will never win a physical confrontation if one does not make contact.

I will make contact November 3, 2012.  I will stand before MSM cameras and call out the Enemies of Liberty, because it needs to be done.  I would prefer not to do it.  I have been in that spotlight before, and it is savage on the family.

But it must be done.

I have no children.  My vulnerabilities are fewer than most.  But given the facts of my life, the Enemies of Liberty can, and will, unleash public relations hell upon me.  My wife will need to endure the vile attacks once again.

But it must be done.

The III must break into the national scene so we can find our natural allies and give the folks who feel abandoned by NRA and the Tea Party a new home.  The best way to break into the media scene is to make news. 

I know how to make news.  Not violent.  Not immoral.

But news.  It must be done.

I am not calling anyone to Washington.  I welcome you at my shoulder if you choose to come, but I am fully prepared to stand alone.

They can only kill me once.

Local PatComs: Be ready to take advantage of the media attention.  Be ready to vet potential new members for your Tribe when they realize we exist.  When a disgruntled NRA member in North Carolina or East Texas learns about the III on CNN, Bill, Brock and all others should be ready to vet them and bring them into your Tribe if they are worthy.

I will do what I can to help you build your Tribes.  I will do what I can to help promote Liberty.

It will be messy and dangerous.  I will take a beating, rhetorically and perhaps physically.

But unless we get in the fight, unless we make contact, we are simply circle-jerking.

Whining among ourselves is useless.

We have asked, we have begged, we have voted to reverse this tyranny to no avail. The upcoming election will do nothing other than change figureheads at the top, the bureaucracy will not change, the abuses will not lessen, the inevitable bankruptcy will not be avoided under any congressional leadership that remains faithful to the system as it now functions. It is this understanding that has driven the movement and must sustain it through the dark times to come.

When a government has become so destructive of everything it has been established to protect and defend, it has become an enemy to itself and must be opposed and exposed for what it is, no matter how it transformed, under what auspices it used to make that transformation, it must be recognized for what it is and altered, or abolished.

And that, folks, is why I will stand up and be counted on November 3, days before the election.  You can be damned sure we will be noticed, as I put the politicians from both sides on notice that we know there is no difference between them.

To date Patriots have not signed our names to a parchment and presented it to the Enemies of Liberty, as did our Founders with the Declaration of Independence.  We have talked of our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor...but we have not signed a parchment and handed it to them.

If you can make it, I welcome you.

If you choose not to be there, no harm and no foul.

I will stand alone.  It is my AO, after all.

I have no intention of starting a Ruckus on the 3rd.  I do intend to look the Enemies of Liberty in the eye and tell them they are Traitors.  I intend to hand them a parchment detailing our modern train of abuses.

Someone has to walk up to the Enemies of Liberty and look in their eyes, and tell them to cease and desist, or else.  We bemoan the lack of action often.

I'm an action kind of guy.  Someone needs to get into their personal space and call them Traitors, murderers, thieves and genetic waste.  Face to face.

American Liberty Congress.

That is what I am calling the event for November 2 & 3.

Zoomie is currently applying his out-freakin-standing skills to a few graphics for the event.  If you have not purchased a few of his works from his Zazzle page, please consider it.

The American Liberty Congress is an America 527 event.  I will reach out to Tea Party groups and Militia groups in an attempt to have as many Liberty-oriented folks as possible in the mix.  Given the disgustingly cowardly way TL was treated by Tea Party "Officialdom" I am going to try to find a way to avoid the "Tea Party Leaders" and reach out to the deflated and dejected real Tea Party Americans who feel they have lost their voice.  My experience with Militia Leaders in recent time is limited to Sandman and his Ohio contingent, and I am confident that his ranks are filled with serious Patriots who mean to be free.

To you folks who have already committed to attending and those who have already offered your moral support, thank you.  I invite you all, but I understand if you take the decision to keep your distance.

I am very close to settling on this for our official event "Motto" (there is probably a better word than motto, but my mind is racing too fast to find it right now): This is the last time I will attend unarmed...

I think that single sentence speaks to a great many of us.

Many of you know that I consider myself to be a Warrior. I have trained in the martial.  I have trained in the martial philosophies as well.  Warriors protect their Tribe.  I have imposed a Warrior's set of standards upon myself for my entire life.  In ancient Japan when two armies lined up against one another a single Warrior would step forward, announce his name and give a proud recitation of his skills and the teachers under whom he had studied.

When he was done a single Warrior from the enemy Clan would step forward if he thought himself to be an equal, and he would give his name and also recite his skills and teachers.

Then the two men would enter mortal combat while everyone else watched.

That is what I am doing in November.  I intend to announce my name and my intent.  I intend to offer a recitation of our long train of abuses as our Founders did in the Declaration of Independence.  I intend to honorably warn the Enemies of Liberty that I am done abiding unconstitutional laws, and that I shall not tolerate further infringements.  I intend to demand that the Enemies of Liberty cease and desist.

I am not stupid.  I know where this will lead, eventually.

Liberty or Death.

III Liberty Conference

I am calling for a III Liberty Conference in Washington DC just days before the Election and the Buy a Gun Day.

We are in this place of inaction rooted in indecision, in a time that requires direct, aggressive action to counter the efforts of the Enemies of Liberty.

Calls for us to mix and mingle in OWS and similar steps are too little, too late.  Calls for us to engage in Secret Squirrel machinations are a stain upon the noble goal of Restoration of the Constitution, as ratified.

We need to short circuit the process in a way that declares who we are, what we intend, and conveys our absolute commitment.  We need to stand up and be counted.

We will have Liberty or we will embrace Death.

Time is short.

I have decided to take point.  If you decide this is not for you, so be it.

I am a man of action.  I am a man who says what I mean, and I mean what I say.  When I see bullshit, I call bullshit.  Some of you saw a glimpse of that this weekend.  I have zero tolerance for people who use this struggle for Liberty for personal gain or aggrandizement.  Our community is among the smallest on the field.  I am a Constitutionalist.  That is my goal.  I will be part of Restoration of the Constitution, as ratified, or I will be dead.

It is what it is.

Friday November 2, 2012 I will have a hall rented for III Patriots to meet in private.

Saturday November 3, 2012 I will have a hall rented for III Patriots and advocates of Liberty in Washington DC.  We will walk boldly into the lair of the Enemy and look him in his eye and we will tell our enemies where we stand, what we intend, and what will happen if they do not immediately cease and desist in their abuse of the Constitution.

I will take point.  I will give that speech.  I will take the heat.  I will say things that will probably be sufficient to earn an indictment.

There will be national media present.  There will be representatives of groups like SEIU and other Enemies of Liberty in the hall.  I invite them to open their mouths.  I invite them to start a Ruckus.

Playtime is over.

We will be free and at Liberty, or we will have a Ruckus.

What I ask of you, Patriots: I ask you III Patriots to join me.

Find a way to come to Washington DC for 2 days, ready to demand Liberty.

I ask only genuine III Patriots.  I ask that if you sincerely would stand on the Green with John Parker and his men, that you find a way to travel to DC on November 3 and stand with me in that hall, filled with Enemies of Liberty.  I will do what I can through the 527 to help defer as much expense as possible.

I spoke with Mark Roote at TL's event and he sparked my brain.  I will ask 3 things of every Patriot who chooses to stand with me.

1) I ask that you wear a III Minuteman or III Shoulder Patch (That will get you free admission to the event)
2) I ask that you wear a III Shirt (I will have them printed) that says: I am unarmed.  This is the last time I will ever arrive unarmed. Enemies of Liberty: You have been warned.
3) I ask that you wear an empty holster and an empty rifle sling in plain view.

I will have a Keynote speaker from professional Washington: Pat Buchanan, Judge Napolitano, or some similar person who understands our position.

Every III Patriot in attendence will be granted 5-10 minutes at the podium to speak his/her mind.

I will have extensive MSM media on hand, print and television.

I will suggest that we all sign our names to a document that lists our train of abuses and parallels the original Declaration of Independence, and that after our statements, we march a few blocks to either Congress or the White House and deliver it as formal warning to our elected representatives.

I suggest that our ultimatum be simple, and we all sign our names to it as did John Hancock: We will have Freedom to live at Liberty, as defined by Mister Jefferson and enshrined in the DoI, Constitution and Bill of Rights, or when we disband and return to our separate AO's, we will begin defending ourselves and our neighbors from unconstitutional acts of Government.

Patriots: I will be there, and I will do this.

I will do it alone, if I must.

I would prefer not to be alone.

If they mean to have a war, let them start with me.

TL'S Liberty Summit: Stand up & be counted!

I have no patience for bullshit.

I consider Reindeer Games and Secret Squirrel Committee's to be a stain upon the noble endeavor of Restoration of the Constitution as ratified. 

If we can not stand up and be counted in this quest to be rid of Enemies of Liberty, if we Patriots are not willing to stand in the sunlight and let our actions be seen by our Countrymen and our posterity, if we choose to contrive, manipulate and guide by unseen and secretive hands rather than stand up and call out our names, and sign our names in bold script as did John Hancock so the King would know the name of his enemy, then my friends we do not deserve Liberty.

If you are not willing to stand tall on the Green with your name known to the world, your face unmasked, your heart and your intent on full display, I do not want you at my shoulder. 

John Parker did not wear a balaclava.

My goal is to build cohesion and morale, to build our Brand and community.  That is best done by straightforward, brutal honesty, done without giving a damn who has a problem with it.

Meeting face-to-face is good for Liberty.  We should do more of it.

TL's national Summit was an extraordinary stride forward for Liberty.  Many people who would have liked to be there could not attend for various reasons, many cited distance and expense.

So, we will bring a mini-PatCom to you.

I have decided to implement our Gun Show Tour sooner than planned.  In each city we visit, we invite local Patriots to visit our booth, talk Liberty, network, and even help us grow our community with the aisles that are teeming with natural allies.

I'll announce our first show soon.

I hope to meet you.  I hope that we can act as a catalyst for Patriots who live in the same general area to meet, and continue meeting in the weeks and months after the show.

To every Patriot who has hosted, attended, plans to host or attend, or wants to attend a PatCom, thank you all.

Grassroots is how we will grow the fastest, safest, most effectively.  Shaking hands, looking into one another's eyes is how we can build trust.  Meeting and building trust leads to Tribes, and networked Tribes among AO's becomes a nationwidew force of Shock Forces for Liberty...we, the III.

We do not need a large army.

We need an army of Patriots who mean to be free, or dead.

No more hiding, folks.  No more standing on the edges.  It is time to stand up and be counted.

It is time to let the Enemies of Liberty know that imposing their Tyranny may be possible, but it will not be free.  In fact, we intend to make it cost more than they are willing to pay.

TL's Summit

A quick note to extend my thanks to TL for investing his time and energy to bring the Summit to life.

It was a good turnout and attended by a strong group of Patriots.

I was very proud to meet folks, shake hands and chat for a bit.  I stayed longer than I had anticipated, then headed-out so folks could continue with discussions best had amongst themselves.  I'm not going to list everyone who I was very proud and humbled to meet - it's not appropriate for me to put that out there.  But know that I walked away better for the experience.

The Ohio Militia Contingent impressed the hell out of me.  Their AO will be safe for Liberty, folks.  If you are looking for a model to emulate, start there.

TL: Thank you, sir.  Your efforts have been constant since I had the good fortune to cross your path in this world.

Patriot or Slave

The Liberty Summit is being held this weekend, put together by TL Davis.

Brock and fellow Patriots are meeting in North Carolina.

I hope others are meeting, whether formally or informally, to consider where we are, where we are going, and how we shall endeavor to get there.

Remember that the Enemies of Liberty are likely in the mix.  So be it.

Consider:  The governance we endure today is not that which was articulated by our Founders and Framers.  Our governance today is a perversion, and Liberty has been infringed.

What exists today is legalized plunder and murder by those in power, supported by those who vote them into power, and facilitated by those in the bureaucracies and special interests who facilitate the plunder and murder.

Look up the definition of Plunder and you will see that it is the system of Governance we endure today.

Period.

Anyone who votes plunder into law, anyone who votes plunderers into office, anyone who carrys out the acts of plunder, anyone who supports the advocacy of plunder by sending money to special interest groups that work for entrenched plunder, are guilty of Treason against the republic and they are guilty of crimes against humanity.

No court will even hear such a case today.

That means if there is to be a reckoning, if there is to be a restoration to our Founding Ideals, the burden is upon the shoulders of Patriots who will stand outside of the King's Laws to fight for Nature's Law.

It is that simple.

Choose your side.

Choose how you intend to live the rest of your life.

Free and at Liberty, or bending knee to Tyrants.

Patriot, or Slave.

It is time to choose, folks.  I have not spent the last 2 years of my life writing for the sake of writing.

I intend to prevail, and I intend to live at Liberty.

Lead, follow or get the hell out of the way.

Restoration will never happen by keyboard alone...

Weekend

I won't be online much this weekend.  There is a bit of Patriot work to be done.

You folks know my position on secret squirrel stuff.  Secret Squirreling & Reindeer Games are not my thing.  I intend to visit long enough to meet the Patriots in attendance, and then take my leave so folks can do what they are going to do.

I do expect to get a sense of where people stand, of mood and goals that are meant for the public realm.

What I would ask of Patriots this weekend: Support the 527 by making a donation for either a Minuteman Patch or one of our new Shoulder Patches from IIIGear.com.  I just received the table reservation paperwork for the Indy 1500 show and I'd like to get a cash infusion for our Gun Show Tour.

If you are making it to Mercer, I look forward to meeting you.

If you are going to the NC PatCom, be safe and advance the cause of Liberty with your fellow Patriots.

I hope we are all in the mode of working every day to plan and prepare for what is coming.

III Gear Update

OK folks, we'll be dropping the final batch of pending orders in the mail tomorrow.

This batch includes all orders placed through 7pm tonight.  If you have not rec'd your Gear by Wednesday, let me know.  Most items ship USPS Priority.

Not included: Hoodies, Cold Steel, III Stickers & Shoulder patches.

The III stickers arrived - and they printed on plain paper instead of the nice vinyl used for our Zoomie stickers.  So, the shipment went back and they'll be printing a new batch on the proper stock.

Cold Steel is taking their time getting the first shipment to us.  They sell a LOT of knives, and several items were backordered.  As soon as the order arrives in my shop they'll go to be branded, then shipped to you.  I'm told it only takes about 10 minutes to brand each blade.

Shoulder patches should be in my shop early next week.

Hoodies: I still need another 6 or so so we can hit our minimum.  As soon as we get the numbers, we'll place the order and get them to you.

Ironwill III: False Flag coming to Chicago?

Ironwill has a piece about Chicago that makes one consider the dots and how to connect them.

Many folks assume there will be "An Event" that the Enemies of Liberty will use as a predicate for bringing down the hammer as some sort of October Surprise for the election cycle.  We know that at least one private Condo building will be locking their doors during the upcoming NATO Summit in Chicago.  Now Government is putting area shelters on alert in case Chicago must be evacuated.

Given that most of the political dirty tricks during this administration have come from Chicago, and this is the President's home turf, it is safe to assume that the infrastructure exists under Mayor Rahm to host "An Event" of dubious origin.

Implosion: For the Record

I have discussed this before, either here or at Kerodin, I can't remember.

Implosion is imminent.  Once Implosion occurs, China will be told to eat the debt.  We simply will not pay.  Once Implosion occurs, Entitlement programs will end.  No money to redistribute = No money for Entitlements.

But Implosion need not be imminent.  How?  America tells China to eat the debt before we implode.  America stops taxing and spending on Entitlements before we implode.

Looters are shot.

We'll still have a Ruckus, but not a national economic Implosion, because the producers in this country will continue producing, income taxes will remain in American pockets instead of in the Treasury and FedGov will only feed from the trough of excise and imports, so long as we can kill the parasites who would rape, pillage and plunder.

That is how we avoid Implosion.

Now, ask me what I think the odds of that happening are, realistically.

Implosion is imminent.

Will you allow yourself to be arrested?

"They actually close the road sometimes so they can race," said Trooper Hernandez, who noted just watching the illegal event is a crime. (I added the underline for emphasis - K)

The Trooper is referring to a street race in Florida that attracted 1,000 cars, as reported on Drudge.

My question to you, Patriot: Have you taken the time to consider your response to the list of possible "Crimes" for which you will allow yourself to be arrested, and those that you will consider to be unconstitutional arrests, and therefore earn your absolute resistance?

Making an arrest to enforce an unconstitutional law is itself a crime, and may be defended (morally, anyway) by the Citizen by any means necessary.

Of course, your life is essentially over at that point, but that is a secondary issue if you have chosen to live on Principle.

But my question is specific: Have you run down the list of crimes for which you will allow yourself to be arrested, and those that will earn your violent defense?

BTW: Look at that picture from Life Magazine.  See the smile on LEO's face?  Notice his calm stance?  He is centered and in absolute control of the Civilian.  That LEO knows how to handle himself in a real fight.  If you were buckle-to-buckle with that LEO, would you fare any better?  They are not all fat donut-eaters.  Many have decent skills.
