KA-BAR: Live at IIIGear.com

The KA-BAR page is live at IIIGear.com, folks.

If anyone wants to add a serious combat blade to their kit, I can officially commend to you KA-BAR. I know I am late to this party, the KA-BAR has been gutting Commies around the world for generations. I never trained with it until recently.

I prefer the Tanto point with serrated edge I have pictured, but you simply can't go wrong with the traditional designs,m whatever variation you choose. I have not trained or inspected the Kukri's or other variations, so buyer beware.

Most of you know I am a Cold Steel guy. In particular, if I knew I was going into a knife fight (or a gun fight, for that matter) I would choose a San Mai III Cold Steel Tanto.

But for the first time I will admit, I would feel just as safe with this KA-BAR within reach. I have a single nit to pick - I would change the pommel from a round, flat disc to a point like the Cold Steel, the better to crush your Sphenoid on a back-stroke, dear.

But at 1/3 the price of my Cold Steel, don't think you've cheated yourself in any manner with that KA-BAR in your hand.

All KA-BAR's ordered through us get a laser-etched III on them, so allow a bit more time. No additional charge. I will include the plastic sheath unless you specifically tell me you want leather.

Finally, I could really use moving 10 of these bad boys in the next few days so we can add a few to the Gun Show table. My first purchase to KA-BAR (and most vendors) is $500.

American Liberty Congress: Hard Facts

Folks, I am a far better writer than I am a talker. When I talk to idiots for too long, it often leads to hitting.

If you intend to be in Washington, assuming it is still a Go, we should have an appointed talker.

Who?

This is no time for shyness or modesty. We need a man or woman who doesn't get fumble-tongued, doesn't fall for traps, knows how to stay organized and on-point, knows how to make gains of the other sides screw ups. Knows how to eviscerate a Commie with an insult and a smile. Non-Smarmy. Non-arrogant. Do we have a Jeff Cooper among us?

Nominate someone if you know someone. Nominatye yourself if you think it is you.

This is an important aspect of PR.

I will be creating a large postcard to be handed out at Gun Shows.

One side will have a kickin' piece of Zoomie art.

What I would ask each of you to do: Send me your URL, the name of the blog as you want it listed, and your name as you want it listed.

Please don't think that just because we talk routinely that I know these answers - I have a memory like a...what was I saying?

There is no charge, of course. But let me know. I will have a lovely lass at gun shows handing these things our to guests, so you'll be picking up some traffic.

TL Davis: Will the Liberty Congress come too late?

TL explores the very real possibility that Implosion of some sort may come before we make it to November 2 & 3 for the American Liberty Congress.

Of course he is right.

None of us can know what is in the hearts and plans of the Enemies of Liberty. Do they plan to pull the trigger before then? Do they plan to surprise us on the 6th? Do they simply plan to declare on the 7th that the election results do not matter?

Dunno.

I am proceeding on the assumption that the world will keep spinningon and through the election day. I do expect targeted violence before then. In GJJ we called it "softening up the enemy" with a few head shots and body shots.

And if we find absolute conflagration makes the Congress moot, so be it, we'll have our hands filled elsewhere.

If not, I will be on the Hill, futzing up their political talking points 3 days before the election.

There are a thousand different "...if..." scenarios that can play out between now and then.

Be flexible. Do what you have to do.

If the world is still spinning and needs me to add a monkeywrench, I'll be on the Hill, wrench in hand.

Folks, on the best day I have too many plates in the air and I miss details.

Since announcing the Liberty Congress, and with your overwhelming support, I can honestly say I am now behind the curve.

First, thank you all. Bill Nye, my apologies for being short with you in email. You and I have spoken of Leadership in the past, and how the III must be local and Leaderless, and I am overly-sensitive to being called a Leader. Sorry I gave you grief.

Folks, on that note: Please understand I do not want to be a Leader. At most, I'm just a guy on point. Consider me the first guy to catch a bullet, but please do not count on me for movement - each and every single one of you is a Leader. Each and every one of you will be the one looked to by friends and family when SHTF.

I am here, I'll stay on point, but I need you to agree to walk with me, folks. Deal? We are the III, we are all on the Green. We are all equals.

As of this moment, I will be at the Dale City Virginia VFW Gun Show and I hope t meet some of you local folks. I am waiting on table;e reservation confirmation for May 16 in Richmond, a bigger show. I hope you local folks will come by and meet me and Mrs. Kerodin. I am working with the promoters to permit your III Patch to cover your entry fee. No promises yet, but that's what I am working on now.

At this moment I will have our basic III Gear on the table, and I will be signing up new III Members from the throngs of folks walking the aisles: NRA types, hunters, et cetera. In addition I have a small selection of Cold Steel Gear, Condor Gear, a display for a Go Bag (not selling Go Bag gear, but I AM offing the Go Bags) and I'll be offering tickets to our Liberty Congress. I really want to spread the word about that gig.

I could use a bit of help here: I really want to add KA BAR to our table, but the 527 doesn't have the $500 cash needed for our first order. Support or Not...

I've noted great support for this concept of gathering on the steps of the Capitol with empty holsters as a symbol.

Anyone aware of their history knows the Founders had many such shows of Symbolism - a rattling of the snakes tail, if you will.

Right, wrong or otherwise is not the point. If you agree and can make it, welcome. If you agree and can't make it, thanks for the support.

But if you don't agree and deride, snark, and otherwise mock - because you think your way is better, well, thank you for the insight to your character. I've got plenty of fair-weather friends.

DC is my AO. Join me if you wish, from wherever you call home. But you folks who insist on calling this a national gig, check yourself. This is national and local.

American Liberty Congress

Folks, we are going to charge between $60 and $100 per ticket to the Liberty Congress. That will help defray some of the expenses, and we'll pass it off to our NRA and Tea Party warm-spit allies. Believe me, meeting rooms at the Hay Adams are not cheap, nor is a speaking fee for a man like Pat Buchanan or the Judge.

Politics ain't cheap.

Before you panic: If you have a III Patch, you are in free.

Next item: Friday will be our day to handle Patriot business. I invite you all to submit topics you want to discuss. I chose the word Congress very specifically: 1. A formal assembly of representatives, as of various nations, to discuss problems. We are representatives - not of nations, per se, but representatives entitled to be heard, dammit.

I know there are some topics that are considered taboo in groups of people. I, personally, am beyond such concerns. I will strip to my birthday suit if it helps anyone feel better (though some of you may lose your vision) about any modern electronics I may have on me. I also invite anyone to bring white noise generators.

I have decided to do something I never do in public: I will host a seven technique martial CQB class for anyone who wishes to attend. Not to worry: Your age will not matter and it is gal-friendly. I will work on knife takeaways, pistol defense, and offensive knife attacks, as well as how to do a few things when Bad People try to grab you. They won't like it. Yes, when you are done you'll know how to gut an unwilling carp.

Item Three: I will try to arrange a demonstration by a Krav Maga dojo that operates out of DC. Folks, these are the best in the world outside of Israel - and in Israel they'd be among the best. This will give you an idea if you will want to find a Krav shop when you get home.

Zoomie: I think we need a logo for the American Liberty Congress, and I have no real ideas. All I know is that it should not scare away any Tea Party/NRA/RINO/Useful Idiots. Anyone with ideas, please weigh-in with Zoomie. In case you have not noticed, the man is brilliant.

Another What If... This one has nothing to do with the below post or writers

Have you noticed how many are willing to stand passivly aside and let Communists have America? Have you noticed how many are willing to make a profit while the Kremlin and Forbidden City call the shots on Pennsylvania Avenue?

It has been posited by some in our Community that the best course is to hand our gear to our sons and daughters, nieces and nephews and we should spend our time teaching them.

Now there's a fitting note on the modern American Male. F'n cowards. They call it "prudent thinking" because "we aren't ready yet".

Personally, I was surprised the quarter whence this came, until I saw the hand up the arse moving the jaw muscles and spouting the inane.

Any American male with a shred of patriotic blood pumping in his veins and a rudimentary understanding of course, speed, trajectory, resources of the Enemies of Liberty and their intent to vanquish from existence every remnant of Liberty who suggests waiting while "...the revolution in the hearts of men must further ferment..." or some such silliness is either a first-class idiot, a coward, or a man who profits from this status quo of diminishing Liberty until it dies a silent, whimpering death. Do you know anyone (like NRA) who profits by letting Liberty wither, rather than fighting?

I'll add a fourth trait to such a man: A filthy, useless excuse for a parent who needs to surrender his children to family of Russian Pig Farmers who at least have the decency to have pride in their nation. Because your children, you filthy f'n cowards, will die of starvation, or with a bullet in the brain, and your daughters (and some of your sons) will serve as mattresses for their murderers because of your failures.

Are you getting all puffy-faced? Are you angry at my words? If you are getting angry, then my words must be striking close to home. I assure you, no parent who intends to fight now so his children do not have to face this evil is taking offense right now. They are making plans to add another bucket of ammo to the basement.

No, it is only the cowards who want to wait and let someone else do the fighting who are getting all red in the face.

You see, there are people who are making good money right now by avoiding the Restoration of Liberty. They do not want it to end. When Liberty is restored, they have to find another line of work. They'll have to devise a whole new script of bullshit.

Here is a fact, and every man out there with common sense understands it: Liberty is dying. It is being murdered every single day that you send your children to public school. It is being murdered with every new tax dollar that flows into the coffers of the Treasury by the poor slobs who have to pay to work. Do you get that? You must PAY your Masters to work!

Some folks like to think they are slick by teaching (charging you money to learn these methods) methods of paying less. They find that clever. I call it giving 2 blowjobs a week instead of 3.

The situation gets worse every single hour. There is no reversing it. There is no way to turn the tide. There is no way to educate enough people, fast enough, to compete with the indoctrination resources and capabilities of the Bad People.

Every hour we wait becomes exponentially harder to reverse the process.

Add to this simple fact of human nature: You can not convince people to take the harder route! How many will choose the hardships of freedom and Liberty when they can get a free check? The Freakin' French just proved it. Sarkozy is, by any real-world standard, a hardcore Socialist. And what is the headline? He's gone, and the voters put in office a "Real" Socialist!

You want Liberty in this country, you are going to have to reach out and take it. You are outnumbered. You are out resourced. You are out-everything.

And you want to wait...until it is impossible?

That makes sense...if you are a chickenhit, a profiteer, or a poor fool who can't think for himself.

You want to know how to take Liberty back from people who do not want it to exist, from people who intend to kill you to be rid of it?

You get in their faces. You tell them you intend to have Liberty. They can STFU, go away, or face citizen trials for Treason. YOU REDUCE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE TAKING YOUR LIBERTY.

Because this time, folks, is the last time any of us will come unarmed.

...and you'd better damn well mean it. I do not draw lines I do not defend. I will never stand with any man who does.

There is no place in a world of Liberty for cowards who would leave a deathfight for their children. I personally prefer the company of an avowed Communist. At least he has the courage to be what he is...right up until the moment I choke the life our of his useless body.

Liberty Congress: Let's do this hard

Folks, I am going to do something that offends my nature to the core. I am going to ask you for money to support this Liberty Congress every day. I am not going to quit because of my revulsion for asking for money. I am going to ask you to go to your spouse, your kids, inlaws, parents, co-workers, steal from the blind-guy on the street, pick-pocket cops...you get the idea.

Look at the final design we are running with your shirts above, by Zoomie. I'll also be printing posters/signs. I'll be printing stickers so we can wallpaper your National Capitol and the forehead of every Union and SEIU idiot we encounter.

I will be trying to cut a deal with a holster company, just in case anyone needs a good holster - I know Jenn's hubby makes fine work.

And because Concerned American prompted me, here's the bombshell of the day: Ann Barnhardt will be there with us.

Are you beginning to see what we have here, folks.

American Liberty Congress

Day One (Friday): We meet in the comfort of a DC Hotel near the mall, review the final copies of the Declarations and we each sign our names.

We share meals and discuss among ourselves the issues that matter to us.

We will review the schedule for Saturday, and we will have a series of speakers from within and without our core group.

We will take suggestions from everyone and modify our schedule as suggested.

We will have a small presser with select members of print and televised media.

Day Two: We will muster in the Hotel and secure our parchments. Some media will be present. At the appropriate time we will leave the hotel and make our way a few blocks to the steps of the Capitol and inside the main doors to the rotunda. There we will find an official member of Congress (or a designated staffer from a Leadership office) to formally accept our parchment.

Media will be present, a brief statement is expected from our Congressional rep, and we will be free to leave. I am told media will pursue us for AAR's.

What's next? I don't think any of us expect one whit of change from established behavior.

We will have done our duty. We will have formally, gentlemanly presented our list of grievances and ultimata.

The next step, Patriot, is for your conscience to guide.
