I am a Constitutionalist.  I believe the Constitution is a document written in Good Faith, though executed by men of Bad Intentions.  In all my years in the online Liberty Community, I have read and heard many whiney complaints - yet never one, single, detailed and well-articulated plan in written form that comes close to the USC as a document for governing men at Liberty has been put forth.  Because not one of them has the ability to do it - no matter how superior they like to think themselves in their circle-jerking bubbles.

I have said before, and will again: With 535 people in Congress like Max, Mullenax, CA, Brock, Kenny, et cetera - this nightmare in America would end in a week.  There'd be a whole lot of twisted panties out there as EBTs get shut off and so forth, but the slavery would end right f'n now.  (No, I am not naïve - the sudden existence of a Congress filled with such men would lead to the same civil war to which we are all headed now, just from a different angle.  That's why I remain certain that two-way violence will soon replace the current one-way violence in America.  Until the parasites or the host is dead, the fight must be fought - it is the nature of things.)

I've seen many thumbnail sketches of how '...it should be done...' - but never has anyone presented to us a detailed and finished document for consideration.  Until that happens, and until that document impresses me as being superior to the USC - it's all a bunch of noise. Ya got yourself a lot of nuthin'.  The DoI, USC & BoR remain our only legitimate touchstones.  

Meanwhile, the men of Bad Intentions continue to tighten the harness.

The fight for Liberty is already underway.  In my opinion, counter-violence is imminent - because there are men who mean to be Masters among us, and there are men who mean not to die as slaves.

Restoration, then Secession, if that is your choice, is a legitimate, prudent and moral plan.

However, during that fight, and afterward, if you do not have a written, articulated plan we can consider and agree upon, you are a Useful Idiot or a target, not an ally.  You are aiding those who mean to be Masters.

I won't suffer either of you.

I am often amazed at the ability of otherwise sensible people to slip back into Normalcy Bias and Cognitive Dissonance when it suits them.  I see it all the time, even among our little piece of the blogosphere.  Poke their beliefs (or desired outcomes) just a bit too much, and they go Armadillo, curling up into a defensive ball praying the threats to their security will just go away.

The US DoJ has an average 95-98% conviction rate.  How many agencies in .Gov have a competency/proficiency/efficiency capability of 95-98%?  If you don't understand the 'Why' of such high conviction rates - if you can't connect those dots - you are beyond my ability to help.  I hope you truly comprehend the notion of "Polygonal Battlespace".

240 Years Ago this morning

By now, 240 years ago, the British that had set out to Lexington and Concord had been chased back into Boston.

15,000 Colonial Militia surrounded Boston.

Why did the Militia not move into the city and throw every Loyalist and Regular into the sea?  I think it would have been prudent, in hindsight.  But the realities on the ground were what they were.

Washington penned of the events: "...the once-happy and peaceful plains of America are either to be drenched in blood or inhabited by slaves."

We are at that place once again, as even our Founders suggested would happen.

This time, we know the stakes.  This time, we will know to run the fuckers into the sea, and sleep soundly that night.

Jonas Parker: Died this day 240 years ago, standing his ground...

"History, Roman history," says Everett, "does not furnish an example of bravery that outshines that of Jonas Parker. A truer heart did not bleed at Thermopylae. He was the next-door neighbor of Mr. Clarke, and had evidently imbibed a double portion of his lofty spirit. Parker was often heard to say that be the consequences what they might, and let others do what they pleased, he would never run from the enemy. He was as good as his word; better. Having loaded his musket, he placed his hat, containing his ammunition, on the ground between his feet, in readiness for a second charge. At the second fire he was wounded and sunk upon his knees; and in this condition discharged his gun. While loading it again upon his knees, and striving in the agonies of death to redeem his pledge, he was transfixed by a bayonet; and thus died on the spot where he first stood and fell." - Link is here.  Jonas and Captain John Parker were cousins.

240 Years Ago, right about now...

...local Militiamen began mustering in Lexington.

Earlier in the morning, Gage ordered a mounted patrol of about 20 men under the command of Major Mitchell of the 5th Regiment of Foot into the surrounding country to intercept messengers who might be out on horseback.

What have you done today to prepare yourself for the Evil that this way comes. or to honor the actions taken long ago by your Countrymen who meant to be free?  This is not a snarky measurement of devotion - I am curious how you spent today, and how you plan to spend tomorrow.

Florida Streetlamps

They are calling Florida part of the 'Pilot Program'.

They can call it whatever they want - but some folks in the DC Metro know this is not the first bit of this technology put into the field.

But now, it is coming to your AO.

I will once more counsel you: Never assume you are not being watched, by someone or something.

That doesn't mean you see lions and tigers and bears, oh my, behind every blade of grass.  It simply means, do what you are going to do, just be aware you may not be as secret-squirrel as you'd like to think.
