California Sheriff's Deputies Shoot, Kill 13-Year-Old

How many of the people reading this blog were walking around the neighborhood when they were 13 years old, carrying a real handgun or rifle?  I know I did.  No one lost their minds.  I was one of many.  Granted, I was in a county populated by farmers, watermen, hunters and other folks still possessed common sense.

When children are being murdered in the street by uniformed members of Government, under color of law, for carrying plastic toys, it is time for a re-boot in our society.  The boy was walking down the street.  He was not, obviously, shooting anyone.  He was no threat. 

Where I grew up, if something like this had happened, the LEO involved would be treated as the threat and handled accordingly.  They would have been met at their homes by real men who don't tolerate animals in society.  The cop shop would have been burned to the ground.  The next person wearing a badge in the county would understand that children are off limits.  The next person who wore a badge would understand that they work for a community that will not hesitate to put his dead carcass under the corn.

I wonder if those times, those men, are gone forever...

The Fight

Polygonal Battlespace - coined by CA and repeated often here.  Your enemies come from all sides, you must be ready and willing to engage on all sides.  It is not simply a concept regarding physical combat.  It means you must engage on the propaganda front, the legal front, the physical front, and any other front from which you find enemy pressure.  To use the tools of society in your fight is as moral as it gets, for such means of fighting are usually non-violent.  To use the internet as a bullhorn is prudent.  When, if, it ever becomes necessary, resorting to arms is moral as well, for self defense is the ultimate moral high ground.

But to bend knee and choose not to fight when challenged is a mentality I simply can't comprehend.  My brain simply is not wired that way.  In my world "Resist" is not a means to salve one's conscience after surrendering - it is a way of life.  How you resist is of little import.  That you resist is what matters.  Noone would blame you for not boxing Mike Tyson.  But abject surrender after a token show of resistance is not acceptable - you fight a Mike Tyson on terms that are more favorable to you.  But fight you must if he brings it.

The Enemies of Liberty are coming from all sides.  They are attacking your children from before the time they enter school, and the onslaught once they hit state-run pre-school is relentless.  They indoctrinate your children to bend knee to authority in all cases.  They teach your children that fighting is never the answer.  You must resist.  You must protect your children.  You will not win the fight for your child's heart and mind if you spend 20 minutes at night trying to counter a full day in state-run school.  The enemy has the advantage - they have your child for nearly 2 decades of grind.

They attack your ability to provide the necessities of life.  They take bread from your plate and put it on the plates of people who refuse to work.  They attack your ability to protest with political correctness that will stunt or ruin your career if you push too hard.  They attack your ability to defend your very life with 2A restrictions imposed by their words, yet carried out by everyone in the chain - from the bureaucrats who write ATF regs to the gun shop owner who refuses to break the rules and sell you a weapon.

They come at you from all directions, every single day.

Resist and Fight accordingly.

I am a big fan of Ruger firearms.  I'm not pleased with the politics of what Bill Ruger did years ago, but I have owned and shot many Ruger offerings and I have never been disappointed. I am particularly fond of the SP-101 5-shot .357 revolver, with Hogue finger groove grips.  I owned one in my mis-spent youth, and it served its role as secondary sidearm very well.

Some of you know that Mike Vanderboegh has a personal dislike of me that has become a compulsive disorder from what I can tell.  Now he has gone and used his persuasion on an Alabama gun maker and convinced the shop to start putting the III Arms Trademark on their firearms and accessories.  You see, we live in Mike's head, rent free.  He can't stand a successful III endeavor, and tries to undermine as many as he can.  He's simply not happy if he isn't ripping the community apart.

So, he looped this dummy at Red Dot Arms into tagging his guns and accessories with the III Mark owned by III Arms Company.  Are you listening Randy?  The emails you received were polite, informed you that you were using a registered Mark in violation, and to please stop.  You told Holly that you did, in fact, stop.  So, you are also a liar.  I see on Mike's page that he thinks you have "sufficient differences" in your symbol from the III Arms Mark, so you are safe.  You added a circle of stars around the Registered III Mark.  I did the same thing to the Ruger logo above.   I'm sure a gun company would be quite safe using my new Ruger logo.  Go ahead, Randy - put the Ruger logo on one of your uppers and see if the Ruger lawyers agree with you - that adding stars is "different enough" to stop them from suing you into bankruptcy.  You are going to lose your company, Randy.  If you have a lawyer who is advising you to go forward, try this: Go to your lawyer and have him sign a paper that says if he loses at trial (This WILL go to trial) that HE will pay for all judgments and penalties and fines.  Heh, he won't do it.  You are going to lose your company.  Treble damages will be ordered, for you continue to operate in bad faith.

Randy: Write the proper people at III Arms, apologize and work out the issue.  If not, they will turn it over to Lawyers, and those lawyers are really eager to have this case. 

Mike: You remain one of the saddest Souls I have ever known.  But I can't help you any longer.  I have held my tongue and my actions long enough.  In this action you have revealed to the world how petty and insignificant and irrelevant you have become to the Liberty Movement.  You have revealed yet again that your only goal is to destroy and disable progress.  This time you seek to harm Randy at Red Dot in your evil desire to somehow best me, but worse, you also seek to destroy the efforts and dreams of nearly 50 Founders of the III Arms Company, Patriots all, and all they wanted to do was build something tangible for the Patriot Community that provided positive forward motion of our goals.

Several times at your blog you seem giddy at the prospect of having me under oath in Discovery.  Once more you prove that what you don't know is more dangerous than what you do know.  You see, you will never get me under oath - not because I am afraid of you, but because I am not party to the games you are trying to play.  I like to think of myself as III Arms Company's best cheerleader.  But, what I am not, is a member, employee, consultant, janitor or in any fashion part of the companies you chose to fuck with.

Constitutional Right to Healthcare? No. Of course not.

I always encourage people to "consider the premise" of any topic so they can reach the fundamental truth and take an informed decision based on Rightful Liberty.

A "Right" to healthcare by definition demands that a healthcare provider perform a service - that he provide healthcare to a person who needs healthcare.  What this does is make it compulsory for a healthcare provider to provide his services.  That means he doesn't have a choice - he must devote his time, his skills, his experience to another person.  By law.

Forcing X to do something for Y is, at best, theft.  More realistically, it is slavery.  Because a man or woman goes to medical school, should that person now be forced to surrender his basic Right of association?  If the people in Government can force a physician to invest a portion of his life to service a patient, can the same people not force me to teach LEO how to fight, or demand that I go to the Mayor's house and fix his personal air conditioner?

Theft.  Slavery.  Surrender of genuine Rights.  That is what happens when you make it compulsory to provide a good or service.

That is not freedom, and it is certainly not Rightful Liberty.

Here's a link to Melissa Harris-Perry.  She demands that not only healthcare be treated as a Right, but housing, education and food as well.  She would have carpenters building houses under threat of prosecution, and farmers working the ground to feed people, because it is their "Right" to eat.

Tea Party: American Taliban

In light of recent rhetoric from the Left that openly links Tea Party and Conservatives to terrorism, one looks back to the scene from Newsroom with a bit of an "aha!" moment.

We know Hollywood is a testing ground for Leftist messaging, just as the media is a megaphone.  So what are the odds the Newsroom clip was a deliberate message test, that was later focus-grouped, polled and otherwise examined for responses?  I'd say the odds are highly in favor.  Now Patriots and "Tea Party" folks are openly and repeatedly linked to terrorism and extremism in many television programs, beamed into the eyes and ears of millions of low-information voters.

This can be seen as taking the leash off.

While being targeted by the regime is dangerous for Patriots, what is even more dangerous for the republic is the Useful Idiot, the Ideological Ally who watches and listens to this messaging and does not require orders from the local Acorn office or DNC to go out and begin doing the street work of furthering Leftist goals.  Your Leftist neighbor will see something and say something.  Your Leftist boss will fire you or stunt your career.  Leftist bureaucrats will use their offices and power to stonewall you or highlight you for whatever penalties are available to them.

A reader at WRSA noted that 'CW2' (Civil War 2) is underway.

It is an accurate assessment.  Americans are being murdered by .gov forces.  Americans are being jacked for the fruits of their labors and driven into poverty.  Now the mobs are being released.  The balloon has gone up.

Dollar: Marked for Death

I met Holly 12 years ago.  A gallon of gasoline was under a dollar, somewhere near $.90/per.  In a dozen years it has jumped nearly 400%

Butter is running $3.99 per pound at the grocery store right now.  I was paying $1.50 before the meltdown in 2008.  That is more than 250% in 5-6 years.

The policies that have made all of this come to pass are not being changed, or seriously considered, in Washington.  Indeed, the people who have the ability to change this pattern are encouraging more of the same.  We all have seen the graphic showing all US debt from Washington (George) to Bush (George) is about equal to the debt generated by President Obama in just his few years in power. 

Regardless of why you think these people will continue the current course, it is obvious they will continue.  Mark Farber anticipates $1 trillion per month in printing from the Fed.  Remember the wheelbarrow filled with German 'money' to buy a loaf of bread?  We are on that path and it will not change in my lifetime (except by implosion).

So, how are you preparing for life in which the dollar bill carries no value?  Are you still in digital dollars, which can (and will) be taken with the stroke of a keyboard?  You are in a 401K?  Do you really think you'll ever have those dollars to use?  Gold and silver are good bets at first blush, but if you are buying gold and silver you must be anticipating complete government destruction.  The danger in the gold/silver strategy lies in the death throes of the dollar and .gov - before .gov and the dollar die completely, there will be wealth confiscations and owning gold/silver will be criminalized.  And no, you will not operate on the sly - FSA and Useful Idiots will report you for nothing more than an extra bread chit.

The question is rhetorical, no need to reveal your plans here for the world.  But it is a reality you will face in this lifetime.  A $100 bill will buy far less than it would buy just 6 years ago.  It will buy considerably less 6 years from now - assuming the system is still grinding forward.  As we near the event horizon your dollars will not be accepted for food, water, bullets or protection from Bad People.

I still believe that lead is the new gold.  I suggest you invest every dollar available (above what you must have to keep the lights on each month) into the items that will keep you alive, and the widgets you will need to defend those items.  Food (in all forms, especially seed), water, barter items, and 2A tools to keep all of this in your possession.  Other people will seek to take it from you.  Hungry people are dangerous animals.  When a child is hungry, parents will do what they must to feed that child, and they will rationalize any behavior to keep the nightmares of guilt from their dreams.

It is easy to talk tough from a keyboard with the lights on and airplanes still in the sky.  It will be quite different when the lights go off, planes fall from the skies, and every crackling twig makes your grip a bit tighter on your AR.

Get straight now, while it is still easy.

The dollar will fail in your lifetime as the medium for acquiring what you need to live.  It will probably happen soon, and it will be abrupt, without warning.  (What is happening now IS your warning.)

Local, Local, Local...

All politics are local.  Fixing local politics will be a local piece of work.  No matter where you live in America, you have Evil operating in your AO.  You will not need to travel to engage.

There is a quiet migration taking place among the Liberty Class.  Patriots are moving from deep behind enemy lines to AOs with more favorable odds.  Not all Patriots, obviously, but a modest percentage.  And more would do so if financially able.  Other Patriots refuse to leave their homes. 

I welcome both strategies.  Folks in the Houston AO have benefited recently from this migration, as at least one Patriot family left Southern California to the animals and added to the Patriot ranks in Houston.  There is a significant move toward Idaho as well.  This move is quiet, beneath the radar, as families are selling their current homes and heading to the Redoubt.  Good, solid families with high moral standards and patriotic blood are moving, and bringing businesses with them.  This isn't making news.  These individual stories won't be blasted on blogs.  Patriots are putting their backs against one another in anticipation of the coming Liberty Games.

Brock and many good, solid Patriots call North Carolina home.  To that end Brock posted about a nearly 10 acre parcel that is available for a bargain in his state.  If you are thinking of heading to a more defensible AO that has others in residence who think as do you, consider North Carolina if Idaho is too cold and snowy, or Texas is too hot.  America is a big, beautiful and bountiful country, there is a place for every baby bear seeking a place that is just right to call home.

If you intend to fight where you are, dig in and lay-in your final preps.  If you plan to relocate before things get sporty, your time is drawing short.  Either way, secure as many allies as possible wherever you plan to meet the future, and brace for impact.

Why there must be a fight: Stockman considers Impeachment

Congressman Steve Stockman is circulating a book to his fellow Representatives in an effort to lay the ground for Impeachment of the President.

This is the best example of why the only option on the table for Liberty is a fight.

Good Guys have a tendency to stay within the lines, to play by "the rules".  This is the default of all Good Guys.  There is a small subset of Good Guys who are realists and understand that the Good Guy gene must be set aside when dealing with Evil.

Congressman Stockman is seeking a non-violent Constitutional remedy to the predations of Evil Men, while those same Evil Men do not bind themselves with such rules.  While he seeks Impeachment (political assassination without violence), the Enemies of Liberty are already calling for State-authorized violence against people like Stockman.  Guess who will win on those terms.  You simply can't agree to box Mike Tyson with your hands tied behind your back.

The Enemies of Liberty are preparing to go hard, while Good Guys stay within 'the rules'.

This is why there can be no political solution to the threats facing Liberty.  Those who want to murder Liberty are willing to murder you, without remorse, to reach their goals.  They will not abide any political or legal remedy. 

This is why saving Liberty will fall to that small subset of Good Guys who are willing to set aside the Good Guy gene and meet Evil on Evil's terms.  You need not become Evil to beat Evil, but you must be willing to play by Evil's rules:  Hit them firstest with the mostest, preferably from behind, at long range, in the dark, and sufficient cover to avoid detection and capture. 

Agreeing to play by some artificial set of rules while your enemy does not is certain defeat.

Commit no malum in se violations of humanity, but everything else remains on the table.

Killing an Evil thing is not murder, and carries no moral burden.

Another, this one from Academia: Gov't shutdown is Tyranny, by Terrorists

So, what do you do with Terrorists?  Jeh Johnson knows how to deal with Terrorists,  (he learned at the Pentagon) and he will soon be heading up the 240,000 people who work at DHS, as well as the nationwide network of LEO that has been recruited as a standing army in every neighborhood and county across the republic.

The woman  quoted above is a professor at University of Georgia.  She later tried to walk-back the word "terrorists", but it wasn't very convincing, and she did not back off the 'tyranny' label.

Make no mistake: You have heard such language from people in the Executive and the Legislative branches of the American government and beyond, and now from the Leftist stronghold of academia.  (Don't worry, the Judiciary will back them up soon enough.)  This is a concerted, deliberate action.  This is not Sarah Palin and scope reticles on a map - this is men who mean to be Masters laying the ground to kill many, many millions of Americans who identify as Tea Party or Conservative or Republican, if those people refuse to bend knee.  They will kill a large number of "extremist terrorists of the political Right" (and family members and collateral damage) as a warning to anyone who may consider standing in opposition.

The fact that they are willing to label members of Congress as terrorists means that anyone to the Right of those members of Congress is already fair game as a radical, extremist Terrorist who may be SWAT-ed with little concern for accountability.  No LEO needs to worry about being excoriated (much less prosecuted) for defending the country when they are forced to kill some Teabagger or Patriot or Conservative Terrorist.

Patriots, the game is further along than many realize.

"We need another Boston Tea Party..."

I have maintained for years that once the average American woman gets involved in the Liberty Movement the battle for Hearts and Minds will have essentially reached as far as Patriots can hope.  Most women will begin to participate when they sense a threat to their children.  When she packs her man a lunch and tells him to go find something Evil and make the world safer for her children, rather than go to work, Liberty efforts will have reached peak-manpower. Consider the Minute Women of the USA and determine if your wife is ready to follow their lead.

What brings the topic up today?  I was at the vet this morning getting meds for Hana, and the gal helping me got onto the topic of how meddlesome and heavy-handed .gov has become (the conversation began with the $.05 'bag tax' levied here in Montgomery County on every shopping bag).  Remember this is the DC Metro, where .gov has a stranglehold on the economy.  Bad-mouthing .gov is essentially biting the hand that feeds.  Her lowered voice and nervous glances at her co-workers conveyed that she understood the blasphemy she was speaking.  She is in her early 50's, and finished our conversation by telling me that her 70+ mother told her the other day: We need another Boston Tea Party.

One of her co-workers heard and grinned approvingly.  Another woman.

If such sentiments are infecting the women of the DC Metro area, in the very blue-est of blue counties, and being discussed with very casual acquaintances, one must wonder the state of affairs in Red country.

A sitting US Congressman has now called the Tea Party the domestic enemies he and others took an oath to defend against.  Couple that with the below post that takes notice of the MoveOn.org petition to arrest Establishment Rs for sedition.

Remember, all signs indicate the 2014 elections are meant to be nothing but a coronation of our Politburo. 

After that, you'd better be ready.

That is the President doing the victory lap after the shutdown ended. 

The relevant snippet defines the mindset of the Enemies of Liberty.

These people believe that government is in the business of growing economies - or whatever else they need at the moment to justify their true motive, the accumulation of power.

Nowhere in the Constitution is FedGov tasked with growing economies.  Of course, the scope and intent of the Constitution is nothing but an impediment to the Enemies of Liberty, so they have distorted the meaning of the words on the parchment for many, many generations until now, and now they are ready to ignore it openly.

"We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set...We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

That's the President before he was President.  These people have told us all who they are and what they intend.  You have no excuse for being unprepared.

Global Wealth Confiscation is on the menu
