We will make the ground upon which we stand safe for Liberty.

Consider: III Progress

I have been working on Gun Show details this evening, and a while ago I ticked off a few of the accomplishments we have made as a Community in the last year or so in a conversation over at Dio's place.

In our little part of the Liberty Movement Bill Nye and his Patriots got the PatComs rolling. That is a major bit of forward motion. While not everyone here claims the III Tags, I am very proud of what we have been able to accomplish in the last year or so specifically within the III Brand. We have an official, legal III entity (the 527) through which we can operate as legitimately and legally as any Liberal group of Marxist genetic waste. Many of us worked together to publish a political platform. We delivered tha book, III to Liberty, widely on Capitol Hill and elsewhere. We've run radio ads. We've run ads on political Right blogs. We've got the Buy a Gun Day project, we've got a summer and fall to be filled with more travel than I care to think about, hitting gun shows to meet you, help local Patriots meet one another and network, and find a few of our natural allies and build our numbers and our resources. I will be hosting a PatCom in October in Birmingham, Alabama.

We have established licensed dealerships with several first class gear manufacturers that can help finance some of our activities. We have built a series of III Branded items to raise capital for our efforts, while building cohesion and morale. We have had so many wonderful Patriots volunteer their time, skills and cash to help get these tasks accomplished, from our radio ad in the Denver area to Zoomie and his wonderful art, to Mozart who accepted the additional burden of running the Buy a Gun Day Project.

So many of you have contributed so much, and not once has anyone screamed or kicked for recognition. Everyone has pitched in with a "...git 'er done..." attitude.

Look at how many people are working together.

For you guys and gals who have been doing this for more than 2 years, is "Our Community" moving forward and making progress better now than before?

I'd have to bet yes.

So, to each and every one of you, Thank You.

None of this could be accomplished without many of us working together.

I am proud to be associated with you. I hope that we can get at least 300 of us to the Capitol on November 3 and make a positive impact on the national audience.

I know we can do it. By "it" I mean - I know that a few thousand of us working together, and a few hundred on the ground in DC, can, indeed, get on the radar and make a positive impact.

Why am I convinced?

Because we come and our only demand is that our politicians and bureaucrats abide their oath and operate within the bounds of the Constitution, as ratified and intended in the spirit of the DoI and BoR.

And why am I certain we can get the herd moving?

Because everything for which we are asking is morally just and in accord with Nature's Laws.

We are Right.

When a few hundred serious Patriots have Right on their side, and the determination to live free at Liberty, or die in their pursuit, we can change the course of history.

It has been done before. We are their posterity. Their blood pumps in our hearts.

It is our turn to do it now.

I am proud to stand with you in this simple quest for Liberty.

Liberty Congress: You may not be ready...

Consider 300 or more quiet, polite, respectful III Patriots standing beneath the Rotunda in the United States Capitol building, each man and woman purposely placing on display an empty handgun holster and an empty rifle sling.

Those Patriots deliver a parchment scroll that has been signed by each and every Patriot in the building, plus perhaps hundreds more over the course of the summer at Gun Shows and special meetings in Gun Shops.

Consider the thoughts going through the minds of the average politician.

This is the last time I come unarmed...

What will unsettle those politicians the most is the action clause in the parchment, elegant simplicity: We will go home and begin living as free men at Liberty in the manner established by our Framers at ratification.

That is the thought that will haunt the politicians.

But only if we mean it.

If you do not mean to defend the ground beneath your feet in the name of Constitutional and Natural Liberty after formally and properly serving our complaints, our demands, our intent, in person, if our Government Employees continue to injure Liberty, then I must respectfully counsel that this American Liberty Congress is not a place where you belong.

If you will not return home and begin to live Mister Jefferson's Rightful Liberty, and defend that Rightful Liberty, do not attend this Congress. You know where I stand on the matter of empty threats and undefended lines in the sand.

The III Patriots who will best serve, and be best satisfied by, this Congress are those who have no use for hollow words, those who truly mean it when they utter Molon labe, those who have decided that the risk of death is the only proper choice when faced with the indignity of tolerating tyranny one moment longer.

Quite simply, the III Patriots best suited for this operation are those who are done talking and refuse to bend knee. III Patriots who believe Patrick Henry: Give me Liberty or give me Death. III Patriots who know the Declaration, the Constitution and Bill of Rights are not mere words, but indeed the inviolate fundamental premise upon which our society is founded, and take these words written by Mister Jefferson seriously: We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

There is no shame in choosing not to attend. Every Patriot must live his own life and answer to only his own Soul.

Quite simply: If you are not at that point in your life where you are ready to defend your Liberty to the Death, every time it may be challenged, you have no business at the III Liberty Congress in November.

I will be there on November 3rd, and I will formally and respectfully present my grievances. If 300 of us were there, the symbolism would be epic.

What happens on November 4th and after in my life depends upon the Enemies of Liberty, as I will refuse to tolerate their infringements further. I have no desire for conflict. I have no intention of going forth in search of Monsters to slay.

But I will defend the ground upon which I stand for Liberty.

For clarity, let me repeat: If you are not at that point in your life where you are ready to defend your Liberty to the Death, every time it may be challenged, you have no business at the III Liberty Congress in November.

Poke the Bear

UPDATE: I am reading through everything you folks have sent in and crafting it into a rough draft. Once I get that far I'll post it and we can work out the final. Then we'll decide which 25 or 50 domestic enemies shall earn our Award.

Fighters know one of the best ways to kill your enemy is to get him into his feelings and emotions - make him irrational.

Some people counsel agains poking the bear.

I say: Poke that SOB. Poke him hard and often.

What do you think about drafting some sort of award, worded in our most offensive, eviscerating, degrading, make-'em-cry language and then printed on pretty paper and sent as a formal award to certain Enemies of Liberty, in recognition for their work in destroying Liberty, plundering and enslaving their fellow man, et cetera.

I mean s.a.v.a.g.e.

We can seal it with a wax seal for the III, put it in a mailing tube, and send it on its way.

We can continue to lay back and take what they dish out...

...or we can dish out our own steaming piles of recognition to Enemies of Liberty.

I would like to reach 300 or more folks listed on that right column where CA and millerized and Ann B and the others are listed who are coming (or will try their darndest) to come to the Congress.

To make sure I get you on that list, please do me a favor and leave a comment on this thread so I know who to add. Even if you end up not making it, If you truly intend to try, I'd like to add you to the list.

You can use real names, screen names, whatever. I just need all the names in one place or I'll miss getting folks on the list.

From Will: Trooper pulled over driver who was radioactive...

As noted by Will, the gear being incorporated to front-line Enemies of Liberty is sufficient to close the window of opportunity in very short order.

When the standard cruiser is outfitted with penetrating your cars and home on the hunt for "Terrorist Tools", license plate readers tied into central databases, FLIR, Thermals...

The window of opportunity will close soon, and at best we face nearly impossible odds for genuine Liberty. Once The State gets their new Stasi 80% online, Liberty will be dead on the continent until the next dinosaur-killing event renders all men equal once more.

Remember how NBC edited the Zimmerman 911 tape to make it seem to the public that Zimmerman was motivated by his disgust of blacks?

How is that anything less than attempted murder? I agree the media have 1A protection to do what they did. You know that I consider some speech beyond the protection of 1A, but this is not in that category.

Lying about Zimmerman in the hopes of inciting racial violence is vile, void of ethics and morality, disgusting, and unconscionable...but I would have to say 1A holds.

But just because the Federal Government has no Constitutional Right to punish that speech, does that mean proud American Citizens who understand Right versus Wrong have no power to censor that speech to ensure that a needless Race War does not take place? I'm not talking about boycotting sponsors. I'm not talking about turning the channel. I'm talking about swelling men's eyes shut who would start a Race War.

Government is not the problem. Government is nothing more than a collection of individuals.

Corporations such as NBC are not the problem, for any corporation is nothing more than a collection of individuals working in concert for, usually, a common goal.

Most people would claim no American has the Right to act against NBC in such circumstances, citing 1A and the Government's Monopoly of Violence.

I say that one of the take-aways from the American Liberty Congress in November will be that proud, prudent Americans will begin to take it upon themselves to defend ourselves against the stupid and the deliberate war baiters. I say that we will police ourselves and be rid of Soulless people who would start wars wherein millions would die, and a few would get rich. I say when we go to Washington DC on November 3rd, it'll be the last time we come unarmed...

...and when we go home, we'll be taking that attitude with us to our personal AO's.

III Gun Show Tour

June 2 & 3: Dale City, VA VFW Post 1503 Old Dominion Shows

October 19, 20, 21: Indy 1500 - I have been told this is one of the best shows in the country, and we have sent in our reservation for October, just 2 weeks before our American Liberty Congress.

We are working on a show for May 19 & 20 on Route 80 west of Philadelphia. We'll let you know if that one firms up.

First, some good news.

Mrs. Kerodin and I have spent much of the day deeply immersed in III topics. The upshot is that I will be getting some Administrative help so orders will begin processing several times each week.

Another benefit: Mrs. Kerodin (Holly) will be diving into email here and there. We haven't really set guidelines, but don't be surprised if you get thank you's, confirmations, queries, or other correspondence from my lovely wife.

Holly is fully engaged in the American Liberty Congress (ALC) and since in a former life she was an Event Organizer here in DC, she will be taking point on many aspects. Believe me, this is a good thing.

The ALC will have 2 days of activity. Friday November 2 will be our day. We'll meet in a nice hotel and hear from our Keynote Speaker (we'll get into deciding who that will be soon enough). We'll each have an option to take between 2-5 minutes at the podium if we have something to say. We will build on all of the great work that has been started by folks like Bill Nye, TL, Brock, CA & Bill Fletcher and others who hosted PatComs. And we intend to break ground.

Mrs. Kerodin is good with our parchment, our Declaration of abuses, and even our ultimatum (if worded very carefully).

Final ALC note for the moment: IIIGear.com Official ALC shirts available now. The shirt-builder function at our printer doesn't have the ability to show sleeve text, but we will have text on both sleeves. One sleeve: Restore the Constitution. The second sleeve: IIIPercentPatriots.com.

The Liberty Congress Day One is by Invitation Only. For the record, you are invited. It will be ticketed (Speakers and meeting rooms at places like the Hay Adams are not cheap). But if you have either of the Official T-Shirts or either of our III Patches, you don't need tickets.

The price on the T-Shirts will be going up soon once we start advertising to other groups, like OathKeepers, NRA, Tea Party folks, et cetera. We'll give you a 2-3 day heads up before it happens.

The good III Branded stickers are in and I am very pleased. It was a major pain in the arse to get it done, (they printed on the wrong paper once, just for starters), but they are UV coated vinyl, 3"x4", and look good.

2012 Annual III Enemy of Liberty Awards: It seems like you folks are diggin' the idea! So, let's rock & roll with it! Let's get the format out of the way, first: I think they should be printed on nice paper, suitable for framing and hanging, in a scripted font similar to a diploma. Then I'd like to roll it, use a III wax seal and a lace ribbon, and mail it to our award winners in a mailing tube.

If anyone doesn't like that general aspect of the project, feel free to speak up!

I would like to reach into the grunt-labor-pool for these awards. Politicians are too easy and predictable. Let's really rile some folks and make sure they come visit us when they have a chance, like Mr. Trumka and Jerad Wheeler (here), and a few folks over at CPUSA.

This project has minimal expense, and we won't need to do any fundraising for it. But I say let's earn the postage by writing with the intent of making the award winner cry. Crying is a bonus.

KA-BAR: Folks, thanks for the support. You guys come through when we ask, and it is appreciated. I hope you also find it helpful that the III have set up these accounts. I'll be placing that first order on Monday morning, so if you want anything KA-BAR, get the order in this weekend. Folks, I personally endorse these knives as primary fighting blades. Ah, back to Liberty Congress for a second: Getting into gun shows, especially shows in the near future, is proving to be a problem. They are maxed out! While that sucks for us trying to reach people, it is good for the country! I'll still be able to get in, but I may not make it to my first choice every weekend. I intend to try to hit at least one major show in each major metro so we can have a spot to meet so you can get your name on the scroll. I'll be going coast to coast and north to south. In some areas, I may simply have to hook up with a gun shop and have everyone meet for an hour or so so we can meet, sign and support your local gun-gear-guy. We'll hook him up with some free online advertising just for helping out.

I have a LOT of ground to cover this summer.

At these gun shows I will have our scroll available for III Patriots to sign, folks. So, we'll need to get working on that language sooner rather than later. I'll look over everything that you folks have sent in, then perhaps make a pass at it, then we'll tweak it together until we get it where we want it.

A very important question for Real Patriots who intend to come to Washington, unarmed, for the last time...

Have you ever heard the great historical military man named Robert Ulyses Laffin?

I'll call him Rob for the purpose of this post.

Rob not only considered himself a master of every and all wars, battles and Generals of the past, including their strokes of brilliance, their blunders, the color of their boxers on alternating Tuesdays. Rob signed his correspondence R.U. Laffin

Rob did not limit his knowledge to the past. He knew 4G & 5G and even invented 6G, but it was so far beyond the limited comprehension of his peers, it died with him.

Rob was able to look at any micro or macro conflict and see the widom and dangers in every move, open to every player, on the Board.

I kid you not, Rob was a badass. B.A.D.A.S.S.

Do you think you probably never heard of ol' Rob because the Brits, or Romans or Americans kept him in a secret War Room somewhere as their ultimate military genius? Rob sure thought he was worthy of it, he never let an opportunity pass that he did not tell his fellow Country when to do what, why, and how, of what doing X during Y time axis would prove Z results, hence victory.

Know why you never heard of ol' Rob.

Because he was a freekin' keyboard Rambo and never, one, placed himself in harm's way...not when it was safe and easy, not when it became prudent, and not when it mattered...Rob was certain (fear will do that for a fellow) that his utmost responsibility was to stay alive for the benefit of his Countrymen.

Now let's move from the world where Fantasy Warriors live to where you and I live.

We have decided to do something.

We have not decided to take arms and march on Washington, as one or two of our own bloggers would have you think. Hell, I'd never announce I was going to do it if I had such plans, nor would I ever ask for helpers.

We have decided to write a Declaration, in a hand and with the nearest elegance of a Thomas Jefferson as we are able to muster, and hand it to men among us who mean to be Masters. These men are Masters, today. Right now as Reg further contemplates, and tells us why now is not the time, what we have planned is futile, and all the rest of Reg's sage wisdom.

You and I have merely decided to follow the proven (successful, I might add) actions of our Founders who wrote the King. (I suspect Ben, John & Tom had folks crying that the sky would fall too, if they wrote their letter) We will lay out our grievances. We will sign our names over an action clause, to the effect of: We will begin acting like the Americans who deserved this land, not the slaves you and Reg would have us remain.

Every schoolboy (even today in public school) knows Leonidas did not set out from Sparta with three hundred Warriors and hold off Xerxes.

We all know that Leonidas chose to remain with a valiant 300 Spartans in that narrow pass, so others could fall back.

What will our action have on history?

There is no way for you or me to know. Not even Rob can know, because Rob is one of those guys you'd love to find in the stock market: You'd love to buy him for what he's worth, then sell him for what he thinks he's worth. But in our own history, when men did something similar and meant it, it turned out alright.

We may have zero impact, forever. (I personally know that one is not true. When my name is signed, invoking the cause of action, I will act as promised. I have shaken hands with a few men who have said they will attend. In my heart I know what is in their eyes. They will return home, too, and having warned our Masters, begin to live as Americans.)

Our impact may have a delayed effect. Many of the Sons of Liberty actions had delayed reactions.

Hell, we might even prove to be the catalyst that gets a portion of the Silent Majority off their butts, which will unleash the moral indignation that is so latently hostile today that it merely be sparked to conflagrate.

One thing about Rob, though - he'll be there to let us all know how smart we were to heed his advice...after the risk is gone.

Worry not, Rob. Men like you are always made free by the work and sacrifice endured by better men.

Patriots act.

I ask for 300 American Patriots who are genuinely III in your hearts, men and women who would have walked those miles to stand with John Parker that April morning. I ask for you to be the boldest Americans alive today, one of those willing to put your name on a document that accuses our Masters of Treason, and declares them to be Enemies of Liberty.

We may be the dumbest 300 Americans alive today.

We may be the dumbest 300 Americans to die on November 3.

We may also be that set of 300 brave Patriots who give courage to our Countrymen to stand up and be counted.

Like Real Estate, America is not growing more Patriots, not in numbers to compete with the little Marxists, or even slow their gains. How many hundreds/thousands of Kindergarten class kids learn from their daily Socialist for every one home-schooled kid?

The number of Patriotic Americans alive today who want genuine Liberty and who want the Constitution Restored, as Ratified, will never be higher than it is today.

The arithmetic is simple.

So, to those 300 who will join me, and the hundreds more who will support the efforts, I am proud to be doing something hard in the face of a world that wants the easy way.

For those of you who are not able to make it to the Steps of the Capitol, if that is to be America's next Boston Massacre, so be it. I have no desire or intent of being a martyr. But it is what it is...

But I also know that every ingle day the Enemies of Liberty gain ground, while we find ever-more self-deluding reasons to stay off the field.

I am going.

If going isn't for you, do what you feel is best.

They had the balls to stand and be counted, knowing they were dead men.

Will 300 stand with me, knowing our holsters will be empty, knowing we will not even be breaking a single of the King's Laws.

To be blunt, folks: If we don't have the balls to look our plunderers and murderers in the eyes and tell them to stop, in writing, or else, we do not deserve Liberty.

And for every "Patriot" who takes the position that we are being too provocative: Please stop breeding. God save us from another generation of your genetics.

How are you folks being received regarding the Congress?

Except for one silly commenter, a weak-kneed blogger or two with simian proclivities, I've had nothing but positive response from folks. Fascinating how one or two folks try to spin the Liberty Congress as a locked & loaded march on Washington!

Anyway, what has been your general response from your Patriot circle?

Regarding Officer Unborn Baby Kicker

Resistor in the Rockies has it.

Just for the record, one of the bits of our train of abuses to be handed to our Enemies of Liberty will include acts like this, conducted by animals like this, and our declaration that such animals will no longer be tolerated among free men, our wives and children.

No more Waco's.

No more Jose Guerena's.

So far it has been said, ad nauseum, by people who never back up their positions.

I've never said it, not even once.

I will, in writing, in Washington.

Perhaps some of you should think twice about standing with me on this project.

The Liberty Congress is what it is...

It is not another familiar load of ...not one more inch... that is as valuable as an ounce of fresh manure.

A thought

A Commenter named Bill weighed-in on an earlier post and chose to enlighten me as to why my every conclusion was incorrect, my premise was incorrect, and the Liberty Congress a bad move. Bill claimed to have been an Officer, and well-studied in all aspects of the topic, and that he could write tomes...

This isn't about Bill.

I'm talked out, folks. I'm tired of talking while the Bad People are the only one's on the field. I do not see one positive, game-changer that has ever come from any of our discussions - across any of our blogs - except for the PatComs. And those changes are purely on a local level, affecting a few handfuls of people.

I'm done talking.

I am going to Washington DC, I am going to hand them a signed piece of paper that tells them they are all Traitors to their oath, to their Countrymen, to the US Constitution. I am going to look the people in the eye who want me to bend knee.

Will I have changed anything? Nope.

Then I will go home, while they ponder the ...or else... clause of my parchment.

So, for folks like Bill who just want to weigh in and tell me how wrong or stupid I am being, do us both a favor and run along, play with others who enjoy such circle-jerking. I just can't be bothered.

I have referred several times to a goal of 300 Patriots for the Liberty Congress.

I've read recently that Liberty can never work in America, because not enough people are ready for it.

Sorry folks, that is the biggest hunk of hoakum I've read from a supposed "Thinker" in a long, long time.

Here's the fix: Those who want Liberty get to stay.

Everyone else: STFU, GTFO, or face trial for Treason for injuries to the Natural and Constitutional Rights of your Countrymen.

At the end of the day, Liberty has more men on the field.

So much for that "We can't do it..." whining.

One thing has always been true and will always remain true: If you tell yourself you can't do something, you're right.

Fort Lee’s police chief has seen his share of careless pedestrians texting or talking on the phone in his own town. He said he has counted 23 pedestrian accidents since January, ranging from minor bumps and bruises to three fatalities.

After trying pamphlets and brochures, he’s ordering his officers to ticket careless pedestrians on the spot.

“They’re not alert and they’re not watching what they’re doing,”

Voter Registration

Folks, please leave me a quick comment if you are dropping me voter registration records from your state (and what that state is, please).

In most states one must be a resident to get the info, so I can only do it here in Maryland.

I'd like D's & R's, names, mailing addresses, preferrable in Excel format (but I'll take it howver it comes) Don't spend too much. Many states are free, some make you pay a small fee. Maryland cost me $125 for the entire state.

Let me know which states are on their ay, please.

Some folks are uncomfortable with the plan of the American Liberty Congress to draft a train of abuses, to include a cease and desist order, to incorporate a demand that our Political Class begin immediately abiding the letter and spirit of the Constitution, especially since we intend to hand-deliver this signed scroll on the steps of the US Capitol while wearing empty holsters to convey the serious nature of our sincerity.

I know most of you agree with me that this plan is not too confrontational. Personally, I find that it strikes a serious level of political symbolism that will disrupt the political talking points just 72 hours from election day. I already have assurances from people I have known for quite a while and trust that we will have print and video MSM on site, and we will be received by at least one official Staffer from a Congressional office.

Here is where I'd like you folks to weigh-in and add some discussion to this thread: Should we make it a point to invite the Enemies of Liberty to meet us there? You and I know what that means. You and I know where that may go. You and I know this is a discussion that must be had in this country. You and I know that we will never have more men who want Liberty that we have today.

My 2 cents: If you want the modern III on the political radar, if you want us at the table, if you agree the fastest way to do it is to have MSM cameras rolling while we demand Constitutional values (for Hearts & Minds PR) while getting the Enemies of Liberty to unmask themselves on national camera, we'll never have a better moment than in the heat of the hours before the election.

We may not get there. Bad People may push the Detonate Button before we reach November 3rd. There is nothing we can do about that, except do the best we can with what we've got.

Empty holsters and our statement: This is the last time I come unarmed... is a phrase that I think would make Jefferson and Henry proud...so long as we mean it. That doesn't mean we come back to DC Locked & Loaded - that'd be giving them fish to shoot in a barrel, and I'm not going out like that. But it means we go home and we begin enforcing the Constitution.

So, my question: Should we invite the Enemies of Liberty to our Party on the steps of the Capitol and let the world see the beasts they are?

Oh - you naysayers who think this entire idea is too provocative, or that we have not "lit the revolution in the hearts of enough Americans yet", sorry but I have to dismiss you from the conversation. For every one American who may be awakened this year, another million+ will be indoctrinated the other way by the Tyrants. We don't have time, and I am done waiting until you catch up to the truth...I can't afford to wait for you to get a clue.

A smart guy once told me as he watched his kids returning home from college: The longer they go to college, the dumber they get.

Have you ever been in a deathfight against 4 or more people who intended to kill you with hand weapons? (Not firearms)

I have.

You want to know how to win that fight, every single time? It isn't by studying at War College. It isn't by licking Hitler's boots and giving him credit for keeping the trains running on time. It isn't studying all the Bad People who killed people on large scales across the generations. It isn't Human Resources Marketing super-Plans, put together by people who are smarter than all the rest of us, and don't mind telling us so.

The way you win that fight is simple (assuming you can't shoot them or run away).

You kill them one by one until the odds are even, then you kill the last one, until you are the last man standing. You break them. You twist their necks. You bash their skulls. You crack their spines. You swell their throats shut.

For all you folks who are worrying yourselves to death about how to beat the Marxists who intend to kill you - it really is no more difficult than that lesson I just imparted.

Kill them firstest and mostest.

That is all.

If you make it any more difficult than that, you are not demonstrating your mental prowess. You're just being dumb.
