DHS is putting armor on the streets in your neighborhoods.  They are buying JHPs and associated gear that makes it nearly impossible for you to buy the same gear at retail.  Bad People have inflated the financial markets to a bubble of a magnitude never seen before, and with no room in the system to absorb the coming "correction."  They shoot at targets of pregnant women in their homes.  Mens Rea is dead.  Drones overhead.  Stop & Frisk.  They think the Constitution and your Natural Rights are jokes.

Look folks, if you can't see it by now, I can't help you.

If you do see it, you need to be making moves, right now.  I would personally suggest you stop wasting time with trying to win any Hearts & Minds, because you are talking either to dead people, future snitches, or future camp guards.

A significant number of people fleshed out an idea for getting off the line of attack several months ago, surrounding ourselves with like-minded people, and preparing for whatever storms may be headed our way.  It has become known as the Citadel Movement.

We've made hard advances on these projects, including III Arms and the Beachhead.

A select group of us are going to the Beachhead in coming weeks.  From there we will do the work required to get us to the full Citadel, as we have all discussed.  I promised you all when we started this project that I get projects done - and there is a serious group of people who have joined together who are getting this project done, right now.  This is not something in the "...thinking stages..." or something we'll continue to hash-out over the coming months or years.

It is happening now.

When this last bubble bursts, where will you be?

Modern .mil loadout

Folks - I know there are many variables, but give me an idea of what the average soldier/Marine carries these days when he leaves base and begins a patrol.

How many AR mags?

How many pistol mags?

And again, I know there are variables, but how close is re-supply?  If he burns through several mags does every Hummer in the area have a few crates ready to re-supply?

If you happen to know the same information regarding what modern LEO carries in a Stack, I'd like to know.

Citadel: Clarification

I need to clarify my post below from yesterday, and the poll on the right.

We are specifically looking for about 2 dozen people/families who are ready to move and either begin their own business or work with Miller.

Keep sending me emails, I'm dropping the poll - it doesn't give me the detail we need.

**NOTE** Of particular value is ANYONE who currently has or can immediately apply for their 06FFL for ammunition.  There will NOT be a big, fancy set up right away, but the entire project (and you) would benefit with an 06.

Citadel Pioneers

How many of you are ready to make the move to the beachhead this summer, to move your family and to begin your dream business.

It will not be easy.

You will have a hunting cabin inside the walls, power, utilities, neighbors and the protection of a remote scaled fortress as a middle step to our full Citadel.  You will have your preps.  You will have Miller's factory in the same compound.  You will be expected to be the first III Pioneers to live by the Patriot Agreement.  You may choose to build your own home, or remain in the cabin until the full Citadel is located and ground is broken.

There is more to this question, obviously.  But first, we need to know who is serious and ready to go.

The first wave of people heading to Idaho need to be able to generate your own income - to start your brewery, your distillery, your hunting guide outfitter, whatever business you intend to build - so the question to answer on the poll at right is simple: Are you ready to move this spring/summer and help us build out the beachhead and begin your new life?

In case anyone had a doubt about the reality of the Citadel - that should now be over.

When your own heart asks...

...how will you respond?

That's part of an old Japanese poem.  One can apply several meanings to it, I choose the simple and obvious: You can say what you want, you can play the tough guy, you can play the victim, but in the silence, in the darkness when it is simply you and your own Soul and you ask the question, whatever that question may be, you know the truth of it.

Deep down, you know if what you are saying, or the image you are putting forth to the world, is truth, or not.

I think there is a country song with a lyric that hits the same theme: No matter where you go, there you are.

You do not need to be a high-speed, low-drag Rambo for the coming sporting events.  You don't need to have been a Ranger or SEAL, you don't need 20 years in dojos.  You don't need to hit the X at 1,000 yards.  You merely need to say 'No', and mean it.  You merely need to be a man or woman who refuses to surrender your Liberty.  It has been said there are worse things than death, and I agree. 

Benjamin Franklin was a publisher, among other things.  John Hancock, some say, was a smuggler among other pursuits.  George Washington was a land speculator.  Samuel Adams had a few unsuccessful businesses, and was even a tax collector before turning to Colonial politics.

Jesus was a carpenter.

One's profession does not define the person.  No man or woman should ever feel unqualified to take point in the pursuit of Liberty, or to hold one's tongue in matters of politics.  You have as much right to speak your mind as anyone and everyone else.  Enemies of Liberty will use any tactic to discredit you, to try to minimize your effectiveness, to undermine your confidence in yourself.

The Citadel is being built by people with vastly varied work experience.  Our common bond is our love and desire to ensure that Liberty does not die while we are alive.  We came up with a plan.  Hundreds of us weighed-in over several months.  The plan is outside the box, to say the least.  But we got to work.  When we were fleshing out the idea for our bastion of Liberty and the need for a place that would be safe in an America that may suffer serious hardships, we took many decisions that offended some people, other people mocked, others didn't care.  Some attacked.

Yet we got to work.  Jim Miller took point on the cornerstone of the Citadel, the sine qua non - 'that without which' - III Arms.  Without III Arms, no Citadel.  The man applied to ATF and received his 07FFL to build firearms in the III name (Trademarked, thank you very much), with proceeds going to make our dream of a community come to life.  There are a dozen or so people working every single day, for several hours each day, after working a full day, juggling time with the family, to make advances in aspects of the Citadel that need to be accomplished.  Sacrifices are being made financially, emotionally, and even reputations are on the line.

Our bond is Liberty.

Not religion.  Not some stupid racist meme.  Not even politics, per se. 

Liberty, as defined by Jefferson.

We have hundreds of people who support in many ways.

The Citadel has enemies from many sides, and it will only get worse as we continue to succeed.  It will be a fight to make it happen.  And make no mistake, we are succeeding in ways that many of us could have never dared hope.  We made Drudge's prime spot in 6 months. 

So, we'll fight when we must.

We'll reason when we can. 

We'll lean on the words of William Lloyd Garrison: With reasonable men, I will reason; with humane men I will plead; but to tyrants I will give no quarter, nor waste arguments where they will certainly be lost.

For when Miller, and I, and Holly, VJ, MC, Mike M, DC, Alan, Bill, Peter, Leslie, Miss V, Craig, and every other Patriot who supports the ideal of Liberty that this project represents is alone with nothing but our own Souls, when our own hearts ask, the answer is one of truth.

Some people only offer moral support - and that is invaluable.  Some people will disagree on minor points, so be it.

We do what we do not for glory, for profit, for fame or for Ego.

We do what we do for Liberty.

And Liberty deserves any sacrifice asked of any one of us.

Each of us will do whatever we need to do to ensure that Liberty is preserved in our lifetimes.

I am proud to stand with each and every one of you.

Whatever challenge may come our way, I have no problem taking point, taking the punches and giving back until I am no more.

You are worth it.

Liberty is worth it.

Cranked-Up Earbuds Next On Mayor Bloomberg’s Health Hit List

This Mayor has at his disposal the largest domestic Army, Navy and Air Force in the nation not wearing FedGov uniforms, who enforce his will.  This man's Army performs 4A violations called "Stop & Frisks" at more than 500,000 per year, just in New York City, in which a Civilian is ordered to stop by armed NYPD Traitors to the Constitution, forced to endure a physical "frisk" in public and otherwise harassed and intimidated.  By NYPD's own stats only 10% of those Stopped & Frisked have any charges brought against them.  Do the arithmetic.  450,000 people each year are stopped and frisked by armed NYPD LEO resulting in no charges.

Stop & Frisk is a conditioning tool - and New Yorkers accept it.

There is no area of your life this man does not think he has a Right to mandate, regulate or infringe, at the point of a weapon.

Yes, I know it was recently ruled unconstitutional, but they will tweak it and continue, because you let them.

Secession is not an option.  Giving them New York, Illinois, California, New Jersey and other states is not acceptable.  These lumps of genetic waste have no place in American society.

Use this information as you will.

Drafting/Digital Skills

I have a set of mechanical drawings for a firearm and a few related items.

They were given to me on standard copy paper.  I need someone who has the skills to take these and turn them into "real" blueprint/mechanical drawings, to scale, and if possible, even get them online in pdf or some other easily distributed format.

There are 3 firearms on the plans, and one tool.  I want the tool broken out to its own drawing.

Anyone out there with the skills, time and good will to give it a whirl?

I know many of you have such skills, but I am hesitant to keep going to the same people - you have lives and I don't want to take up all your free time.  ;)

CQB: Krav Maga

Posted this last year, it is relevant to current discussions.

If you are like most American Patriots, you have never, ever faced a grown man who has trained to kill you.  Make no mistake, there are men who mean to be Masters - YOUR Master - and they are sending forth their swarms RIGHT F'N NOW!

Can you not believe what your eyes show you every day in the headlines?  Can you not believe what your ears transmit to your brain when you listen to abusive LEO or out-of-control Politicians when they speak?

THEY MEAN TO HAVE YOU BEND KNEE, GO TO PRISON, OR DIE.

So, you have no idea what it is like to take an elbow to your cheek?  You have no idea what it is like to use your hip to nudge a Bad Person 3 inches from you so you can grab his throat and crush?  You have never been slapped in your face as an adult by another male who intends to intimidate you?  You've never taken a punch or kick that puts you on the ground, puking your guts out, and had to force yourself back to your feet and find a way to give it back?

LEARN!

I have been preaching for 3 years now: 6 months of serious Krav Maga will better prepare you for the coming Evil than any other martial art - and I know of what I speak.  I am NOT a Krav guy.  I have tangled with a serious Krav practitioner or two - and they are an f'n handful.

One thing you MUST understand - it is flesh and blood under that Kevlar coming at you, it is a MAN who probably is NOT ready for you to get close enough to grab his vest and sling him like a rag doll into a spin, he is probably not trained to stop your KA-BAR from opening his guts as you pass into his personal space.  All of his training is designed to keep you OUT of his personal space - so fuck up his OODA loop and get close, get wet, until you are dead.

You and your Significant Other, if you are serious about living and dying as freemen and protecting whatever you have in life from Bad Men, you need to learn the Rifle, you need to learn the Pistol, You need to learn the Fighting Blade, and if possible, the 'hawk, and you need 6 months of hard Krav.

You may still die.

But it won't be on your knees.

Turn off the volume and watch.

When it's real, there are no rules.

6 months of serious Krav Maga work will prepare you better than 99% of the hordes who will come for your stuff.  Other martial arts may be "better" - but none will make you a killer, faster.

Krav is woman friendly - it isn't about strength - it's about the will to live by breaking the other guy into pieces that no longer work according to UL design parameters.

Talk all you want.  Blog until your fingers bleed.  Daydream about your heroics.

When it is real, even the good guy gets bloody.  Every time.  Forget what you think you know about violence.

You'll be lucky to live through most encounters.  Most often you'll have to settle for killing him and taking him with you...

Sorry if you aren't ready for that bit of reality.

Eyes & Muzzle: Always the same point

I had a fair question raised in comments the other day about the time I spend on CQB when so many Patriots have never stepped on a dojo mat and have no experience with close-quarters reality.

My answer is simple: Most fights get to CQB range in fewer than seconds, and most are decided in fewer than 3 seconds from the moment of contact.  If you are at contact range and you don't end him in 3 seconds or fewer, he'll have the advantage faster than you can blink.  And, most of my life experience is CQB - not rifle range contact.

But one would be mistaken to conclude that Japanese Masters neglect CQB shooting techniques in training some of their students.  Don't bother to google it - you won't find them.  You'll need a decade under your belt and at least 2 references.

Now, want the truth?

When it happens for real, at CQB or contact range, with adrenaline dumping through every nook and cranny of your physiology, when you are reduced to tunnel vision, muffled sounds only in your ears, When you are more likely to be using your body as a weapon as much as your pistol or burpgun, you'll be lucky if you remember you have a front sight on your rock-chucker. 

After the first few such events, the tunnel vision fades and the hearing remains acute.  If you have survived this long you've learned to forget what you learned at NRA school (if you're still alive) and you realize that you train eye-hand coordination: Everywhere your eyes go, your muzzle goes in absolute sync.  That is your new religion. 

Why don't LEO Stacks train that way?  Why don't .mil Fire Teams train that way?

Because LEO and .mil - particularly LEO, has been convinced of his invincibility and that the men at his back will cover him.  Let's face a real and simple fact - most LEO, especially the SWAT/Suarez types, have never run an op against a seriously trained and prepared opponent.

Be that guy.

Where your eyes go, your muzzle sweeps and you fire.  Do NOT get hung up on that front sight.

It's called instinctive shooting in some circles.  It's called point shooting in others.

Where I learned - it was just called CQB shooting.

It works - far more often than the NRA style.

And shooting with 2 hands, in different directions, at different targets using peripheral vision...not yet, Grasshopper.

When you can grab the man you are about to shoot, and he can press his muzzle to your body, you need to know much more than sight picture.

How do I know?

That's about all I have to say about that...

This day sucked...

Anyone who has ever lived in or near DC knows that when the weatherman says "...it might snow a flurry or two next month..." there is a run on every sheet of toilet paper and gallon of milk within a 250 radius.  Yes, there is a conspiracy theory about the weathermen and the chain stores, but that's another issue.

And that's when I was a kid.

I'm not a kid anymore, and the general IQ in the area has drastically degenerated over the last 40 years.  I had to work beyond my home office today - not a chore I enjoy anymore.  Here's the worst part - about 25 of you who ordered AR Mags late last week got screwed by UPS and this storm.  I was in the office - 2 were processed, and the driver announced he was pulling out to make it to the airport.  The guy at the counter told me to tell you all that you can expect serious delays - apparently this storm is packing a punch and screwing with their infrastructure across the middle of the country.

I got 29 other packages out at the Post Office before that - which means my storage facility is still holding about 50 that will go out after the storm passes.  Normally, that'd be Thursday - and it still may be.  The variable is that in the middle of the aftermath of this storm (Thursday morning) - which most indicators suggest is worthy of buying toilet paper and milk (we lose power in the DC area pretty easily) - is that Holly, Jim and I have a meeting for 10am in the heart of real DC - that place where real DC power resides.

Yes, it may impact the Citadel, Idaho, and Texas, it may impact III Arms, and it may not. 

We shall see.

But I ask you all to understand that your stuff is coming, but between weather and my must-do schedule, I may not get the last package out the door until Friday.  I wouldn't have even mentioned the meeting at this point except to explain why some gear is going to be a few days behind schedule.

But, I could be wrong.  The drones and MRAPs and billion plus rounds of HPs are merely to keep the Unicorns safe that roam freely in my neighborhood.

If you are not at a gun show, gun shop, feed store, prep store, Krav studio or otherwise adding to your preps and Tribe this week and weekend, don't whine to me when you have to endure watching your woman or daughters beneath these slugs who mean to be Masters in the mold of Mao and Stalin.   

They rule by brutal force, by rape, pillage and plunder. 

The USSA Army is already on the street.

They simply haven't been green-lighted, yet.

I ask, does any single person reading this blog believe that there is anything but a fight coming between Citizens and forces loyal to .Gov?

I'm asking in all sincerity, and I will not beat you up if you comment contrary to my point.

I'd truly like to hear a reasoned argument for all of the steps being taken by .Gov if the end game is not oppression.

There are no secrets...

I believe it was Mister Franklin who said it best: Three may keep a secret so long as two are dead.

If you think your dear wife of 40 years will keep that secret of yours, you are probably right...until the moment the man with the Luger points it at one of her children or grandbabies.

When I was camping with the Feds, you'll simply have to trust me when I say the intel network in place by the population was vastly superior to anything and everything had by the keepers of the keys - and they had audio and video and even snitches.  You see, it's easy to spot the snitches and use them to your advantage.  Anything you wanted, from shrimp to DVDs that had not yet been released to theaters to women (complete with tent outside of camera range) was available.  The currency might surprise you.  "I know a guy outside who lives in your AO, I need to get him a message..."

What does any of this have to do with my recent posts about Drones tightening the net and a deliberate conspiracy to deny your 2A without you ever pointing a rifle at the culprit?

In an article I will link below, the statement is made that "...avoidance and Detection systems for drones are still 2-5 years away."

I still maintain that if every Patriot reading this blog would simply go out tonight and leave 5 Enemies of Liberty hog-tied across your AO (curbside, in the back of their cruiser, in their office, in their basement, whatever) all of this Communization of America would end overnight.  But Patriots won't do that.  Some of you are preparing for toe-to-toe slugfests.  Some of you are preparing for shoot & scoot asymmetric fights.  Sadly, some of you are even preparing to bury your gear "...for use later..."

For those very few who have what it takes to gear up, go forth into Harm's Way and offer double-taps, the most critical resource you will have is not your slicked & Tricked (TM) AR or the ammo to feed it.  It will be Intel, as it has always been.

The true Warriors will be guys who drive big rigs.  It'll be the longshoremen who offload ships.  It'll be the UPS drivers who know where every shop gets every widget.

If your game is to cripple infrastructure and deny parts to keep Drones airborne, or pilots from reporting to work, you will need to tap into that intel network.

I have neither the time or inclination at this moment to give anyone a step by step plan for accomplishing this task.  Primarily because I think it is a LOSER strategy.  Why fight for months or years of attrition (which your Enemy is better resourced to survive) instead of simply going out one night and taking five of their assets out of the fight?

But if you insist on doing it the hard way, by all means go for it.  Tap the intel (the circles of wives are your number one gate key) and then go to work.  Here's the Drone piece.

Me?  I'm not playing that game.  I am of an age that when I want to go from A to B, I walk a straight line and just get rid of everything blocking my way.

Hog-tie five.  If we all do it on one single coordinated night, this nonsense is over.

Get them in your gear lockers, folks.  The next bad headline out of Washington will make these things go away for good.

We're selling in batches of 3 - so if you want six mags, you'll have to order twice.  Nine mags means you have to order 3 times.  You get it.

Hog-tied America

Most of you know I have a very long history in the Japanese arts.  Hojojutsu is the art of restraining/tying someone in combat.  And you thought all of those dirty anime pictures of gals hog-tied was akin to flower-arranging...

I have had far more experience with hojojutsu than I care to admit.  A skilled practitioner, once he gets through your defenses, will make you a humble sumbitch post-haste.  And what is worse, if the other guy knows your Aiki, or your BJJ, or even your Vo Bihn Dihn, well, he knows what you are going to do before you do it, and he'll have a slipknot ready for you.  I was always on the receiving end, I learned a few quick-use techniques but they truly amount to almost nothing - I'll use zip-ties these days.

But here is the point: DHS is putting drones in the air to see if you are packing.  They surely have facial recognition which will cross-check with databases to see if you are allowed to be packing, they will follow your phone signal which can be used to deliver munitions capable of taking you out without collateral damage, they can probably tell if you have weed on you, H or Coke on you or in you, they can probably read the signature of your heart device and send a signal to make it dance.

Enemies of Liberty are taking your 2A and most of you have chosen to stand down, because you can still buy your beloved AR in your state.  You dismiss what is happening in other states and all the subtle, nuanced moves that are highly effective being implemented to ensure you do not have what you need to fight, when and if the moment comes.  Deny it if you wish, and a few of you may may be exempt, but most of you have stood down, and I have watched it with my own eyes.

How did those rallies go on Feb 23rd?

You are open prey - not to mention alone, out-numbered, physically isolated - on every highway in America.  A radio call brings their reinforcements and can put a helicopter or drone on your signature in minutes.  What happens in minutes if you make the same call from the shoulder of the highway?  You have no 4A.  They dismiss your 1A and 2A. 

You lose, if they decide you will lose.

There is a net that has been thrown over every inch of the land, and now it is merely being tightened.

I've been there in reality.  I know what this looks like.
