Lawfare as a Political Weapon? No Way, Dude! If you catch a case, YOU DESERVED IT!

I am often amazed at the ability of otherwise sensible people to slip back into Normalcy Bias and Cognitive Dissonance when it suits them. I see it all the time, even among our little piece of the blogosphere. Poke their beliefs (or desired outcomes) just a bit too much, and they go Armadillo, curling up into a defensive ball praying the threats to their security will just go away.

The US DoJ has an average 95-98% conviction rate. How many agencies in .Gov have a competency/proficiency/efficiency capability of 95-98%? If you don't understand the 'Why' of such high conviction rates - if you can't connect those dots - you are beyond my ability to help. I hope you truly comprehend the notion of "Polygonal Battlespace".

LGoPs - How to win Liberty in RevWarIII - in a week

After the demise of the best Airborne plan, a most terrifying effect occurs on the battlefield. This effect is known as the rule of the LGOPs (Little Groups of Paratroopers). This is, in its purest form, small groups of pissed-off 19 year old American paratroopers. They are well trained. They are armed to the teeth and lack serious adult supervision. They collectively remember the Commander's intent as "March to the sound of the guns and kill anyone who is not dressed like you" - or something like that. Happily they go about the day's work...

Little Groups of Patriots. Each group conducting their own Liberty Restoration operations to clear their respective AOs.

Leaderless Resistance, following only the Commander's Intent.

Commander's Intent: Restoration of Rightful Liberty.

How: In the absence of orders, find something Evil and kill it.

Bring the materiel of war with you from home, but forage on the enemy... use the conquered foe to augment one's own strength.

Historians claim that perhaps 3 percent of Colonists took arms and fought the British.

Today, I am not sanguine that we have 3% of any subgroup in America willing to fight for Liberty - and certainly not 3% are seeking DoI/BoR flavored Liberty.

But the title still represents that will, that mettle, grit and spirit to live as free men in a genuine state of Liberty.

By any means necessary.

The arms of the Militiaman are the birthright of every American, for use as needed to defend our unalienable Rights.

Those who would be our Masters, those who insist upon infringing upon our Liberty are enemies of the republic and of humanity.

We will resist with ballots or bullets.

The choice is yours.

Enemies of Liberty are ruthless. To own your Liberty, you'd better come harder than your enemies..
