Stay the course...

Did I ever tell you about the little red corpuscle who was swimming in the bloodstream of a horse?

This little corpuscle was always in a hurry.  One day, he decided to play hooky from the school of red corpuscles, so he told his teacher he had a headache.

Well, this was a mistake.  As he swam down the main artery, using the Australian crawl, he came to a fork in the stream - it was high tide.

The little red corpuscle took the fork on the starboard side.  He proceeded to swim lazily down the new stream when disaster suddenly struck!

The little red corpuscle was swallowed by a huge virus.

The virus' name was Cyrus.

Thus, our moral:  Never change streams in the middle of a horse!

Remember how many 'Tough Patriots' pee'd their panties over this one...

Battle Buddies Working Group: Sidebar ---->

The top 3 widgets on the sidebar are where I'd like folks to focus this afternoon.

#1 Widget: Sign up for email updates.

#2 Widget: Sign up for your own IIIPercent.com email address.

#3 Widget: Send us an email if you want to participate in the Battle Buddies Working Group, described in the post below.  More than 80% of our Patriots are alone or seriously under-manned.

We intend to fix that problem.

III Patriots: I'm Alone & Fook'ed - Battle Buddies Poll - BUMP

I promised I'd try and help solution the issues revealed in the Battle Buddies poll.

49% of you are, essentially, alone in your AO.  At least, that's what you think.  (You may not be wrong!)

Another 20% of you only have 1 person you trust to meet you on the X.

Another 21% can only muster 3-5 people.

Do that arithmetic and you see a fundamental problem facing the community.  A solid 80% of serious III Patriots are under-staffed for the Evil that this way comes.  All bravado aside - all the training and morale in the world will not overcome simple numbers in a serious scrum.  And when you factor that the number of people who actually answered the poll is a minor percentage of the daily audience of this blog (fewer than 4%), and extrapolate those numbers out to the broader Patriot community and even larger Liberty Movement - we've got an existential problem at the most fundamental level of our "Resist" mandate.

If we can't find a way to form into effective teams against Team Commie, we lose.

Losing to Commies is, historically, a bad thing.

What can we do?  There is much we can do to make the most of what we have.

But the simple reality is that these particular conversations are best engaged at least one step removed from the Clear broadcasts of a public blog discussion.  We don't need to go Secret-Squirrel, but we don't need to make it easy for our enemies our the *ahemcoughfuckthem* 'Patriots' who invest as much time trying to undermine real progress for Liberty as they do being constructive.

Here's how I'd like to proceed:

1) If you have not yet signed-up for a IIIPercent.com email, please do - here's the link.
2) Send an email to me using this link.  I will use the emails that arrive to build a list of Patriots who want to be part of an email Working Group on how to best move forward and make real-world progress and connections.
3) I'll accept emails through the week, and we'll begin discussions Monday June 8.
4) We'll go where the discussions take us.  I know for a fact we have serious, smart and motivated Patriots who can make a difference, especially if we put our minds together.
5) What this Working Group will NOT be: A C&C discussion on running ops against Enemies of Liberty.  This is to address the fundamental problems we are having as we try to make connections with real Patriots in our AOs, and how best to remedy that problem, and how best to move forward to build on our gains.

Once again - here's the IIIPercent.com email sign-up link.  You do NOT have to have a IIIPercent email addy to participate.  But part of our problem is separating wheat from chaff and basic morale & cohesion.  So consider starting with an easy first step.  Don't worry about the 'donation' request on the page.  Donations are helpful to do the work we do, but results are the important outcome at the moment.

Email me here to be added to the Battle Buddies Working Group.

We've got this.

Thank you to everyone who has signed-up for a IIIPercent.com email address, and to everyone who has chipped-in to help defray costs with donations.

None of the projects could be possible without your help and support.

This audience, and the III, grows every month.  Never hesitate to zip us an email if you have an idea for what we can/should consider as a project.

Be sure to use your IIIPercent.com email address whenever you post on Commie sites across the web - making their heads explode without wasting good powder is always a goodness thing.  You get extra points if you make them pee themselves over the internet.  ;)

NSA Bulk Collection a Problem? Just Change the Name...

Cheers were heard when NSA bulk collection authorization 'expired' the other night.

It had become tainted, with a bad reputation.  Some people thought a victory had been won.

So, they simply change the name and carry on.

They don't even bother changing the details, anymore.

It's called dropped optics.

This is not new.  Afterall, we used to call Communists Communists.  Then we called them Liberals.  Now they are simply Democrats - and most Republicans.  (Most Republicans are simply Pinkos.  And to be fair, many Republicans are merely Soul-less whores in expensive suits.  Verbiage is important, donchakno...)

PatCon: 49 Days Out...

The 2015 Idaho PatCon & Prepper Rendezvous is now 49 days out!

The PatCon Crew opened up the registration buttons and other essentials in the last week or so, including online raffle tickets for Front Sight training certificates, offered by one of our Patriots.  See the 'Raffles Page', here.

If you are coming, please head over to the site and get registered, so the Planning Committee can properly factor for such things as hot dogs and potty-huts, et cetera.

And yes - WiFi will be available - no need to bring your cell hotspots.

Here's the primary PatCon page.

See you all there!

IIIGear: Rothco Double Ender Duffle

Rothco canvas 'Double Ender' duffle.

OD IFF Patch
That's my personal bag in the picture above.  It has a full gi inside, and you can see there is still plenty of room.  That's my personal KA-BAR (with custom quick-draw sheath - which is f'n awesome, by the way) in the pic, just for scale.

Just like the other Rothco canvas gear offered through IIIGear, this bag has endured my torture-testing and held-up better than the 'wonder-cloth' gear.  The bag has classically good lines, and the end pocket is roomy for gear you want separated from the main compartment.

As usual, you can order the Double Ender without a patch, with the Spartan Helm or the III Society Patch.  As usual part II - do NOT order the III Society version unless you are a member in good standing.  We carry it in either OD or Brown.

You can also order your bag with an OD or Sand III IFF patch - all options are in the drop-down menu.

Sand IFF Patch
From Rothco: Rothco's Canvas Double-Ender Sports Bag features a water repellent heavyweight canvas material. The bag has a 6 1/2 Inch extension end pocket and a 5 1/2 inch internal pocket. Additional features include a detachable shoulder strap and sturdy canvas carry handles. This canvas bag is great for long trips and sports equipment.  Bag is 30 inches by 13 inches.

OD IFF Patch

My personal bag is OD, on the left, with the III Society patch. The one on the right is brown, with a Spartan patch.  I have used my bag for more than a year, and it has held up wonderfully.  I recommend these bags without reservation.

Ideal for heading to the dojo or wherever you are headed.

Also great for your teenagers - these bags can take abuse.

Sand IFF Patch
You may order OD or Brown, without a patch, with a Spartan patch, or a III Society patch.  Do NOT order the III Society patch unless you are a member in good standing.

From Rothco: Rothco 19" Canvas Shoulder Bag features a heavyweight cotton canvas with zipper-end pocket, detachable & adjustable shoulder strap and web carry handles.

In stock, ships within 24 hours.

Rothco Canvas 19" Shoulder Duffle

III Gear: Paratrooper Shoulder Bag

Rothco Vintage Canvas Paratrooper Shoulder Bags
My personal bag is on the left, with the III Society Patch.

III Gear is offering an outstanding shoulder bag from Rothco.

The bag is canvas, and designed along the lines of the vintage Paratrooper Shoulder Bag.

I have been using one for several months, and have found it to be excellent.  I use it primarily to carry my personal stuff to and from the studio - tablet, phone, dead-tree writing portfolio, books, et cetera.  It has plenty of room when you need to pack it full, and it collapses elegantly when you are carrying a light load.  It has great construction and lines.

We are offering it in several colors, with patches.

Use the drop-down menu to select the variables you want for your bag.  If you are buying more than one, just add each choice to the cart, then check out when finished.

In stock, shipping within 24 hours.

**NOTE**  DO NOT order the bag with the III Society patch unless you are a member in good standing.

As always, proceeds help us continue forwarding III Projects.

From Rothco: Rothco's Vintage Canvas Paratrooper Bag offers classic styling and functionality and features 3 inner compartments great for storage of books or gear, 1 outer compartment w/ snaps and a fully adjustable shoulder strap. Overall dimensions are 15" x 11" x 4".

MVT: Training Evolution

Details, here.

Here's a thought for folks: If you train, train, train, and SHTF - it'll be a relatively easy transition for you.

Consider if your training, training, training today is all couch-based.

Anyone want to contemplate what the transition will look like in that SHTF moment?

Nucking Fasty - that's what it'll look like...

Guest Post: Emily Disraeli - Making the Grade in Today's World

Making the Grade in Today's World

I understand, life is a competition and to be successful you must participate, you must compete to the best of your ability. Intelligence, athleticism, age, gender every facet of our being can be used in our favor or against us. From an early age, girls compete for popularity, maturity both physically and mentally and yes even beauty. So many young women struggle under the pressure, the competition that might very well lead to success or crippling failure. Society expect this, nay, demands this and so women compete.

Now, as a mature woman, one who has competed and came up lacking in beauty, athleticism and superior intellect, who, dare I say is just average, now I am presented with the newest enigma society has unleashed.

Bruce 'yes damn it ' Bruce Jenner has rolled out his feminine side for all the world to see and be amazed at. I will be the first to complement the medical or is it magical arts that transformed this man into what looks like a woman.

So what, and that is a big so what, has this to do with the world? Am I now expected to compete with little Brucie for the right to use the woman's rest room, the changing rooms at the mall? Will I have to rummage past the new s/he bra and pantie set to find my size?

I have had enough, HE will never be a woman, HE never was a woman and I don't care what anyone says, HE will never know what it is to be a WOMAN.

Listen up world, I will not play your game, I will not compete with this abomination, I will not call HIM a she, her, Ms., Mrs. or any of that placating garbage. I will not participate in this mockery of all that is feminine.

I have had enough.

- Emily Disraeli

Not everyone in Hollywood should be considered Ditch Mulch...

Vince Vaughn recently sat down with the British GQ and really shared his opinion on gun rights and the 2nd amendment – and if you’re a fan of gun rights you will absolutely love what he had to say.

“I support people having a gun in public full stop, not just in your home. We don’t have the right to bear arms because of burglars; we have the right to bear arms to resist the supreme power of a corrupt and abusive government. It’s not about duck hunting; it’s about the ability of the individual. It’s the same reason we have freedom of speech. It’s well known that the greatest defence against an intruder is the sound of a gun hammer being pulled back,” Vaughn said.

“All these gun shootings that have gone down in America since 1950, only one or maybe two have happened in non-gun-free zones. Take mass shootings. They’ve only happened in places that don’t allow guns. These people are sick in the head and are going to kill innocent people. They are looking to slaughter defenseless human beings. They do not want confrontation. In all of our schools it is illegal to have guns on campus, so again and again these guys go and shoot up these f***ing schools because they know there are no guns there. They are monsters killing six-year-olds.”

“Banning guns is like banning forks in an attempt to stop making people fat. Taking away guns, taking away drugs, the booze, it won’t rid the world of criminality,” he said.

I've always found Vince Vaughn to be a very funny guy.  Now I know he's also smarter than the average Hollywood bear...

The Premise is Sound...

One of the [Jedburgh] teams operating in advance of Seventh Army was Team Packard.

Deploying from Algiers on the night of 31 July, Packard, under Capt. Aaron Bank [codename: Chechwan], jumped into the Lazare Department, a region of forested mountains and small cities near the Rhone Valley.

Caught in the middle of various political squabbles between Communist and Gaullist partisans, they provided assistance to both groups but worked more closely with the non-Communist elements, initially arming and training them, and then accompanying them on occasional forays against railroad bridges and tunnels.

When the Germans began to withdraw following Patch's breakout from the ANVIL beachhead on 19 August, the partisans stepped up the tempo of their operations, harassing the Germans with roadblocks and ambushes and providing intelligence and all possible assistance to the advancing Allied forces.

To the end the various resistance factions continued to compete with one another, each attempting to be the first to liberate the French cities and towns.

Exuberant Frenchmen feted Bank's team with wine and food and even offered free service at a local bordello.

Aaron Bank.  40 years-old when he was accepted into OSS.

Went into Harm's Way and trained men and women who were willing to fight.  And he fought with them.

Before there was SF and CIA there were men like Bank, Donovan, Fairbairn and others.

While SF, SOF, CIA, et al are capable of making heroes - never forget that it was heroes who made those organizations, with sweat and blood and common sense.

Be that guy.

For the record: Aaron Bank was a life guard prior to joining the military - at the age of 40.

Be careful how you judge the man next to you, or yourself, based on 'credentials' alone.

An afterthought: If you are a true Warrior, or man of action, do not let doubts slow you down when those around you are too unprincipled, too self-serving, and/or too stupid to do the right thing.  Here are two paragraphs relating to another serious bad ass and Patriot, Hans Tofte:

For all his distinguished service and incredible wartime feats, things eventually soured for Tofte in civilian life. Like many warriors, he discovered that the skills needed to survive in a wartime environment bear little resemblance to those needed in a peacetime bureaucracy. He remained in the employ of the CIA during the 1950s and 1960s until being unceremoniously booted out in 1966.

...

Here we see a theme played out countless times in history: a man of action, perhaps resented by his peers and having worn out his organizational welcome, finding himself given a final push out the door. Men of ability invariably arouse envy among those who prefer to lurk in obscurity behind the comfortable partitions of stifling bureaucracies. So it has always been.

Stand tall.  Fuck the cowards, idiots and life's losers.

You do you.  Losers and Bad People tend to wallow in their own shit until they die.

That's always worth a grin.
