Natural Rights Don't Exist


I came across a piece titled "Natural Rights Don't Exist", written by a person who is a piece of the machine that works tirelessly to undermine our Founding ideals and corrupt the Souls of our countrymen. 

Here is a sample: The natural rights debate leads us down a false road. The energy spent in arguing which rules exist should better be spent deciding which rules we should make. The "perfect freedom" Locke described "to order their actions and dispose of their possessions and persons as they see fit... without asking leave or depending upon the will of any other man", does not dictate the existence of rights; instead it leaves us perfectly free to legislate them.

I prefer this freedom, which seems to me simple and clear: we are all at a table together, deciding which rules to adopt, free from any vague constraints, half-remembered myths, anonymous patriarchal texts and murky concepts of nature. If I propose something you do not like, tell me why it is not practical, or harms somebody, or is counter to some other useful rule; but don't tell me it offends the universe.

It was written 13 years ago, but it is one of the more honest and direct efforts I have seen by the Marxists to spread their filth.  The website it is on is still active and doing the work of corrupting Americans.

When you consider the Enemies of Liberty in the coming ruckus, do not overlook the machine, the infrastructure that facilitates the destruction of our value system.  Remember, your Mayor who sides with Bloomberg was elected by thousands of your neighbors, supported by local businessmen.

Here is the piece.  It is a tedious 100 mile walk to try to justify the dismissal of Jefferson - so I can't in good conscience suggest you read the whole thing.

Yeah, I think I'll stick with Mister Jefferson.

In recent years, and especially since the most recent anti-2A push began, more and more people who once looked upon the III with disdain as fringe have begun moving more toward our positions regarding Rights.  This is a good thing, so long as we take the time to help accelerate their Awakening by challenging some of the assumptions they are bringing with them from their "Law & Order" Republican past.

Here's one that many Law & Order types cling to when discussing 2A: All law-abiding Americans are entitled to 2A.

Most of us immediately red-flag that law-abiding part of the statement.

What laws must we abide to remain in good graces for retaining 2A?  Does it mean that anyone who has commited "crimes" in the past, or served time, is no longer entitled to 2A?  Does the guy smoking pot, or dealing pot or heroin surrender his 2A because dealing in pot or heroin is against the law?  What about the poor slobs who have done 20 years for dealing pot, only to be released into a new America where it is now legalized?  Is he still a criminal to be debarred 2A?

Once again I find it is Jefferson who articulates the premise properly.

If you are not in prison you may not morally be debarred the use of Arms.  And if you are in prison, it must only be for having infringed the Rightful Liberty of another person.  Any law that falls outside Rightful Liberty is an immoral law and should be killed by moral Americans - and the people trying to impose immoral laws held to answer for their Treason.  Anyone who has ever been sent to prison for drug or 2A crimes has been mistreated by his Countrymen.

No man has a natural right to commit aggression on the equal rights of another, and this is all from which the laws ought to restrain him. ~ Thomas Jefferson [emphasis added by K]

So, when you come across a person who is generally in agreement with Liberty positions, but you see that law-abiding language in their writings or hear it in their conversations (because it is still in their rationale - old habits are hard to break, and they haven't yet connected those final dots), challenge them on the fallacy and help them break through to a genuine understanding of Liberty.

Two final thoughts from Jefferson, which demonstrate my point that all of the answers we need to return to a proper society can be found in the writings of our Founders & Framers:

The majority, oppressing an individual, is guilty of a crime, abuses its strength, and by acting on the law of the strongest breaks up the foundations of society.

and

Our country is now taking so steady a course as to show by what road it will pass to destruction, to wit: by consolidation of power first, and then corruption, its necessary consequence.  (He wrote this in 1821 - he knew then that we were on a road to ruin. Many of us would argue that destruction happened just a few decades later, under Lincoln. - K)

SitRep: Citadel, King's Mountain, IIIGear, etc.


Citadel: There is a LOT of activity beneath the waves regarding the Citadel.  It is April and the property is thawing out, and we are prepping to begin development.  It starts with power, well, septic, essential fencing and initial structure.  H and I have a few business items to square away before we close up the house and begin the trek.  You can expect a few minor changes to the Citadel website, and as you know we remain in a media blackout.  Interesting: Television production companies have even been approaching owners of adjacent properties seeking access.  I'm told the Citadel will be featured in an upcoming New Republic piece.  We'll probably break our media silence in the near future.

III Arms: Keep up with Miller & Co. here at the blog and here at his FB.  Patriots could not have found a better man to head up this sine qua non of III projects. 

III Congress @ King's Mountain: April 19th, I'll be there in the morning of the 19th by 10am and I will be leaving mid-day on Saturday the 20th.  Obviously we invite any Patriot who wishes to attend to join us.  Delegates will meet amongst ourselves for a bit and chart a path forward.  Delegates who can't attend should NOT sweat it!  Life is what it is, and if traveling is a burden, don't do it.  We will share details among Delegates afterward online, and we are exploring a III Congress event for the west coast/Rockies later this summer. 

IIIGear: CADD did a great job, as usual, engraving the latest batch of KA-BARs.  They have begun shipping to you, as well as a big shipment yesterday of patches, shirts, etc.  We'll have all IIIGear orders that remain open shipped before we trek west, then we'll resume from there.


There is a LOT happening in the Patriot community, as you all know.  It shows as our blogs slow down - it is because we are having to work offline and beneath the waves.  Swap ShopSeed.  III Arms.  Citadel.  Congress.  Networking.  And more.  The Patriots in this community are doers, producers, the kind of people who were once the majority of Americans, and who are leading from the front by example.  These are the people to emulate and hold up as examples for what Americans should be.

Is it Terrorism? Self Defense? Is Payback moral?


Facts are still thin, but let's assume for the sake of argument that the recent killings in Texas (DA, wife and Prosecutor) are #1 related and #2 retribution. 

Have you noted how many in the "Liberty Sphere" are distancing themselves from that possibility and their own positions?  Bob Owens, who I read and is on my blogroll, dropped the T word - Terrorism.

Let me go Socratic for a moment:

Is it "Terrorism" to kill someone who is attempting to infringe, or has infringed, a Natural or Constitutional Right?

Is it self defense if you do it during the infringement?  Is it immoral to seek retribution if you have been infringed and go hunting after the fact?

If "Government" passes a law that infringes Natural or Constitutional Law, and then begins to enforce those laws, and you know that prison is imminent for getting caught breaking those laws and the Courts will not defend your Natural or Constitutional Rights - is it "Terrorism" or even immoral to defend yourself?  To get payback if you have been infringed?

This topic - self defense in relation to your Natural and Constitutional Rights - is where those who believe in Rightful Liberty will separate from the rest of the herd.  Especially when one begins speaking of supporting actors and beneficiaries of those infringements - such as Courthouse clerks and wives.

I'm not sure how he reconciles the first piece with the second, for the "fight" to which he refers in piece #2 is against the very people he seems to take out of the targeting matrix in piece #1.

You are among the last weeds in the Marxist Garden...


I learned at a very young age that I could never be a good liar.  I am a pasty-white boy (A Ginger, some will claim - but I will argue the point) and I am simply hard-wired in such a way that I can not effectively lie.  I have very notable physiological responses if I try - my face flushes red, sweaty palms, heartbeat races, my eyes avert away from people, et cetera.  No, I will NOT play poker.

However, I am pretty darned good at shutting my mouth and saying nothing, and even better at parsing my words in such a way that I can avoid a lie, give an answer that is technically accurate and leave an inquisitor thinking I answered his intended question. If you want an answer from me that I do not want to give, you'd better phrase your question very specifically, or be ready to beat it out of me.  Also, I do not believe in the concept that an omission is necessarily a lie.  I bow to Napoleon on that one - when the enemy is making a mistake, leave him alone.  If you don't ask the proper question - sucks to be you.

Would I be a liar if I was better at it?

Not sure.  But I don't think so.  I get too much pleasure watching people lose their minds at the facts.

Is finding amusement at other peoples frustration a character flaw as significant as being a liar? 

I don't think so - I'd rather be known as an ass than a liar.

In our world today too many people are willing to believe the worst, with little or no proof.  We've all seen it in action.  But eventually, usually, facts and Truth have a way of becoming known, even if some people will refuse to recognize the Truth until their dying breath.

Here is a Truth: Living organisms and the mechanical 'things' we Humans build, all require maintenance.  If you do not maintain your garden, it will succumb to weeds, disease, bugs, and critters that like to eat the food you are growing.  If you do not maintain your car, eventually the engine will refuse to work.  The same requirement for maintenance exists in our social order - if we do not maintain it, if we do not put in the work to protect it from parasites, it will eventually succumb.

And here we are.

Truth: If we do not eradicate the parasites from our Society, then our society will collapse.  We can tolerate some quantity of parasitic leeching, but not the level we have today.  According to recent reports half of the households in America receive some sort of parasitic benefit, and a third of our population are suffering one STD or another, half of all marriages end in divorce, our literacy rate and cognitive abilities of our young are in the toilet, homosexuality is accepted to be on the same moral plane as matrimony, and the number of Americans today who genuinely subscribe to Jefferson's Rightful Liberty is probably under 3% of the population.

Truth: Hard Things are in our future as Americans.  Not one of us will be able to escape what is coming, unless he is willing to surrender all pride and Honor.  I have defined Honor elsewhere.  We will face Hard Things if we try to weed our garden, and we will face Hard Things if we do not.  At this point, because the neglect of our Founding Principles has been ongoing for generations, there is not one single path forward that avoids pain, heartache and Hard Things.

History has dropped this task in our laps.

There can be no voting our way out of what comes.  There will be no safe haven that will remain unchallenged.  There can be no lying our way out of it either.  There is no way to ignore it.

At least 2 of every 3 Americans are morally comfortable with theft from you to pay for others.

Be prepared to duck & cover when the detonations begin, then come out swinging.  (Stockton California is number 76 of our major metro areas, and they are now in bankruptcy - have the real detonations begun?)

Stand tall.  Be honest.  Demand your RightsTake what is rightfully yours.

Because, fellow Patriots, make no mistake - the Marxists are weeding their garden, and you are a weed they mean to rip out by the roots

They are winning.  They control 3/4 of the planet and 90%+ of America.

Will you be among the last men to know Liberty on Earth?  Are you ok with that?

What would America be without Her Major Metropolitan Cities...


I have repeatedly noted that we have been here before, and that our Founding Generation provided us with the blueprints for victory.  All we need to do is repeat our own History.  You and I know what their values were, even if we are in the minority.  You and I know what values are necessary to restore the republic.  You and I know how to be Sons of Liberty.  You and I also know that our Founders warned us of every single peril we face today.

When we look to the headlines from Chicago today about the mobs of teens, who is not reminded of Jefferson: The mobs of great cities add just so much to the support of pure government, as sores do to the strength of the human body and When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe.

If you live in or within 1 tank of gasoline from a major metro area in America, you are in the X Ring.

You already know this, or should.  As Jefferson warned, the cities are now utterly dependent upon Government to survive.  Cities are also utterly dependent upon the broader Just-in-Time economy, and just as closing a single important airport will ripple waves of disruption across the country, even one or two cities imploding will disrupt deliveries to many cities, beginning the imminent cascade failure of our major cities.

Do not be that guy in the X Ring, trying to defend your preps and your family against the weight of a city of hungry Souls who demand their remnants of Government take your preps, by any means necessary, for equal and fair distribution.

You know that will happen, or should.

The remedy - get off the main lines of attack.  Get out of the cities and at least 1/2 tank of gas from those cities.  Once Implosion begins it will happen fast.  Violence will race like wildfire outward from the failing cities, and devour everything it can reach.  There is an upside.  Such violent explosions consume the oxygen in a room quickly, and snuff themselves out.  Our cities will be violent, dangerous and quickly become uninhabitable because without the trucks rolling in every single day, they are incapable of sustaining themselves and the people will starve - those who have survived the violence.

The greatest danger facing Liberty today is that the armies of our cities and FedGov seek to reach out and impose protections to production and supply lines.  As most of us know, this simply will not happen for any length of time.  The army of Chicago PD can't even hold the city in check, much less influence the farmers and other producers in other parts of Illinois who will, at some point, refuse to farm, or refuse to drive the delivery trucks, or refuse to work the assembly line.  And when you add the ne'er-do-wells who will make it their business to ensure farm goods don't get trucked to cities, and those Government Enforcers are handed their asses, the ability of Government to project force will fail.

The state of chaos simply can not obtain for a long period of time, given all of the factors in play. 

Short of foreign boots on the ground, America will sort this coming ugliness out with relative swiftness.  What we now know as Chicago and Baltimore and other major cities may remain smoldering wastelands for years, monuments to the folly of ignoring Mister Jefferson.  But Life in America will proceed, with many, many fewer Marxists and their Useful Idiots and associated parasitic garbage among us.

Smaller cities and towns will become the new power-centers, yet the dependency cycle will begin all over again. 

Unless we heed our Founders and rid ourselves of the parasites, and continue to weed that garden...

Indeed, for millions of Americans, this society — which has eradicated Christianity from its pubic institutions and enshrined secularism in its place, which considers abortion a woman's right, which is blase about 53 million unborn children destroyed since Roe, which puts homosexual liaisons on the same moral plane as matrimony — is a society that has lost its moral bearings and is rapidly losing its mind.

I have said it before and will say so again - America missed her last chance at peaceful Restoration when she failed to put Patrick Buchanan in the Oval Office as President.

Let's work together to cut out the middlemen...


Beginning preps for the season of activity for the Citadel Beachhead today involved dealing with Banks.

To my mind Bankers and Lawyers are equals, dual parasitic entities that often work together and would immediately improve the quality of life for most Human Beings if they simply ceased to exist.  There was a report I read about how doctors are against patients having too much access to their own medical files.  The reason isn't nefarious, it is one of pure self defense: The Lawyer Class would become vampiric at Stephanie Meyer levels upon the Medical Class and put physicians in court for every subjective decision they take.

Did you know that there is a specialty of the Lawyer Class that makes a habit of hanging out in hospitals, under cover, listening for doctors and interns (especially interns because they are great financial targets because of insurance) who may simply let a bit of information loose so the lawyer can bring suit for Disclosure violations?  Here's the way it plays out: Physician updates a nurse at the nurses station regarding Patient X.  The Lawyer strains and manages to overhear a snippet about Patient X - then runs to Patient X and convinces him/her to sue.  That's a special level of Suck, and just one of the reasons medical costs are out of line as a result of the Lawyer Class.  Don't even get me started on the Insurance Class of snake oil sales and how they have ruined the medical system in America.

Make no mistake, WROL is in full effect in America, especially in the world of Banksters and Lawyers and Insurers.  In the world of Lawyers they actually do argue over things like what the meaning of the word *is* is.  So when it comes to being responsible for the finances of some III projects, special measures are in order...and taken.
