Treason 101

I find it necessary to remind people one more time why the Patriot is morally safe when engaging the Blue "voter" or "Non-Combatant".

The Blue voter is not merely exercising a "...legitimate difference of political opinion..."

The Blue voter is a Marxist working to overthrow the republic, to overthrow by force the US Constitution, advocating that Government take the fruits of your labor, the bread from the mouths of your children, by force.  Yes, by force, because if the Blue voter's guy gets into office, as we have all seen, they'll send men and women with badges and guns to enforce the Blue voter's wish to overthrow the Constitution.

That is Treason.

Treason is the only crime articulated in the Constitution.

Article III Section III: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason...

If using the muzzle of a firearm is not levying war, I sure as hell need remedial English.

The Blue voter is an active Traitor seeking the violent overthrow of the Constitution that most of us have taken an oath to support and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

That Treason is most assuredly a direct and violent infringement upon my Rightful Liberty, and I am morally, by Natural Right, entitled to defend my Rightful Liberty.

There is no Miranda in War.

When you find yourself face-to-face with an Enemy of Liberty in a time of war, when there exists an existential threat to the republic, you do NOT need permission from your local Prosecutor to defend your country.  You want to live up to the "Testimony of two witnesses" aspect of the Article, get a buddy and go watch the same people.  You and he satisfy the threshold.

The concept that an American, a member of We the People, is not empowered by our Framers to be the final arbiter of what is, and is not, Constitutional, the concept that says a Patriot must ASK GOVERNMENT FOR PERMISSION to defend the Constitution is absurdity defined.

In summary: The Blue Voter and EVERY f'n person facilitating the overthrow of the Constitution and the legitimate republic of the United States, by force of violence, and that violence may morally be met with the ultimate violence, for the US Congress, per the Constitution, has deemed one of the penalties for Treason is Death.

I've got little street experience ridding sportbikes.  My experience is from my teens - a long time ago - riding a 250 dirtbike around my Uncle's swampy/beach/farm on the river in Maryland, near the bay.  I briefly flirted with racing sportbikes at Summit Point in my 20's and managed to live through it.

 



I am pretty convinced I will be purchasing one of the two bikes above by spring.  Mrs. Kerodin is not so certain.  I'll handle that later.

What I need is anyone who has experience with late model CBR's (600 & 250).

I know I am looking at apples and oranges.

Purposes:

1) To learn another skill that I suspect will soon become very valuable.
2) To use the bike operationally, when required.
3) Occasional open highway trips to AO's - ranges could be substantial.

Everything I have read says the 250 will max out on a trip from, say, DC to Chicago - it won't like so much highway at 70+ MPH.

The 600 is a LOT of sportbike and when I go down the first time, it may be my last.  But I have a philosophy that it's hard to have too much.  Is 250 enough?

Both can be operationally useful in my AO.  I know my AO better than 99.5% of everyone who lives in it - and it is a BIG AO, from the entire 355/270 corridor/Montgomery County, Virginia just over the river, and all of DC.  On either bike, E&E is a given.

I know Harley guys: But they're not for me.

Thoughts?  What haven't I thought about?  I'm on pretty new ground here, folks.

Cost isn't the biggest issue - yes, I could buy 3-250's for the price of one 600 - but I need to trust my equipment more than I need to worry about price.

Anyone who can weigh-in will be appreciated.

Rhetorical Question

I could make a strong argument - at least in my own mind - that one of the primary reasons most Patriots won't leave the porch today is because they know their wives and children will die penniless, regardless of how long you live.

So, hypothetically: What's your number?

If someone put one million bucks in your wife's purse for her future, would you kit & go to work to get this party started?

$2 million?

Think about it.  If someone offered you $1 million to go to Cuba and take a shot at the Beard, you might consider it.  It is about the money, sometimes.

Is there a number for you?  Is that what is holding you back?

If hot conflict is required, as many seem to think is imminent, and you take out all the Union Leaders, all the folks "you" consider guilty (which as you have stated is NOT the blue voter or the blue issue advocate or even the Marxist strolling peacefully down the street in Kansas), how, exactly, do you intend to elect right-minded people when you put your rifles down, and the country is still populated with an overwhelming majority of blue voters?

Hypocrisy and the paths we walk to be better men and protect our Tribe

A few folks wonder why I spend any time splashing gnats with my rather deep pool of Snark.

Some of you have watched me for a few years now and have uncovered that there is a methodology in play when I choose to attack in public.  A few of you have even figured out what that methodology actually entails.  I've only explained it once, briefly, to Jim Klein, about my philosophical grounding in the feudal samurai.  Some of you have become some of my closest Tribe. 

Cut to the bone, it is this simple: I can't stand a hypocrite.  They are the foulest of bi-peds.  They should not breed.  When I find myself with a hypocrite, 99.9% of the time I leave it alone.  For those of you who think that number may be artificially high, I promise you if I engaged every hypocrite I met, I'd be too tired to breathe.

Most of the time I let the hypocrites ooze by me.  Don't start none, won't be none.  Keep your hypocrisy out of my life, out of the sphere of events in my life, we got no problem.

Once in a while it takes even my well-tuned radar a while to reveal I've allowed a hypocrite in my midst.  Vanderboegh was easy.  AP a bit longer.  Tom Baugh about 3 emails.  I wish I had Bill Nye's radar about such things.  He nails it FAST.

Then Mark D. Firestone & Carol Jane King (Esquire) slithered into my life.  I never knew them.  Never visited their sites.  Had no idea who they were by screen name or real name - until they started attacking my Tribe.  Savage, pornographic, vulgar attacks.  They got facts WAY wrong, facts that risked innocent people.  And they didn't care.  All from behind the walls of anonymity.

First, I got a bit of help from someone who shall remain nameless, then we ripped the anonymity masks off those two pieces of genetic filth.

Well, that is when other facets of my personality kick in.  It became my fight to defend my Tribe.

It remains my fight.

It will remain my fight for years.

Right now Firestone and King are whining and crying everywhere they can think.  Yet the big, bad Kerodin just won't go away.  They threaten lawsuits.  They promise Cease & Desist orders are on the way.  Yet they can't shit or shut-up, because pure fear has them both by the throats.  I've seen it a thousand times.  They fucked-up, and now they both know it.

Here's a bit of hypocrisy that some of you already know, and most of you have chosen to ignore.  I bring AP into this because it directly relates to Firestone and King, and as usual this community chooses to ignore Principle time and again, even when guys like Bill Nye lay it all out for a 3rd grader to see.  You all remember that when I withdrew my petting of AP's head because he was no longer a loyal friend, he lost his mind and started trying to bite me all over the net.  Anyway...

Here's just one flavor of AP's hypocrisy.  Return to the picture/definition above if you need to, now.  Fact: Arctic Parrot is having to defend himself against his considerable alliances and affiliations and writing and rhetoric of White Supremacy.  That's happening at his site, right now.  (No worries, he's already actively scrubbing)

Mark Firestone, as I have shown time and again, has a public, what would seem to be an obsessive fascination with man-on-man homosexual porn, which he's directed at me and others.  Fact: Carol King's (now adult) son is openly homosexual.  I have no issue with her son, for the record. 

So, folks - who posts the VERY FIRST defensive post for Arctic Parrot about his White Supremacy charges?  Mark Firestone: " To the one person who asked about it out of concern- thank you." You're welcome. And for the response that let me know unequivocally that you did not believe spurious (and equally disgusting) allegations about me from the same camp, THANK YOU. Now, you'll recall that Firestone and Arctic Parrot have been playing footsie since Firestone entered my life. Firestone has an obvious, public online fetish with homosexuality, his gal-pal has a homosexual son and an equal fascination with public displays of vulgarity, and the re-born Arctic Parrot is willing to let all that go when his pesky values get in the way of an ally.  He'd rather ignore all that "stuff" God says about homosexuality and righteous behavior when it is convenient, just because he'd like to use Firestone like a tool to try and get a few digs in Kerodin's side.

Now, I challenge you to flip through Arctic Parrot's site and see what he writes about "Faggotry" and other non-Godly-approved behaviors.

Hypocrisy: The willingness to set aside your ideals when convenient - or more often, the willingness to "forget" you hold such "Principles", because you don't - it's all for show"

So all of you people buying into Justin's new "Principled Godliness", that's your business.  So long as he continues to keep interfering in my life, it remains my business.  But you'd be a fool to believe it.  He got tired of being intellectually defeated time and time again, and sought refuge in the one area he thought no one would attack him - in the embrace of God.  Yet from this embrace, he still snarks and plots and rubs shoulders with the very people he says God demands he smite.

Anyway, forget all that.  The purpose of the column is to help explain why every now and again I spend a bit of energy on people you think may be punching beneath my weight (and they are).

Now you know.  When you see it, if it bothers you, ignore it. 

In this time I have been online, I have truly built a small Tribe.

You'd be well advised to understand that if you fuck with one of them, any of them, for any reason, I have their backs.  They don't even really have a choice in the matter.  And I do not believe in proportional response.  I do not care where you are or what you do or what "YOU" may think should be the end of my defense.  You start shit with me or my Tribe.  I decide when it ends.  In some cases I commit to carrying on for years.  Some responses will be minor, just annoying.  Some not so minor.  But I will never, ever stop until I am satisfied.

Some people talk about Tribe.

III Congress

Folks, give a bit more consideration to the III Congress.

There are small, local units and loose groups of Patriots all over the Country.

If each of thoe groups, and each of the individuals who remain frustrated because they can't connect with larger groups, had a national organization that could put people together, wouldn't that be a benefit?  You'd have to do your own vetting, obviously.

A friend and I were considering modern Underground Railroads the other day.

Consider this scenario: Things go hot and I'm on a list.  I didi one direction and my wife didis another.  If they catch her, I'm done.  I will put down everything and walk into the nearest cattlecar, and that's just the way it is. 

Fact: My wife, like many of our wives, does not have the skills she needs to get across a hot country while being hunted to meet me at a Safe House.

Do we, right now, have an underground railroad to get my wife from the East Coast (she'll have her kit and gear and gold/FRNs, unless forced to drop them for some reason) to a Safe House on the Left Coast?  Do we have a network that is safe enough that "you" would trust your wife and daughters, in a would where such people become bartering chits for loaves of bread?

This is simply one item a III Congress is the proper place to discuss and get in place.

Think about it.  It takes Safe Houses.  It takes cash.  It takes trusted assets.

Jefferson & Adams: How to fight to win

Short of a duel or other physical confrontation, which isn't always an option, it was Thomas Jefferson who, once again, showed the world the right way to handle a problem.

You'll remember he financed his own publisher to print and distribute a local newspaper.

Interesting - I know a thing or three about publishing.  H & I have published magazines, books, and newspapers.  It's pretty easy these days - and cheap.  And powerful.

When it comes to winning hearts and minds, for instance in a small population county for a project, or when it comes to revealing the yellow under-bellies of foul individuals to the general public, nothing beats the legitimacy of a good weekly or bi-weekly circular.  Newsprint still has tremendous legitimacy.

**UPDATE**  Sadly, the threat from Firestone and Carol Jane King (Esquire) to file a lawsuit against me was just more of their utter bullshit.  Here's a snippet from Carol's email to me: "Maybe I won't file suit after all since you want it sooooo bad."

Now I am seriously disappointed.  I know you don't have a dime for a suit.  I know you don't have the skills as an Attorney to file a suit.  Now you vomit the truth and blow your bluff so quickly!? 

You aren't backing up because "I want it..." You are backing up because you have squat, because that's what cowards do, just like your punk male who still refuses to set a time, date and corner.

The folks watching have seen you and Firestone post every single day, multiple times each day, about me.  It is sad.  I offer you the same advice I offered Mark D. Firestone: Get some psychiatric help.

I'm done with you today, so stop your pathetic cries for help in my direction.  Firstly, I don't care about you enough to help, and secondly, I have real work to do.

Amateur Radio

**UPDATE** My sincere thanks to everyone who has written in and offered services.  I need to clarify what we need.  We need one of you guys or gals who understand Comms, from a hand-held Icom that may reach a few miles, to a base station that can reach around the world, to write 600-1200 words starting at a 3rd grade level and finishing at a point where the average Patriot knows enough to start doing some real research.  If you're not a great writer, no worries, we'll tighten it up.  I want to publish it in the Media Kit for III Arms/III Citadel in a few weeks.

If you can do that, I'd appreciate it.  I know most of you Comms guys would have to slow down to reverse to be so basic, but that's what many of us need - and we need more than Wiki offers.

As we are putting the final touches on the Citadel website and we've launched the Congress site, we are able to begin turning our attention to the III Media Kit that will showcase not only III Arms and the Citadel, but also III Gear, the Congress, the political philosophy of the III and more.

I'd like to have one of our readers who really knows the topic to write a piece for us on amateur/ham radio and their tactical/strategic value.  It will require a writing style as if you are speaking to a smart 3rd grader.  For instance, is Ham the same as Amateur?  Benefits of handheld versus base station.  Differences between HF and UF, et cetera.

Start with the basics and give a tactical fire Team what they need to decide if amateur radio is something that should be worked into the Go package.

Drop me an email or answer here if you have what it takes to write such an article for publication, and if you have time.

The media kit will be magazine format, high-gloss at about 16 pages with a series of articles explaining who and what we are as well as some practical information.  These media kits will be distributed by our Gun Show tour staff to help spread our name in the general gunner community.

The Big Die-Off

I must admit I have changed my thinking on what will be the primary cause of the next massive Die-Off in America.

I still expect an economic implosion and the isolation of major metro areas that will create, interruptions of Just-in-Time, power struggles, and all the rest of it.  I still believe there will be strong pockets where .Gov remains capable of projecting force, and larger areas, more remote areas, where .Gov loses the ability to project force.

There will be violence, starvation and disease, all byproducts of the economic collapse and deliberate lack of aid from .Gov.

But I have now become convinced that more Americans will die because they will walk into the cattle cars.  Knowing the history, knowing their destinations, there is something about the vast majority of Americans who will just stay in line and step into the cars, then de-train and walk into the "showers".  Something in the American DNA is no longer there.

The number of people who may decide to resist when it comes to pushing and shoving will uptick, but it'll be way too late by then.

The number of people awake right now are the only ones with any sort of chance.

I would suggest if you are awake, get yourself into a physical location where others are already awake.  You know I'm headed to the Redoubt.  Maybe you and a few families can buy a defensible small farm that is way off the trail in or near your AO.

But only the hardest have a chance.  Folks like my fans in Key West will walk into the cattle cars - and won't be missed.

Isolated Patriots who think they are ready may have enough heads up to get a few shots off when the neighborhood gets locked down and cleared.

Only a strong Tribe, well prepared, and very hard to reach, has a chance.

Join one, or make one. 

But I have become convinced that the overwhelming number of Americans have had the FU gene bred out of them, as the Marxists planned more than a hundred years ago.

In the end, don't think I'm sad or doom & gloom.  Most who are going to die really bring little value to the gene pool anyway.  But the numbers will be numbing.  The numbers remaining will give the rest of us a chance.

But it sucks that as a species we are built this way.

Marxists: Just another legitimate political difference of opinion?

Would you consider it a patriotic necessity to kill a Marxist on US soil who is on a soapbox and convincing the crowd to dismiss Free Enterprise and republicanism, and ignore the Constitution?

Or, would you consider him to be untouchable under 1A?

What if he motivated the mob to pick up bats and bricks and do property damage?  Still protected under 1A?  Only arrestable for property damage?

That look...

The fuzzy one on the right is our girl, Hana.

I came into the living room from bed this morning to find my wife on the laptop and Hana hovering protectively near her sleeping blanket on the floor (also in the living room.)  For anyone with a dog, you know when they are up to something - they have that look.

Hana had that look.

Under one of the folds of her sleeping blanket, that she was keeping hidden from Holly just a few feet away, was a plump, soggy squirrel that no longer squeaked.  Holly's squeal made up for the squirrel's silence when I pointed out Hana's trophy.
