Some folks may misunderstand why I am linking J.C.'s post about the III Percent Society.

The man has some very kind words about me specifically.  For that I thank him.  Holly and I had the pleasure of meeting him and his girlfriend, Whitney, at Brock's PatCon.  Those of you who know him already know he would not say something if he didn't mean it.

But the reason I am posting it is because he is one of the key III Patriots responsible for helping the Liberty Society get off the ground.

Who is the III Percent Society for America?

Many of you may assume that Kerodin is the guy behind the new III Percent Society for America.

Many of you know I have considered such an organization for years, a vehicle for bringing III Patriots together, all facing the same direction, working with allies, et cetera.  The time was never "right".

At Brock's spring PatCon several III Patriots began discussing the concept.

I apologize for nothing - I jumped in with both feet and was blunt - I wanted to play an important role.  But the true III Patriots who made this happen have given me permission to share their names with you.  You deserve to know.  And frankly, when you realize who is standing with me, I think you should have much more confidence in the organization.  I take nothing away from myself, but I do know my weaknesses, my vulnerabilities, and the fact that I am just one guy.  The men and women who helped get the III Society off the ground are hardcore.  And we all share the commitment that this organization be different than all those groups that have disappointed us in the past.  If you choose to be a member, you will have voting responsibilities.  If you choose to be a member, many of you will be recruited by your fellow Patriots to sit on the Board to set goals and agendas and ensure Liberty returns in our lifetime.  One year from the time the doors open, the Board will have seats that must be filled by members.

Enough of me prattling.  I'm not going to use surnames.  Most of these guys are "out" but I don't know to what extent.  You'll recognize them well enough by their online handles.

J.C. Dodge from Mason-Dixon Tactical Training.  Yeah.  That guy.  Hardcore to the bone Patriot.

Holly - and not because she's my wife.  Any one of you who has ever met her knows she carries her weight, some of my weight, has a professional resume, and work ethic that makes K Street drool.

Quietman3.  He's one of those guys in the shadows.  Do Not go into the shadows if he's in hunting mode.

Alan Mullenax - If you've met him, I do not need to say another word.  He was in DC with us in October.  He's one of those guys who made Capitol Police tremble with their backs pressed against the White House fence.

I am the least of this group.  I am humbled to be in their presence.  Now you know why I fought so hard to be among them.

When you read the bylaws you will read that in one year there will be elections to the Board of Directors.  I know a great many of you, some I have met personally, who would serve the cause of Liberty by having a place on this Board.  I hope you will consider jumping in with both feet as I did.  Because the group above are History-makers.  As are you.

Know what happens if you or I lie to a Fed?

Just ask Martha, and many others.

Lying to a Fed will earn you a separate charge of five (5) years in Federal prison.  Even if you are found to be innocent of the original charges they sought.

What happens to a guy from South of the Border who lies to a Fed on his way into the country?

8 U.S. Code § 1325 - Improper entry by alien: He "might" get fined up to $250 and he "might" go to prison for up to six (6) months.

Folks, you and I know this on a fundamental philosophical level: When men are not treated equally under the law, then the concept of the "Rule of Law" and "A nation of Laws, not Men" is just a sham, first-class hooey.  My tone sounds light.  But I am not.  When one man may face little or no penalty for the same "crime" as may I, I have a serious f'n problem with the law makers, the law supporters, and the law enforcers, and the jailers.  And the court clerks who keep that machine running.  And the people who sell copy paper and bullets and computers to the attorneys and court clerks and the guy who sells all of them bagels in the morning.

When basic fairness is only a maybe in any given day, what have you got to lose by putting the throttle to the firewall in everything you do?

I'm not being flippant or snarky.  I am serious.  If I have as much chance of going to prison for decades during a traffic stop as the car in front of me, under what logical premise do I permit myself to be pulled over by people capable of taking me to prison?  I think most of us would be just fine we reasonable laws applied equally.  That's not where we live.

I am a hardcore Constitutionalist.  But now I may shock some:  Tell me which system is better: The system we have, which is a façade of the RoL.  Or, true Anarchy.

People are pushing me to play in the world of anarchy until I can have a world spoken of by Mister Jefferson.

Brutus, the most influential series of essays opposing ratification, argued that standing armies "are dangerous to the liberties of a people...not only because the rulers may employ them for the purposes of supporting themselves in any usurpation of powers, which they may see proper to exercise, but there is a great hazard, that any army will subvert the forms of government, under whose authority, they are raised, and establish one, according to the pleasure of their leader."

Many in our community have linked and read the recent piece written by John Whitehead titled: Has the Department of Homeland Security become America’s standing army?

As Wirecutter remarked:  Old news, man. Sorry.

As it has been pointed out on this blog and many others, everything Hitler did was "legal".  As has been pointed out on this blog and others, our President did not hide or even try to create a façade regarding his intentions of ...fundamentally transforming the United States of America and that We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded...[as our military.]  The italicized words are direct quotes from our President.  He knew where he was going once in office, and he told us where he was going.  And he was elected.  Twice.

We may whine and split hairs all day long about birth certificates or Ohio monkey business with polling machines, but that is futile.  I will not even entertain the arguments on this blog.  The reality is that the man is in office, he has built what is properly called a Regime, he already has fundamentally transformed America, and intends to do more.  And the fact is he is rapidly building his Civilian National Security Force, which is already more powerful and more capable than anything ever in place by Hitler, Stalin, and even Mischa Wolf.  And he intends it to become even bigger, stronger, more invasive.  And when he unleashes the fear that was known to the average East German and Cold War Russian of neighbors spying on one another for the Secret Police, the Regime's hold upon this country could last a thousand years or more - if nothing else changes.  You have seen "If you see something, say something..." yes?

Let's deal in realities, Patriots.  You and I are marked for death.  Your families will be killed with you, or if they survive they will be assimilated by the hive, or die in servitude in ways it would hurt your Soul to even consider.  This is not a game.  This is not an academic exercise.  If you are not making moves right now to protect yourself and your family against men who will bring violence to you, then you should not even be reading this blog.  Violence comes in many forms.  These people have the power to starve 90% of all Americans to death in months.  They won't need to pick up a rifle or blade.  They have the power to kill most people on the continent by natural causes of disease, simply by shutting down waste treatment facilities and turning off the pumps that make potable water run from your taps.  They don't need to unleash some super-bug engineered at Detrick.

For anyone not getting it just yet, I will serve as translator.

"Fundamental transformation of America" may mean many things - but one thing it most assuredly does not mean is Liberty.

Civilian National Defense Force translates to Stasi, SS, KGB, Brownshirts. DHS.  Your local LEO.

It's already here, and at the moment it may only be a baby dragon, but it is a dragon.  And dragons grow fast.  At some point you can't kill a dragon - the best you can do is hope he makes a mistake and kills himself, or wait until he dies of old age.

That's the simple reality.

And as you have been warned: You can hide from reality, but you can not hide from the consequences of hiding from reality.

T.O.C. Gear arriving at the P.O. Box

My thanks to Major Wolf who shipped this 10 meter radio as a donation for the T.O.C.

It's the first donation of gear we've received at the P.O. Box we set up (address is at the T.O.C. site).  We won't be able to post pics of everything that is sent in, but we wanted to at least get the first one up.

We've got other impressive gear donations waiting for us when we head west, Lineman has a powerful Warn winch for the T.O.C. and some other goodies.  Looking forward to dropping by his place as we near the end of the trip west.  We've also got a stop in Kentucky once we put DC in the rearview.

A diseased and rotting People

Consider: A nation that has cheered or not cared that men and women have spent decades of their lives in our prisons for acts that are today legal.  I'm talking about pot, of course.

Consider: A nation that sends it sons and daughters to fight, kill, murder, be maimed and killed by the thousands, then one day changes it's mind about the importance of that work and leaves the field, with little more than a FU from current political leaders and citizenry.  Of course I am referring to Iraq as it implodes today after we've had nearly five thousand Americans die there.

People who behave this way, and people who tolerate such behavior, are diseased Souls.  You can never make whole the man who spent decades in prison for pot, which he can buy over-the-counter now in Colorado.  You can never bring back those who have died because of your commands, or make whole the men and women who have had parts of their bodies ripped from them for a "...matter of national security..." that soon becomes insignificant to a set of politicians.

The answer is simple, yet not easy.  We either extirpate the diseased among us, or we live our entire lives, and then die, in shame.  This is not how a moral people worthy of Liberty behave.

If we, as a People, observed Rightful Liberty, which is essentially "You leave me alone and I'll return the favor", we would not now carry such shame.

IIIGear, III Militia Patches, etc...

Very light posting this weekend as H and I are working to get out of here and headed west.  We've got about two or three solid weeks of grind ahead before we can hit the road with DC in the rearview one more time.

This weekend we'll be putting together the last of the outstanding IIIGear & III Militia patch orders, so if you want militia patches and order this weekend, they'll go out Monday with the rest of the pile.

We've had a flurry of orders come in for III Arms Molon Labe shirts in the last 36 hours.  I've got an order in with our guys at RevCon but we're probably 10-15 days before they hit my shop.  As soon as they arrive, I'll make sure they head your way.

Baghdad Falling: I don't care, but this snippet matters...

The above picture is from Drudge, I tried to find a better copy for more detail, but this one does the job.  It has nothing to do with that stinking piece of desert or the people who live there - I don't care.

Here's what I care about: You and I are Americans.  We live in the richest nation (by many yardsticks) on Earth, and Liberty is about to be murdered.  Now look at that convoy picture one more time.  Many of those trucks are pretty new, matching model years, matching paint schemes including identification the way service vehicles here mark their vehicles.

You and I are trying to re-purpose a used school bus to defend Liberty.  I had to beg online to get about 50 Patriots who stepped up and threw some bucks into the hat so we could get started.  Others have donated gear and expertise and moral support.  We raised about 1/10 the money that will be needed to get our T.O.C. ready for the first deployment.  That doesn't count fuel.  I am NOT bitching about all of you who support the project.  Far from it.

What I am bitching about is that a bunch of murderous fucks in a barren and scrubby piece of Earth have financial and logistical support that our Militiamen and our III Patriots can't get in a country filled with men like the Kochs.

Now you know why some of us have decided to try and organize the III into a national organization.  Do you have any idea what we could do with the annual budget of Oathkeepers or NRA, or even the Bee Gee's fan club?!  Holy flippin' Commies, Batman!

Next Thursday when we begin accepting members for the new organization, remember the picture above.  You and I will not be facing pig-ignorant stooges in Baghdad or Hyundai pick-up trucks filled with AK carrying baby-rapists.

We can be every-man-for-himself if that's how everyone wants to play it.  That's essentially where we are now, except for tiny little bands here and there.

But I really hope about a thousand of you look at defending Liberty as a team sport next Thursday.

Why do we want a T.O.C. and a revenue stream sufficient to deploy when needed?  Bundy.  The Habersham baby.  And here's a fresh one - a mother of seven children was put in prison and died - because the local school was fining her for several truancy cases open against her kids.  Her kids didn't go to class.  She's dead.  In prison.  F.U.C.K. That.  You know we have serious work to be done.

We are a People of self-made Heroes...

Bill Donovan in WWI

We are about to see a new crop of American Heroes rise.

We've had them in every age of America when we needed them most.  I've personally met more than a few I believe will be known to History for work they are now doing and feats they will perform.

I've drawn your attention the last few weeks to Bill Donovan.  He is not without controversy.  No man in America will ever accomplish anything significant and find universal praise.  It has been my experience the more you accomplish, the louder they scream.

In 1912, Donovan formed and led a troop of cavalry of the New York State Militia. This unit was mobilized in 1916 and served on the U.S.-Mexico border during the American government's campaign against Pancho Villa.

Did you get the opening there?  He formed his own cavalry troop of Militia and led them into war.

Here's his Medal of Honor Citation: Lt. Col. Donovan personally led the assaulting wave in an attack upon a very strongly organized position, and when our troops were suffering heavy casualties he encouraged all near him by his example, moving among his men in exposed positions, reorganizing decimated platoons, and accompanying them forward in attacks. When he was wounded in the leg by machine-gun bullets, he refused to be evacuated and continued with his unit until it withdrew to a less exposed position.

In WWII America had no real intelligence capability.  Bill Donovan stepped in and in a brilliantly short amount of time he put together one of the most effective Intelligence Services the world has ever seen.  Of course, OSS was much more than simply an Intel service.  OSS got work done.  OSS moved enemies off the field.  It lasted only 3 years, from 1942-45.  As we all know OSS evolved into CIA.

I consider OSS to be a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done, no-whining, work-with-what-you've-got, blue collar service that did real work, didn't care much for anything except results, and it worked.  Bill Donovan understood the value of self-made men and didn't suffer from today's endemic snobbery of those who believe the only way a man can be good at anything is to have gone to college and then worked in that field all his life.  Bill Donovan would have gotten along with Ben Franklin, I think.

Here's the thing about true heroes: They don't try to be heroes.

The men and women History remembers as heroic are those men and women who simply found a task that needed to be completed, then did it.

Yeah, I have met many of those men and women in the last few years.

We have work to do, Patriots.

Quality Intelligence Analysis from ZH

Many people are linking this ZH piece, for good reason.

Here's a key graf: No, what the White House feared was a larger response to such an attack. It feared the millions of patriots who would swarm down from all sides if it committed to a Ruby Ridge-style siege [at Bunkerville - K]. It feared the reality that this time, Americans were not going to sit back and watch another family be slaughtered on national television.  It feared the fact that it didn’t have the moral high ground in the public eye and that a kinetic failure on its part would be met with cheers, rather than tears, from much of the populace.

That is connecting the dots.  That is prudent Intelligent Analysis.  As far as I know the ZH writer was not on-scene in October at the WWII Memorial.  But he interpreted what happened there properly.  Two of our own were in the front rank of the protest, pressing a frightened line of riot-geared LEO back to the primary fence encircling the White House.  Our guys saw fear in those faces.

In both cases, and I can tell you from personal experience regarding the October WWII event, .gov chose to back down because both in DC and at Bunkerville, .gov was under-manned, out-gunned and unprepared for what evolved.  Yes, without a doubt .gov would have eventually won a battle on both days - but not after losing - horribly - Round One, and then they would have to come so hard and heavy they'd have to slaughter Americans in full view of the world.

.Gov chose to stand down in both instances, because of the optics.

That will not continue.  The forces that have captured this country have a plan and they have every advantage, especially in the opening days.  They intend to implement that plan.  I contend they have already begun.  They mean to murder every remaining shred of the concept of Liberty.

That means you.  And me.

Prepare to defend yourselves.

T.O.C. Update

Folks, we've got interior pics of the T.O.C. posted at the new site, including dimensions so you can help us design and determine her load-out.  We've also added a III Percent PO Box on the site for shipping non-paypal donations and gear donations.  Remember, when we deploy the T.O.C. our primary role is to get the truth out - but the secondary mission is to support boots on the ground.  To do that we need everything from gensets to sleeping bags.  Here's the link to the new interior pics and dimensions.

Also: Mark your calendars for Thursday, 19 June (Thanks VJ!) at 1159 Hours.  That is when the Membership buttons will go live for the III Percent Society for America.  The idea was born at Brock's spring PatCon, it evolved in the days and weeks since, we have talked about it here with you.  Everything is lined-up legally, and for the first time  we III Patriots can, literally, be card-carrying III Patriots.  Yes - one of the benefits of being a Member will be a Membership Card the same size and material as a credit card, with our logo on it, and your name and unique Member number embossed on the card.  Membership numbers will be assigned in the order received - and only one person can get that coveted 3rd enrollment.  ;)

In all seriousness, thank you all for the help and guidance you have invested in helping to shape the III Percent Society.  We intend to do serious III work.  We will go where NRA and Oathkeepers let us all down.  The most important role the organization will play is a steady revenue stream so we can continue to do III work without having to hold out our hands like beggars every time we want to accomplish an important task.  By joining, you will be helping every III Patriot in America - because we intend to go to any nook or cranny that needs III boots on the ground, and ensure the III voice is heard and the world knows the truth.  We will go into Harm's Way.  That's what we do.

Arizona is a thing...

What is happening in Arizona is more than a political FU to Jan Brewer.  I still do not know exactly what is going on, but it is a serious thing.

I have mentioned for several years we would see a "ramping-up" of brazenness and hostility from the Enemies of Liberty through this summer and up to the elections.  Arizona is a bit of that "ramping-up", and it is telegraphing that the "Fundamental transformation of America" was never just routine political rhetoric.  It is for real.  It is happening.  It is big.  It is NOT simply some New Deal type of transformation.  It will continue to escalate through the election - and then they'll begin to go hard.

This isn't hard.  Not yet.

They mean to have a war.  They mean to change the very definition of the word "American".

Gentlemen, prepare to defend yourselves.
