Constitution 101: Bill of Rights

There are some pretty basic misconceptions regarding our Founding Documents out there, even among many of our smarter Patriots.  A significant misunderstanding exists in the minds of many people regarding the Bill of Rights.  How many times have you heard some Leftist suggest that we re-write or repeal the Second Amendment, for instance?  And how many people on the political Right entertain the argument by listing all the reasons 2A should not be altered?  How many people have you witnessed try to parse words or twist the definitions of words or twist the intent of 2A, both in attempts to weaken it and defend it.  How many Courts have committed crimes against Humanity as they infringe 2A - and all the other Amendments in the BoR?

We all understand the difference between the words "May" and "Can".  When we use the word "May", it conveys permission.  "May Not" conveys permission denied.  The word "Can", however, is the physical ability to do a thing, regardless of the status of permission.  One may not infringe 2A, but people can and do infringe it all the time - because they have the power and willingness to imprison or kill you.

Now here is a simple reality that will strike many Patriots as counter-intuitive: The ten amendments that make up the Bill of Rights may not be altered, restricted or deleted - period.  Full Stop.

Article V many of you will say, especially those who went to law school.  The BoR was brought into existence through the Article V process, so using the same Article V process the BoR can be modified, restricted or deleted.

Nope.

You will remember that many, many people were lined up to kill the USC unless a Bill of Rights was added, articulating a few basics that the USC did not enumerate.  Some people argued that the USC covered all the things listed in the BoR, there was no need to articulate them.  Others said, simply, no BoR, no ratification.

Now, you will remember our first Founding Document says: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Unalienable Rights, endowed to us by our Creator - Rights that no Man or body of Men have the moral authority to infringe.  This was the foundation for our fight with the King.  That was the foundation for starting our own country.  That was the mandate for the Constitution.  The Constitution was an attempt to codify and protect our unalienable Rights with a form of limited, minimalist government that would define what government may or may not do. (Only We the People can stop bad actors who violate the rules.)

Why may the Bill of Rights not be amended, infringed or deleted?  Because the first ten amendments articulate Natural Rights, endowed to us by our Creator - above the reach of any Man or group of Men.  Here, take a moment and go read the BoR and you'll see that each enumerates a Right of Natural Law that loops back to the DoI's fundamental assertion - that Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness are endowed to us by our Creator.  Without the additional rights enumerated in the BoR, how can one possibly pursue and secure Life, Liberty and Happiness in a world where Bad People exist?  

Indeed, the preamble to the BoR (Yes, there is a preamble) explicitly states the amendments are declaratory and restrictive.  That means they are objective statements, not subjective, thus not open to debate.  Self-evident, if you will.  And of course restrictive means .Gov may not touch them.  (The can, and do, but they are wrong in doing so.)  And, of course, the Ninth Amendment reflects that just because not every Natural Right was articulated, they were not surrendered.

Peamble: THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.

Every "Law" that infringes, in any manner, a Natural Right is null and void, as Jefferson told us.

All of the infringements we tolerate to our Natural Rights, endowed by our Creator, need not be endured.  We are under no moral obligation to tolerate any Man who seeks to infringe the gifts of our Creator.

The sooner we take those gifts seriously, the sooner we consider how insulting it may be to our Creator that we permit His gifts to be destroyed, the sooner we begin defending our Natural Rights with the ferocity and righteous anger that is warranted - the sooner we can realize Mister Jefferson's Rightful Liberty.

Examine what you tolerate.

Consider when and how you will stop tolerating infringements to the gifts of your Creator.

   THE "ORIGINAL" 300 WORKOUT  

All exercises are done without scheduled rest between moves.

  1. PULLUPS (25 reps)  

Grab the pull-up bar with an overhand grip that's slightly wider than shoulder width apart, and hang at arm's length. Pull your chest to the bar, pause, and then lower your body back to the starting position.

  2. DEADLIFTS WITH 135 LBS. (50 reps) 

Load the barbell and roll it against your shins. Bend at your hips and knees and grab the bar with an overhand grip, your hands just beyond shoulder width. Without allowing your lower back to round, pull your torso back and up, thrust your hips forward, and stand up with the barbell. Squeeze your glutes as you perform the movement. Lower the bar to the floor, keeping it as close to your body as possible.

  3. PUSHUPS (50 reps)  

Get down on all fours and place your hands on the floor so that they're slightly wider than and in line with your shoulders. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor. Pause at the bottom, and then push yourself back to the starting position as quickly as possible.

  4. 24-INCH BOX JUMPS (50 reps)  

Stand in front of a sturdy, secure box that's high enough so that you have to jump with great effort in order to land on top of it. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart. Dip your knees. Jump up onto the box with a soft landing. Step down and reset your feet.

  5. FLOOR WIPERS (50 reps)  

Holding a 135-pound loaded bar above your chest, bring your feet up together to the left plate, down to the middle, and up to the right plate before putting them down in the middle. That's one repetition.

  6. SINGLE-ARM CLEAN-AND-PRESS WITH 36-LBS. KETTLEBELL (50 reps) 

Stand shoulder-width apart with a kettlebell between your feet. Bend at the knees and grab the kettlebell with an overhand grip. Drive your hips and legs through the floor to bring the kettlebell up to your chest (note: your arm should be tucked in close to your body with the kettlebell resting on the outside of your forearm.) Push overhead before lowering it to the ground in a controlled movement.

That's one rep. Make sure it touches the ground before each rep. Perform 25 reps per arm.

National III Organizational Template Suggestion

I use counties as AOs.  Personally, I think every county should have its own III organizational structure, with alliances to surrounding counties.  Yes, there are variables.  For instance, my AO does not end at the county line, because threats will not respect mere lines on a map.  From a pragmatic perspective, I have concentric circles on a map that delineate various areas of my responsibility.  For instance - I have a circle drawn on a map around my house at 400 miles in all directions - a respectable reflection of how far the average (newer/fuel efficient) car can travel on a full tank of fuel.  I have another concentric circle at about 1/2 that distance - a marker that roughly denotes Bingo Fuel from my home.  At this line I need to turn around and head home, or I will run out of gas (unless I have some means to re-fuel.)  My personal maps have many more lines, circles and sticky notes - but those are not really for public consumption.

Using county lines for demarcation is not a clean and precise system - but it is practical and functional for organizational purposes.  Obviously there are many areas where an AO will encompass more than one county, or bits of several counties.  This applies especially in and near major metropolitan areas.  But these realities do not complicate the overall organizational system - it simply means Patriots in counties that make up functional AOs either decide (amongst themselves) to create a single operational entity, or those entities must work closely together.

For instance: Spokane Washington is at the eastern edge of northern Washington State.  Immediately on the other side of the state line is Kootenai County, Idaho.  Many people living in Kootenai have a direct and personal interest in what happens in Spokane when SHTF.  They also have their own modestly-sized city with which to contend - Coeur d'Alene.  My suggestion is that every III Patriot work to stand-up an organizational infrastructure in his county of residence and consider that piece of land to be his personal AO.  Then, if you happen to live in an AO that has direct concerns on your borders, such as Kootenai and Spokane, liaise with the III organizational infrastructure on your borders.

Within your county you can organize your allies in any manner you see fit.  If you are a relatively rural county with a few small towns sprinkled here and there, perhaps you assign each to a member of your team, making it his AoR.  Perhaps your team chooses to operate on a .mil or similar rank system - all those details are for each Patriot and team to work out for themselves.

But here is the reason it is important to actually stand-up some sort of functional organizational infrastructure: In the event of SHTF/WRoL, there will be Patriots like me who travel, at least regionally, for Intel purposes, to lend aid and support where possible, to help coordinate supply runs and other logistical needs.  When a Patriot from outside of your AO arrives, in order to be of any utilitarian value to you and your team, he will need to make quick and covert contact with all of your Leaderless Resistance Leaders.  In order for you to make use of whatever aid & support he is able to provide, you will need infrastructure to ensure that widgets and supplies get where they need to be. You will need to provide your out-of-town ally with a safe place to be, a safe place to phone home, a safe place to heal (perhaps).

All of those needs are satisfied by the mundane, boring infrastructure that you should be setting up now, while you can.

The only cavalry coming is you and me.  Let's make certain we can find one another when we must, but also that 3B gets where needed in an efficient manner.

Begin by standing up infrastructure in your county.  Repeat in neighboring counties as necessary.

How can you connect (initial contact) with other Patriots in your AO/Region?  Start at the III Society - then get together offline.  We all have work to do, and we are all behind schedule.

Your Combatives Reality

I know many of you think your Combatives skillset is sufficient.  Some of you are correct.

Most of you are mistaken.  If you don't think you are going to have to share punches and kicks with Bad Guys in this counter-revolution in the name of Liberty, you are not being realistic.

Too many of you put way too much faith in that steel (or Tupperware ;) you carry.

The guy above is the Mayor of Jerusalem.  I don't think I need to explain the caliber of his security detail.  Shin Bet and Mossad are among the best in the world in many martial skills - and I can tell you from personal experience, tangling with any of those folks will test every martial skill you've got as well as your martial spirit.  If you have an ounce of quit in you, it will surface in a ruckus with a Shin Bet or Mossad pro.  One day I may tell a few of you about a former Mossad lass who taught me a few lessons in Colombia.

The Mayor of Jerusalem and his high-quality team are always on alert - and a single Palestinian with a knife was able to breach the cone.  The Mayor had to defend himself as his security detail clicked into action.

If he has to be prepared to personally handle a surprise blade attack by a Bad Guy, while at the center of concentric rings of security by the professionals who have his back, you'd better believe you need to be ready for the same.

Shoot.  Move.  Communicate.  Resist.

I hope you read between the lines and understand just how important it is to learn how to break a bastard with your hands - or at least stay alive long enough to deploy your weapon.

Patriots on the Couch

Some people in our community are full of shit.  Full Stop.

Many are sincere - serious as a heart attack.  These men and women will go to the Green when it is time.  If you are sincere about going to the Green, please stop procrastinating and get yourself some more training.  Max can teach you the basics if you are an absolute cherry, and he can take you to high-speed, low-drag levels of excellence as your progression warrants.  Here's his 2015 training schedule.  Sparks can get you the same level of training in Comms.  Here's his schedule.

But there remains another portion of our community, a much larger portion, who are also as serious as a heart attack about contributing to this fight for Liberty.  And I would contend they are every single bit as important as those men and women who will go to the Green - they are the Auxiliary.

These are the men and women who will stand as aegis for the Patriots in Harm's Way.  They are the men and women who will hide us, feed us, clothe us, heal us, give us Intel, and look after our families when we are away.  These are the men and women who will, hopefully, one day write the history of how Liberty was preserved on Planet Earth for just a bit longer.

Max and others are helping teach the tip of the spear.

In my opinion, and it is an opinion shared by many of my allies, not enough is being done on a large-scale to help prepare the Auxiliary for what Evil this way comes.  You can expect the III Society and other allies to begin focusing considerable energy and resources on helping our Auxiliary get prepared - in knowledge and materiel.

Resources: This is a big issue for me, and I have mentioned it many times.  I will keep hammering it until we achieve some level of parity with the Enemies of Liberty.  The Left - those bastards who want you DEAD - are very well financed, with Soros and Bloomberg money, just as 2 examples.

Where are our benefactors - not those of you who often help when and where you can - I mean, where is our Beck, our Koch, our pipelines of real resources so we can actually make a run at securing Liberty?

If you have any suggestions regarding how we bring a pipeline online, I am all ears.

As for the Auxiliary - speak up.  Let us know what you need, what you want, so we can pre-position supplies and teach skills you will need in our imminent future.

Personally - I have no time and ZERO patience for circle-jerkers.  Liberty was NEVER handed to anyone - except the 75% or so of American Colonists who were able to enjoy Liberty because of the sweat, blood, tears, lives and Sacred Honor of the III Percent who went to the Green and that small percentage of Auxiliary who supported them.

April 19th has a history in America.

Have you considered how you intend to respond this year?  Are you going to lie back and think of England?  Are you going to merely grumble online and be grumpy around the house and family because you are being maligned by your ideological enemies - enemies who intend and work every single day of their miserable fucking lives to eradicate all you hold dear?

No - it is not yet time to shoot the bastards.

Nor is it time to sit and pop Xanax while merely pounding the keyboard.

We have serious Patriots all across America.  Some of you have one serious buddy.  Some have two or three.  Some of you have more, or militia.  I am not going to tell you what to do on April 19.  That isn't my place.  But I am going to tell you this: DO FUCKING SOMETHING.  DO FUCKING SOMETHING in every state, in every county.

Do SOMETHING that lets the Enemies of Liberty know you are NOT responsible for Timothy McVeigh.  Do SOMETHING that tells the world you ARE John Parker, NOT some some victim who will EVER be Waco'd.  Do SOMETHING that makes it clear to the world you will NEVER bend knee and lick the hand that offers to feed you.

You MUST do SOMETHING that telegraphs to the world you mean it when you say Liberty or Death.

You have to decide what that SOMETHING will be.

(Recognition of important persons and general declaration of appreciation for my invitation; gratuitous joke about Baptist preachers being long-winded and my assurance to act contrary to the norm.)

"So, to my point today.  In keeping with the expectation of a non-sectarian address, let me point out then from our own State's Constitutional Preamble the position of our State's founding fathers and authors of the founding documents this quote, "...  of the goodness the Sovereign Ruler of the Universe.."  Expressing just a few phrases beyond the continued need for His aid and guidance not just for our State's founding but for it's continuance.

Now, allow me to suggest and encourage this body to emulate the character of our Sovereign Ruler and God as it applies to this body's function.  As His Hand was publicly recognized, so let me very briefly and humbly present that while His Sovereignty does indeed continue unbroken even until now and beyond, He also allows men free course to choose and to live as each may determine.  And that is not inconsistent with His Purpose.

Even with regard to His greatest Provision for His creation - that being Salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ by faith - He forces none to accept that high and Holy sacrifice.  Rather, while being Sovereign over the affairs of men, He does not micro-manage any one particular person nor group.

Freedom of that choice and action as well as all others in this life is left to the individual.

Being a Natural Law Violating F*cktard is a CHOICE

Good Communists & Good LEO are becoming synonymous

There is a common phrase thrown around by intellectual midgets on many "Patriot" blogs: Your skin color is your uniform.

I can't be bothered to argue down to that level of Stupid.  In all honesty, I don't think I could even try without permanently fouling my synapse-firing widgets.  But this post isn't about the brain-damaged Souls who like to blame their own inabilities to navigate the world on the color of some other person's skin.

This is a post motivated by a commentor who dropped by recently and took exception to his perception that this blog, and me in particular, are anti-LEO.  Someone sent him here, apparently commending this blog to him as a resource.  I think someone was having fun with him - but that's another story.  He commented here.  Murphy - I am not mocking you - you simply wandered through the looking glass.

All snark aside: I am not anti-LEO.  I am anti-asshole.  Not every man and woman who wears a badge and gun for a living is an asshole.  I know this to be fact, because I have met a few.  Do I think they would absolutely refuse to enforce unconstitutional laws at all times?  Nope.  Do I think they use as much discretion as they find possible, when they are able?  Yep.  Would I prefer they refuse to enforce any and every unconstitutional law?  Of course.  But I am a realist.  I'll take what I can get until the paradigm changes.  I am simply one man among many who are working to change that paradigm.

"Defending the Natural Rights of fellow Citizens" isn't really the mandate of LEO in America any longer, is it?  For every LEO that I personally would consider a fellow traveler, I shudder to think how many other LEO stack charges on people, even lie to stack charges on people.  How many find it acceptable to flashbang a baby in a crib?  How many share the Gabe Suarez worldview?  And every man and woman wearing a badge and gun who remains silent while their fellow LEO behave that way can not, under any circumstances, be put into the fellow traveler category.  It is not enough to handle such bad actors "in-house".  For any decent Human Being currently wearing a badge & gun - unless you are willing to slap cuffs on your fellow LEO when they break a law for which you would arrest a civilian - you are part of the problem.  You are guilty.

Until recently I had an ally who self-identified as LEO.  I let him closer than I let most people.  One day he began to reveal his true nature behind the facade he presented to the public.  He revealed himself to be simply another taxpayer-funded, Thin Blue Line defending, back-stabbing PoS who in the Us-vs-Them reality in which we live, chose to be Them.  One excises such cancers, ruthlessly.

He has been excised.

Extirpate - it is a Lifestyle.

Bottom Line: Do not judge any individual based solely upon any factor that is beyond his control.

Your behavior is your identifier.

Your skin is never your uniform.

Your uniform is your uniform.  The uniform you put on every day is a choice.

If you are currently wearing a badge & gun for a living, prove to us that we shouldn't immediately IFF you based on that uniform in our current reality.

The time is coming when even the most reasonable Americans will take IFF decisions through a scope, without a conversation.  And they will not take responsibility for your failure to have proven yourself a fellow traveler when you were able to do so.  That's on you.
