III CQB: Free Sneak Peek Weekend & PatCon Note

Most guys planning to deploy will not rely on their handgun as their primary weapon, so using prime real estate on your hip may not be the best place to keep your pistol.

Mercenaries in sheeps clothing available for immediate deployment?

There is a tactical reality Patriots must consider going forward.

It has been mentioned (without support, as far as I have seen) that BLM had paid mercenaries on the ground in Nevada.  This guy sure doesn't look like the sort of fellow I've seen in BLM uniform or who would be attracted to BLM as a career choice.  Perhaps he really is simply one of their SWAT guys.

But this is a consideration we must explore until we have some answers.

If there were mercs on the ground in BLM uniform, and had events turned sporty, Patriots may have been facing an adversary far more capable than expected.  Men who not only know how to shoot, move and communicate, but men who have done it for a living.  And if they were mercs, what assets did they have nearby, ready to rope-in with serious firepower?

I have a piece of information that suggests the mercenary angle may have merit.  In 2012 BLM reportedly had 255 men with badges and guns in the agency.  (Source: Bureau of Justice Statistics, here) People on the ground at Bunkerville, and press reports, say there were 200 or so BLM uniforms in place.  I have searched every picture I can find, and I have not found anything but BLM patches - no FBI, Marshals, et cetera.

Do we believe that BLM was able to muster more than 2/3 of their armed personnel in the desert from across the nation for this one operation?

If we have a hard time believing that proposition, then we must consider who the men were in BLM uniforms.  If they were, indeed, paid soldiers, then we must consider an even more uncomfortable reality:  FedGov has contract operators standing by as trigger-pullers and they have protocols in place that facilitate putting these men in official US Government Agency uniforms on a short timeline.

Let that soak in, folks.

If we hold that such a possibility exists, we must follow it to likely conclusions and be aware of it in future meetings of Patriots and ".Gov employees."

How many contract operators are at the disposal of FedGov?  How many different agencies have extra uniforms ready for them to wear?  How many times in the past have professional mercenaries been in our midst, wearing official uniforms, ready to unleash hell on behalf of BLM, Capitol Police, Uniformed Secret Service, et cetera?

There are many more questions here than answers.  And any answers we discover will reveal more questions. 

But one thing appears to be true: Patriots standing face-to-face with "Government employees" in the future must be prepared to suddenly be facing mercenaries with serious skills, serious back-up capabilities, and rules of engagement that would normally bind whatever agency they are impersonating.

Patriots had better be ready to go hard, and underestimate no man.

Legitimacy, the Rule of Law, and the Challenge facing Patriots

I am not well-educated on lawmaking in England during the time of our own Revolution.  I do believe that the King essentially got what he wanted, even if he had to go through Parliament for a rubber stamp.  Whatever the technical procedures, what the King desired to be law, became law.  It was accepted, it had precedent reaching into English history far beyond the memory of any living men of the time.  The King declared a law, and it was understood by all to be law.

Of course the English in America (hereafter referred to as Americans) decided they would no longer be bound by the King's Law.  They offered a Constitution in place of a King.  The Constitution was drafted with the intent of following Nature's Law, founded upon Rightful Liberty.  Regardless of how that Constitution has been abused and perverted since ratification, the intent was genuine.  The Constitution provided the new Federal Government a very well defined and finite list of responsibilities and powers.  The States agreed that the Constitution represented the bottom threshold of certain Rights (articulated in the Bill of Rights).  No State could infringe speech or arms or personal privacy to any extent greater than the bonds imposed on FedGov.

The People of America accepted the new Constitution.  Not all, but a very overwhelming majority. And for those who dissented, there was no legitimate means for Government to reach dissenters.  Only through perversion of the Constitution could Government reach Citizens punitively.  And time marched forward.  The Constitution became recognized by all to be the Supreme Law of the land.  It replaced a King, and as such it was given the weight and respect of a King.  Natural Rights and Laws replaced the King's Law.  When people had a problem, they looked to the Constitution for moral governing authority.

And when men who meant to be Masters wanted to impose their will, the Constitution was a barrier.  So those men began the long, slow, grinding process of re-defining the meaning of the Constitution to permit their will.  The Constitution had become, and remains today, so revered in America that all parties invoke it as the moral legitimacy for their actions.  The reason Enemies of Liberty have not simply declared the Constitution obsolete and cast it to the trash bin is because the overwhelming majority of Americans, regardless of political affiliations, would hold their decree to be illegitimate and they would feel justified in defying any laws set forth by any entity not operating under the Constitution paradigm.

For good or ill the fact is simple - until an absolute tyrant takes power with the willingness and capability to raze the republic in a genocidal holocaust, all tyranny in America will be imposed while invoking the Constitution as the legitimate basis for those tyrannies. 

Thus, the problem for Patriots.  Go to Google News and type "Bundy."  Scan the headlines of news and opinion pieces that take the anti-Bundy position.  In every single case that I checked the writer invoked "the Rule of Law" to cast Bundy in the wrong.  He is a "Lawbreaker."  He is a "freeloader" because he does not do as the other ranchers do - paying their grazing fees. 

Next, look at the comments to these articles.  The masses argue the Rule of Law and declare that the law comes down against Bundy.  This is the ugly impediment to using reason against our meddlesome tyrants.  The vast majority of Americans, including the low information voters, including the "Law & Order" Republicans, indeed even an overwhelming majority of those in the Tea Party and Liberty Movement, hold "the Law" as that singular defining arbiter of Right versus Wrong.

If X is a Law, it is sacred.

Paying personal income tax is a law.  How many times have you heard that "...he isn't paying his fair share..."?  That it is law is all that matters.  Automatic weapons are banned by "law", thus any person in possession of one is a lawbreaker, and lawbreakers earn an immediate uphill fight against the masses who impose the burden upon the accused to prove why he is not in violation of "the law".  The vast and overwhelming majority of people will not entertain arguments that challenge the validity of a law - because it is a law.  The Congress said so in accord with the Constitution.  The courts said so, in their Constitutional role.

For so long new Americans have been taught that Law is the final word - and anyone breaking the law is a barbarian, a ghastly beast who does not believe in "The Rule of Law."  Judges and police are noble, for they stand in protection of the law, and the law is all based upon the Constitution.  You can change a law, but if you break it before it is changed, you are the wrongdoer.

This is why very few Patriots have ever won a reasoned discourse with others.  This is why Patriots end up red-faced and frustrated.  This is why so many Patriots no longer bother with their extended family.

To argue that a law is unconstitutional is to argue against the Constitution itself.

Only bad people argue against the Constitution.

The Constitution has a blind faithful following equal to many religions.

You can not win an argument with a man when challenging that man's God.

Patriots who insist upon fighting this battle are wasting time, energy and resources.  There is only one remedy to those who do not understand Natural Law and do not understand the Founder's Intent.  Patriots must ignore them, do the Hard Things necessary to restore the Founder's Intent, and dismiss the wailing of those who call you Domestic Terrorists, betrayers of the Constitution, and all those who parrot those charges.

We are beyond reason, debate and even dialogue. 

Patriots must simply ride to the desert and stand with the Bundy's - all of the 'Bundy's', wherever they may be - and follow their own moral compass, regardless of the Law and those who will call you names, and those who will seek to imprison you for your law-breaking.  Those who move against you must be met with self-defense.

Let us set the world right.  Ignore those who must be ignored.  And those who will not be ignored must answer for their crimes against you in accord with Natural Law.  They must answer to you in the moment they transgress, for Man's Laws in Man's Courts are no protector of Justice.

Action in accordance with Natural Law is all that remains available.

None of the men who drafted and ratified the Constitution would ever indict you for following Natural Law, for defending your Natural Right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Bundy AAR: From the ground

For the record!

According to my camera timestamps (which were correct BTW)...We got in
our cars at the Bundy HQ around 11:15 to go get the cattle and shut down
the 15. We were out of our car and on site off the 15 staging area at
11:45. Butler and I first came down the hill and around the corner in
the shooting gallery at 12:08. I get a shot the first shot of Rhodes
and Mack rolling up at 1:57pm. We had already advanced on the gates 3
times by that time and literally 2 minutes after they arrive one of the
Bundy’s gives us FINAL instructions on the people pulling back so they
could release the cattle. At 2:08 the Nazi shooting gallery was already
cleared and the cowboys were at the gate to go get the cattle. Sometime
between the 10 minutes of them showing up and Tiananmen Square being
cleared out…Mack comes running down the shoot yelling that all of us
people had to get the hell out of there and hidden before they could
bring the cattle out. No shit Sherlock…the cowboy told us that while
you and Rhodes were 200 yards back jerking each other off. We were
already talking celebration beers back at camp by that time. First
cattle pass under the bridge at 2:53pm. Shit was over by the time they
showed up…the mercenaries had already pulled back and it was just Metro
up front with all of their sidearms holstered and most of them were
making small talk with the cowboys. At that time they showed up the
biggest concern was running out of water and trying to find a place to
pee. They are both cowards and its gross to see how they are putting
their stories out. The whole put women up front statement from Mack…he
can fuck himself. I was out front advancing with my hands in the air
because they were going to have to shoot an unarmed girl before they
took out a cowboy. Rhodes was in town for 2 days before he showed his
face and Mack opted for a Tea Bag meeting the night before rather than
bitch slap some sense into that loser Sheriff.

The most intense moment was at 12:21pm when we advanced on the
Blackwater (Academi) mercenaries with our hands in the air. I am
working on uploading the vid but below is a screenshot from the camera
in my hand as I advanced. There was one cowboy in front of me and
eventually an awesome militia guy who helped keep peeps back and calm.
If you were advancing in this line at 12:21 you were in harm from being
murdered by your own government. Those fuckers were nowhere near this
place when this particular advance happened.

Below that screenshot is the pic I took as soon as they came down.
Rhodes didn’t even have an OK’s shirt on, only an OD green hat on and he
looked like…oh shit…I prolly should have shown up to this photo op
sooner! Seriously, he looked like he wanted to hide. Mack on the other
hand walked right up to me and asked if I knew who he was! Like a
fuking celebrity or a wrangler. I let him know I had fundraised for him
but asked where he has been. That’s when he told me about that very
important tea party meeting he HAD to go to. But oh…we have some
donations for the family.

It will take some time for me to get all my pics and vids out cause we
are watermarking and copyrighting so the main stream media pukes cant
use our footage. But please get the word out on what really happened
with Rhodes and Mack. I am going to vomit if I hear another interview
of them talking some kind of credit for what happened that day.

Lastly…don’t believe ANYTHING major like they are arresting militia or
confiscating guns unless it is coming straight from the Bundy’s alerts.

We can not ignore Electoral Politics

No, we will not be voting our way out of any problems now facing the republic.

The coming election and election season may serve as a barometer, however.  Let us watch and see if Dems begin to mix "Domestic Terrorists" into their campaign speeches.  Even more telling will be if Rs do the same.  I posit Patriots have few enemies as dangerous as "Law & Order" Republicans.

McClatchy is reporting four more Dem Senate seats are now in trouble.  Desperate Dems must run to their base - and their base would have you and me in chains.

If "Domestic Terrorism" becomes part of the season, you can expect contact immediately following the election.

We shall see.

Any Patriots who want to give me Grid Down Comms details for how to reach you or your Tribe once SHTF protocols become necessary, please hand them to me at the PatCon.  I do not trust email or snail mail.  Whatever protocol you may have in place, be it a burner phone number, a radio frequency you will monitor at specific times, brevity codes in use by your team, your personal code, recognition phrases - whatever - pass them to me at the PatCon.  H and I will be headed to Idaho shortly after our weekend at Brock's, so this will probably be the last chance to provide those details to me securely for a while - perhaps forever.

Hopefully your Comms plan has different means of contact assigned to different people/groups - so if any one contact or means of contact is compromised, the others will not be affected.

The "Register Jews" silliness

I am disappointed that so many people in our community still accept at face value what is offered in MSM.  The moment this story broke I knew intuitively it was American psyops.

You do remember that three days ago Forbes and other US media outlets began running "Putin is Hitler" propaganda pieces, yes?  It is American politicians who use Hitler to smear their enemies.  They do it here at home and they do it overseas.  Within 24 hours of the Forbes piece, the "Registration Order" for Jews pops up. 

This is simply American foreign policy.  It is embarrassing.  It is beneath what we Patriots believe our country should be.  It is dishonest.  And the worst part of the whole ordeal - it is so pathetically amateur.

Patriots: Harden your hearts, for we are at war.  The Enemies of Liberty among us are willing to use any means to see their agenda succeed.  If you are to survive the challenges in our future, you must see through the BS, quickly.

How Patriots Win Liberty

When I first began writing online I laid out a strategy for the Liberty Movement to follow that would very quickly and decisively lead to a restoration of Liberty.   The people I anticipated to actually undertake the effort were III Patriots.  That has not changed - I expect any challenge to be undertaken only by III Patriots and any burdens to be shouldered by III Patriots.

My initial plan was relatively well received by the community, though MBV shat all over it.

Last summer I put forth the same general plan, only slightly modified for the circumstances that obtained at the time, and titled it my "One Week Plan".  Again, the plan was well received generally, and this time by a much larger audience.  This plan earned sharp criticism by one amongst us, but I found the objections to be without foundation.  The criticisms were offered without experience or appreciation for strategy and Human nature.

Last weekend when the BLM was backed down by Patriots protecting Cliven Bundy and his family, many of us knew immediately that the paradigm had irreversibly changed.  For the first time armed Americans forced armed .gov to stand down and even to surrender what they had captured.  Many of us are clear: The final fight for Liberty in America is now out of the closet.  It is now hot.  Both sides are committed.

It is time for every Patriot to finalize his plans, decide what strategy he will follow, what tactics he will employ.  CA has posted two strategies in the last week that are functionally identical to my "One Week Plan", and going forward I will refer to my plan by the name it has had since WWII (slightly modified) - Little Groups of Patriots.  LGoP.

I'm not going into a detailed description of the plan - if you've read here for any length of time, you already know it.  Little Groups of Patriots, operating in their own AOs, operating by their own means and tactics, with their own Command & Control, working toward the Commander's Intent.  The Commander's Intent is that ultimate goal, the shared outcome we all seek.

Commander's Intent: The restoration of Rightful Liberty in America.

If we all hold that as our goal, while working in our own Little Groups of Patriots, and if we all go in relative unison when circumstances favor us, Liberty will prevail in short order.

I endorse the Little Groups of Patriots strategy based on personal experience.  Last year I traveled across this country and was gifted to meet many, many LGoPs who welcomed me and my wife, introduced us to their friends and allies, trained with us and in every case, broke bread with us.  I have faith in the LGoP strategy because I have met many III Patriots who will employ the strategy from South Florida to Los Angeles, the Great Lakes to Texas, the hills and valleys of Appalachia, and many places between.  I have seen with my own eyes the mettle of these Patriots, their grit, their devotion to the restoration of Liberty.  I've met others at PatCons and others yet at events.

The circumstances in America favor the LGoP strategy of bold men and women who mean to be free and at Liberty.

Simply: We've got this...

Do not heed those who may lack the courage to take point, who may seek to undermine your confidence.  Liberty is only for the bold. 

In the end remember the quote from a Patriot recently at WRSA [paraphrased]: They can't hit us with pepperspray or put us in prison if we kill them all...

The King's Men Bleed

BonnieGadsden recaps the fundamental reality Patriots have encountered in recent months while challenging the infringement of Liberty.

"Why" can be debated, but the fact remains - the King's Men have now twice backed down.

It should be noted that at the Return to Sender event, LEO had their hands on one protester and meant to arrest him.  That man was pulled away from the arms of LEO by fellow protesters and was NOT arrested.

Say what you will, but it is a notable exception to the rule when .gov surrenders its intent.

There is good news in this - once again the Enemies of Liberty have had to change the name of their organization, to re-brand, because their message is a loser.

But as we see, they will never, ever go away.

And if they ever win and take 2A, there will never again be a safe American.

Harry Reid thinks we are 'Domestic Terrorists'...

[Harry] Reid referred to Bundy supporters as “Nothing more than domestic terrorists,” adding, “I repeat: what happened there was domestic terrorism.”

First: Fuck Harry Reid.

Secondly: Are you dismissing his comment as sour grapes after having his reputation again dinged because of his involvement in the matter?  You shouldn't. 

When the majority leader of the United States Senate calls you a Domestic Terrorist, and he has helped his colleagues pass many, many laws that deal very harshly with 'Domestic Terrorists', and the legitimacy of his powerbase is challenged and backs down in the desert, you had better take him seriously.  He has just been very honest with us all.  He has told us what he thinks of us, and he has already told the world how we should be treated.  And he has hundreds of political allies currently sitting in elected offices across the country.  And his team has a million guns and badges at their disposal, waiting for orders.

When a man tells you who he is, believe him.

Harry Reid is not the first to use the label on those of us who have a respect for our Founding Documents and our Founding Ideals since the events in the desert.  You will remember we linked a piece at Politicususa in which Keith Brekhus pointedly called us all Domestic Terrorists.  Reuters has an article that is surprisingly objective.  They don't call us Domestic Terrorists, but they do reinforce the idea that the Bundy Affair has 'emboldened' Militia groups and their supporters.  And we all know how that translates within American Communist circles.

Concerned American has posted on the topic, including text from a couple of laws that will be used against 'Domestic Terrorists', here.

If you had any doubts that RevWarIII is begun, I hope you can see now that the Other Side is in agreement, and they are moving to engage.  All those laws, those MRAPs, those ammunition purchases, those training cycles at LEO shops across the country over recent years that cast "Tea Party" participants as violent enemies, have all been leading to this day - when they may openly charge us with crimes against the state.

We are now in an Existential, Zero Sum war against the Enemies of Liberty in America.

You will not elect anyone to change this course.  You will not be able to reason with their law enforcers.  You will get no quarter in the courts.  You will be further and relentlessly smeared in their media.

They mean that you will bend knee, go to prison, or be murdered in the name of 'Defending the Republic' from your terrorism.  They mean to be Masters, and they now mean to eradicate all challenges to their reign.

It's on.

It is time to seriously consider being disappeared.  It is time to watch and see if your allies suddenly vanish or catch cases.  It is time to understand the only way out of this challenge is through it.  You'd better understand that at any given moment you may have your assets frozen, your ability to re-supply bullets, beans, bandaids may end in an instant, your children intercepted at school by social workers who claim they are not safe in a 'Terrorists' home.

These actions will not happen all at once.  But they have all been released to the armory for use against you.  I do not think they will move in force until after the November elections - but you can bet they will move selectively between now and November to lay the ground.

I truly hope you understand that at a level beyond the academic.

Now on the record: US will fight for Senkaku

America is now on the record.  US Marines and the US Navy will put Americans in harm's way over the Senkaku islands against China, if needed.

They will take from you everything if you let them...

Federal prison is no joke.  This woman [Lois Lerner] was willing to work with DoJ to fabricate criminal charges against political enemies, that would result in sending people to prison.  It would ruin their lives.  It would likely cost marriages, homes, children's futures.  You risk death in Federal prison.  And she was willing to lie to send people into that system to advance the Communist agenda in America.  When I say there can be no coexistence, do you see it?  When I say these people must be removed from the controls of society and leave America, do you understand?  This woman was eager to ruin lives for political gain.  Do you think she would hesitate to issue or facilitate death warrants if given the opportunity?

Do you understand that bureaucrats are at least as dangerous as Bad People who have guns and badges?  Bureaucrats can ruin your life with nothing but a pen.

Do you understand that having been caught, Lois Lerner will be given a high-paying political position in the private sector by other Leftists, where she will continue to work to impose Communism and tyranny upon you?

Lois Lerner intended to use her position atop the IRS’ tax exempt approval office to coordinate the prosecution of political speech. The Department of Justice under Attorney General Eric Holder had at least tentatively bought into that. The Federal Elections Commission was being roped in as well. Lerner’s emails prove that beyond doubt.

Democrats in Congress were involved. Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) appears to have led the anti-constitutional attack on free speech in the House. Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) led it from the Senate.

Two days before Lerner was forced to publicly disclose the scandal, she was moving forward with an insidious plan to stamp out conservatives and Tea Party activists’ ability to organize and raise money, by working with the IRS commissioner’s office and the Department of Justice.
