A beak from our regular programming...

I have spoken with several serious Patriots in our community and I have become convinced that either Paintball or Airsoft Training can be an important and beneficial aspect of Guerrilla training.

I would like you feedback.

Brock's Spring PatCom is scheduled for May 8-12th.  I have asked Sparks at Signal Corps if he is available to attend and teach a Comms class, but he is otherwise committed.  I have not yet approached Brock - but what do you guys think - would it be beneficial to have an exercise during Brock's PatCon centered around an Airsoft or Paintball event?  How about a Paintball or Airsoft event at the fall 2014 Citadel Patcon?  Any value or interest?  Perhaps we could even recruit a Max, Mosby, JC or other trainer to lead us through the event so we can learn something.

Let me know if such an event, either at Brock's or the Citadel holds value.

#5: One Week

I have a few extra minutes today, so I figured I'd offer Hint #4.  Please don't just skim these study points - really explore them and let your tactical and strategic juices flow.

Here's the next tidbit: A few days ago a very astute commenter at WRSA (sorry I don't know who said it, I'd give you credit) said "Nothing will change until the bureaucrats are afraid to go to work."

That is a strategic thinker.

Study material: Remember a year or so ago when a couple of court officials got popped in Texas?  First reports thought there was some elaborate op underway targeting prosecutors.

That isn't the important part.

Study news stories from the incidents, and pay particular attention to the fact that bureaucrats who worked in the courthouse very quickly began demanding armed escorts to their vehicles, and then many simply stopped going to work.

Consider that.

Here's one story.  Research further from there.

Consider what happens when tyrants lose their trigger-pullers, and then they lose the cogs in the machine who move paperwork from A to B.  Consider how hard it was to find a badge and gun during the LA riots.

Keep thinking.  Dare to let your mind wander...

Consideration #3: One Week...

I've been part of this community for several years now.  As a community we have explored a very wide scope of philosophies, possibilities and ways forward to recover Liberty.  Obviously, not all of us agree on the details.  However, a significant coalition has formed based on this premise: Let us all work toward restoring the Constitution to a 1791 state, pre-Marbury, before things started getting perverted by the Federalists.  I have sworn to my friends and allies who seek Liberty that once we reach that state of being, if they wish to go further and secede or otherwise opt-out, I will stand with them and ensure they are permitted to leave without being molested.  This is called working together toward Liberty - Liberty defined by each man.  Not everyone has agreed to this plan, but enough serious Patriots are aboard that I know it can work.

One of the most frustrating aspects facing this community has been the inability to agree on a path forward to actually begin the process of recovering Liberty.  The masses are too comfy with their EBT cards - and they will probably fight to keep them.  The Marxists/Commies/Progressives are the majority in America.  In our own community, too many Patriots who have the balls to go to the Green are knee-capped because we can't ensure the safety of our families once we leave the porch.

So, I am in the process of offering a course of action that can be debated - once I put it out there.

I have taken the decision that revealing my proposal can't be done in a single post - it is too long and I would have to sacrifice far too much nuance.  So, I decided to roll it out over a week or so, giving everyone a chance to re-familiarize themselves with old events that will be important to grasping the full scope of what I propose.  Thus far I have encouraged my readers to study the Dorner Affair and the Beltway Sniper Affair as refreshers.  Don't just skim the stories, get into the meat - examine what the bad guys did, how .gov and LEO reacted, and how the civilians reacted.

I included a picture of Thomas Jefferson above.  I firmly believe he would prefer that we recover our Liberties without violence.  I agree with him.  Sadly, what Mister Jefferson wants, what I want and what you want is not the end of the discussion.  You and I can't control what the other guy decides to do.  The other guy wants absolute capitulation by us.  The other guy wants to be our Master.  The other guy has proven hundreds and hundreds of times that he will use deadly force if you fail to comply with his diktats.  The other guy employs his violence through the Standing Army of Law Enforcement Officers, a class of citizens who have proved countless times that they will kill you if so ordered.

#3: Today's Consideration as I lay out my plan for recovering Liberty: Rack your brains, use your Google-fu, and find me one single example in America where a Citizen was targeted by the government, for any infraction, and when a bureaucrat enforced the law and used deadly force to force compliance.

Just one instance.  A bureaucrat, without the legal sanction of a badge and gun, forced compliance to a law when the Citizen resisted, without calling a LEO (village/town/city/state/Fed) to do violence on behalf of the State.  Just one example where the bureaucrat did his own violence in furtherance of State/Fed law.

While you are at it, let's lump-in Study Assignment #4: The Battle of Athens.  Study it in depth.

Hint #2: One Week...

Patriots have, for years, worried, wrung their hands, blustered and come up with all sorts of counters to the possibility that a LEO Stack will come over their front door.  Some smart people have counseled that if you are worried about such a Stack - don't be there.  I'm not even going to quote Sun Tzu on that one - it's just plain fucking common sense.

What one assumes when considering a Stack is that LEO owns every advantage and may strike at his time and place of choice.  That means you have done NOTHING to degrade his operational capability and you have done NOTHING to make him worry about going home at the end of his shift.  You have done NOTHING to get inside his flow of information.  That's ok, the world needs stupid people, too.

Simple fact: When a Bad Person, politician, bureaucrat, whoever, decides to project force against you, he sends a team of LEO.

What if that team of LEO was unable or unwilling to go to your house?  Take your time, let that sink in.  Yes, you do have the ability to influence that reality.  All tyranny in America is imposed by men with badges and guns.  If they are removed from the equation, the ability to impose the will of tyrants is GONE.

Worried about an armored vehicle?  You do not look to get hold of an anti-armor weapon - you get rid of the fuel that makes the machine run.  This is not anything but common sense.

Sun Tzu (paraphrased):  If you want an easy victory, attack a place the enemy does not defend.  Want to survive an enemy attack - do not be where he attacks.  Nothing fancy here - just common sense.

Before too many more people start posting uninformed and deliberate lies about my One Week series, let me say for the record: I am abjectly opposed to the overthrow of the US Government. 

Additionally, shooting or otherwise killing people you consider to be Enemies of Liberty without warning or an official declaration of war is cowardice and malum in se.

Americans are better than that.

I suggested that you study the actions and intent of Dorner.  I also suggested that you study, extensively, how LAPD and the city of Los Angeles, the second most populous metropolitan area in America, behaved while Dorner was on the loose.

Next assignment: The Beltway Snipers.  Ignore their motivations, which were pure Evil.  But study their actions and the result.  Study how people behaved (including driving 50 miles outside of DC to put gas in their vehicles).  Study how regime forces from local LEO to FedGov LEO reacted.  Especially understand that in the end it was a civilian who broke the case.  I lived in DC during the entire ordeal.  I got to see the circus up close and personal.

Commentary: One Week...

I will continue my One Week series.  In some places you may have to read between the lines.  You may have to use your brains.  If you decide the strategy is something for you, mettle and grit are requisites and you will have to define Victory as did Leonidas and his allies.  Don't jump to conclusions.

Victory does not necessarily mean you are alive at the end of the day.  Victory does not necessarily mean you have vanquished the enemy.  Victory does not mean Evil dies and unicorns begin pooping Skittles.

Victory means you have done your duty for Liberty, stood and were counted.  Victory means your bravery is such that other men feel shame if they remain out of the fight.  Victory in One Week means you have helped to start the destruction of Communism, that you helped shrug off the first chains of tyranny, Victory means you have emboldened your Countrymen to do the same.

Please do not read a few hints and commentaries and think you have it all figured out.  Let it evolve.

Victory is NOT going to be found by meeting in Washington DC with a few thousand people who demand the resignations of our current leaders.  Indeed, I would take the position that such is un-American - Third World, unfitting of Americans.

Americans are to be honest in their actions.  Americans do not resort to the power of the Mob, for the precedent is unacceptable.  Americans are not clever or tricksters - ours is to be found in boldness and rectitude and ultimatum that include the ballot box or outright honest hostility.  When Americans change their Government, we vote them out, we impeach them, or we go to war.  Assassination is not American redress (except as part of legitimate war).  It is not worthy of the Patriot.

In one of my very first columns written online (it was at Kerodin.com) I suggested that Patriots band together, sling rifles and Go Bags, muster and then march on local LEO shops across the country, as one, all at the same time.  This was one of the first time Vanderboegh decided to try and eviscerate me personally and my concept, accusing me of trying to send Patriots to their deaths and to start a bloody civil war ala Fort Sumter.  I won't comment on that, I will simply offer this:

You and I know that the only power truly at the disposal of .gov, at any level, is the men of LEO and the men in .mil who will accept the orders to go forth and project their force on behalf of bureaucratic and elected Masters.  If the ether were to suddenly vanish those in LEO and .mil who would go forth at the orders of their Masters, there would be no force projection upon Patriots and other Citizens.  There would be no LEO shutting down lemonade stands.  There would be no LEO arresting anyone for smoking a joint on the corner, no dead Citizens when the wrong (or right) house is invaded in a no-knock, no chains put on a merchants shop by IRS slugs.

The key to every edict, law, demand of .Gov is their ability to send men with guns out into the populace who will do violence on their behalf.

So how simple is this concept: No LEO, no abuse of Liberty.

Liberty immediately flourishes.

I invite anyone and everyone who thinks my assessment is wrong in physical terms to post and articulate why I am wrong.

LEO need not be killed.  As I said earlier, what if the ether simply swallowed them up?  What if they were simply convinced not to follow orders?

The problem of tyranny in America would end - right now.

Study Dorner, in-depth.

Not his politics.  You and I probably agree that his politics were foul.  Not that he hit what most of us would consider a non-combatant.

Study what he did, what he said he was going to do.  Study his intent and goals.

Recognize that all of his training proved pretty ineffective when all of his real-world experience was merely executing tactics with the full might of the .mil and LEO at his back - he had no real-world experience to apply those tactics on his own.

Study the reactions to what he did and said he was going to do.

My real question: Did any of our allies in the Ohio/WV AO have this intel in real-time from the ground?  If yes, did you disseminate it?  How widely?  If no, why not?  If you did not have the intel - look for ways to strengthen your intel capacity.

One week...

WWII Fire & Maneuver Team - Liberty has never
been secured by use of great armies.

I have worked very hard over the last 2 years to find and stand with serious, thoughtful, bold Patriots who have little use for endless debate and prognostication.  I've met you in CQB classes, at PatComs, at King's Mountain, in October at the Mall.  Some of you I have not yet met in person, but we will.  My allies do things.  My allies tend to roll their eyes when they see people ramble academically about "4GW" as if it is another level of consciousness and only the speaker understands this sophisticated and mystical fighting concept.  My allies tend to agree with Mosby when he points out that "4GW" is truly 1GW.  My allies understand that victory in a fight is simple - enter the other guys space, displace him and defend that ground.  Simple. 

Oh, and - Do not get killed in the process.

Restoring Rightful Liberty into the daily lives of Americans need not be some elaborate, complex, highly sophisticated and sooper-secret squirrel endeavor.  That is hubris.  It is unnecessary.  Interjecting Rightful Liberty back into the national discussion does not require millions of people, it does not require battlefield maneuvers or long-lasting urban warfare in a Red Dawn world.  It need not take years.  It does not require generations to counter the effects of public school indoctrination.  We need not the support of a majority, or even a plurality.

To make the machine of tyranny grind to a halt, then be rendered neutral, creating a vacuum into which notions of genuine Liberty will rush, can be a matter of one hundred men (a few hundred would be better) and a week.  Of course one week is not sufficient to correct the problems in America, or to be rid of the problem-makers - but it is sufficient to be rid of the chains of tyranny and begin the process with little resistance moving forward. 

How?

Think about it.  Consider how you would proceed if you were tasked with saving your Country (border to border and coast to coast, without committing a single malum in se crime) and Liberty, on a budget and with a short window of opportunity.  Think about it some more.

Are you serious about recovering Rightful Liberty in your lifetime?  Do you have at least one fellow Patriot in your AO who is as committed as you?

No matter what you may think the world holds in our future, the ability to communicate over distances will be imperative.  If some pundits are correct and we fall into a Civil War, maintaining communication with Patriots around the country will be important for coordination and intelligence, and the ability to use your radio in a hostile environment is a skillset you will not be able to learn on the job.  If you consider any post war scenario, the same Comms abilities will be needed to reach out to other parts of the country to find needed supplies, needed expertise, manpower, even diplomacy if we Balkanize.

The point: No matter what is coming our way, the ability to communicate is one of the fundamentals of Shoot, Move, Communicate - and Resistance.

On the bright side, a Texas Grand Jury nullified .gov attempts to prosecute a guy who defended himself in a no-knock on his home and killed one of the home invaders - I mean LEO.  Good on ya, Texans.  Let's hope this spreads. (Story here)

It's been about 18 months since first inception online.  Just a year since final licensing was put in place.  Some parts remain very difficult to acquire post-Sandy Hook.

What has been accomplished in this endeavor that was created to support the Citadel?

Minuteman ARs built, shipped and delivered to Patriots.

Founders 1911s built, shipped and delivered to Patriots.

A national ad campaign in the works - and it will hurt Liberal sensibilities.

The Liberator contest - rumors of strange happenings in the super-secret Liberator Lab.

And yesterday Jim Miller, President of III Arms, dropped a teaser on the III Arms Facebook audience - it would seem Mr. Miller and III Arms may be exploring the Stoner Platform in .308.  And, since I see an actual big-boy lower in the picture, I think it is safe to say Jim is not simply in the concept stage.  It would appear he is taking the concept to the development stage.

If you are a government employee (federal, state, city, town or village) or contractor and you perform any "job related" functions that exceed the above limitations that were imposed by We the People upon the Federal Government, you are violating your oath and you are violating the supreme laws of the land.  If you are an American who votes for politicians who violate the limits stated above, you are guilty of facilitating crimes against your fellow Citizens.  If you believe that what you are doing is acceptable because someone has given you permission or cites a "Court ruling", or cites "General Welfare" or "Necessary & Proper", you are wrong - no person, including Judges and the politicians elected to our highest offices, have the authority to sanction your violations of our Constitution and your violations exercised against the Natural Laws of your Countrymen.

You will be held accountable.  You identify and define yourself by the uniform you choose to wear and by the paychecks or "Entitlement" checks you choose to accept.  Accepting money that has been confiscated by theft is not forgivable.

America is being broken, by deliberate malevolent action and pure negligence founded in personal greed.  Responsible Citizens will step in at some point to repair the republic.  When that time comes, your actions today will be measured against the list of legitimately delegated powers above.  When that happens, how will you fare?
