WRSA Comment Vivisection re: Huntsville Call Out

I have a comment below copied from Pete's shop regarding the Huntsville gig currently scheduled for July 29th.  I am pleased it was written by someone who chose to go Anonymous.  This vivisection is warranted because of the fundamental misrepresentations the author chose to take (or mistakenly took in good faith - not sure which) regarding the gig.

My opinion: If the bad PR of a hundred spectators in the courtroom who have each driven 300 miles gets the city to stop prosecuting, it’s constructive. If it doesn’t get the city to stop prosecuting, it’s not just a waste but actively destructive. It shows willingness to play on the Bad People’s field by their rules because they’re seen as “legitimate”. I have a similar opinion on the victim spending his time and money on fighting inside the Bad People’s court system.

Imagine if all the people willing to drive to attend would instead donate their gas money to tow his trailer to some new real estate lot outside of this jurisdiction. If the victim prefers to believe in the Bad People’s legitimacy over functionally resolving his problem, then he’s part of the larger problem and shouldn’t be assisted to continue to run towards the wrong goal.

Vivisection:  

Sentence 1 - The author either chose (in bad faith) to misrepresent the entire premise of going to Huntsville, or he simply did not comprehend the simple, written Mission parameters.

The purpose was never put forth as being to ...stop prosecuting... 

The Mission is to stand in court with an American who is facing Tyrants on the issue of Property Rights.  Therefore, the Mission was clearly defined and well-articulated as simply attending the hearing.

Sentence 2 - If it doesn’t get the city to stop prosecuting, it’s not just a waste but actively destructive. It shows willingness to play on the Bad People’s field by their rules because they’re seen as “legitimate”. 

We've already demonstrated that the Mission is NOT to stop prosecution on July 29th.  We are there to observe, support, report, and if needed, determine follow-on activities.  So the assertion by the author that a failure to stop the prosecution demonstrates a willingness to play on the field of the Bad People is wrong.  It is also wrong to claim Patriots would lose any legitimacy - because no legitimacy is tied to the prosecution.  The only way Patriots surrender ANY legitimacy is if we fail to attend.

Paragraph 2, Sentence 1 - Imagine if all the people willing to drive to attend would instead donate their gas money to tow his trailer to some new real estate lot outside of this jurisdiction. 

This is surrender, pure and simple.  If Truitt chooses this path, so be it.  It is his life, his fight.

But for a 'Patriot' in these times to suggest this as a recourse is frightening.  

I will not be part of such a course.

Two suggestions have been floated regarding raising funds for this event.  The first was at WRSA - DTG suggested someone set-up a fundraiser for Truitt to cover legal fees.  I still think this is a good plan.  But, no one has done it.  Imagine that.  All Talk, No Walk sadly represents more than 99% of the Patriot Commentariat.

Second suggestion was from a III Patriot who suggested a fundraiser to help defray the costs of travel for III Patriots headed that way.  This, too is a great idea.  The revenue needed will be relatively small, to ensure Patriots can attend and not have to cover all expenses on their own.  If even a small percentage of III Patriots throw a few bucks into the hat, we can make this a relatively painless Call Out.  My thought is to pass the hat and then hand-out gas cards to Patriots who attend the hearing.  I'm open to suggestions - and either way, I'll get something set-up by Monday.

Observe, support, report.  That is the Mission.

Keep it simple.  Keep it attainable.  Lay the Ground so you win, regardless of the outcome.

We win by attending and accomplishing our Mission.

If the pols, bureaucrats and Judiciary back-off, we win.

If they murder us for standing in a courtroom - well, it sucks for us, but the Movement will then move.  That's a win.

Hearing for United States Marine Corps Veteran who is being unconscionably harassed by Huntsville .Gov for daring to live in a home within the city limits of which they do not approve.

This is a request for III Patriots who consider Huntsville to be in their AO: We would like Patriots to muster in that courtroom and show support for Tyler Truitt as he stands before those who mean to be his Masters.

Support Truitt and his Significant Other by simply being present.  Send a message to those who mean to be Masters in your AO that this is an Intolerable Act.

RoL is DOA

...then under what set of Rules do we exist, and should we exist?

We ran a few polls recently:

96% of you say Rule of Law is dead.

82% of you agree that you are personally ready to participate in a black-bag-a-commie-for-mommie Op.

94% of you re-affirm RoL is dead, and it is time to respond in kind.

Now, don't get me wrong.  I know these polls are not even close to scientific, and the pool of people answering those polls are of a shared and non-mainstream political worldview.

But, does it matter, even one little bit, that the people answering the polls, in such overwhelming affirmation that it is time to go to work, represent such a small percentage of the populace?  It didn't matter to Sam Adams and his boys on the docks.  It didn't matter to Patrick Henry or most of the others who gave birth to this republic.

So now what you need to think about, very seriously, in the dead of night when you are not able to sleep, in that very quiet place in your own mind where you do not even allow your husband or wife of fifty years to enter: If Rule of Law is dead, that means that the rules which governed our upper-paleolithic hunter-gatherer aunties and uncles are in effect. (They always have been, but that's a topic for another cheery day.)  That means you can't trust anyone to treat you fairly, under any circumstances.  It means that when you are stopped by LEO, he may choose to put his M4 in your face, because he can.  He may shoot your toy poodle, because he can.  Banks can simply hold your money, because they can.  If you make it to court, you will lose, because the Rule of Law is dead and the Rule of Man is in play.  They will win because they can.

What has changed since Heller and MacDonald, in real terms, regarding 2A?  2A has lost ground in every major Blue state in the republic (the states that elect Presidents), 2A has lost the biggest fight since 1934 in the Obamacare "Prohibited Persons" designation which is already expanding the number of "Prohibited Persons" via "Mental Health" and has your doctor reporting to Herr Wolf.  And people are braying for secession, as if those Blue areas will never choke them off economically, starve them like Ukrainians, and then move in and take those precious guns from cold, dead, famine-clenched hands before re-claiming the valuable land.

If you believe in your heart that Rule of Law is dead, are you going to continue to live under what they decree to be "Law"?

If not, then you'd better have your war-face on.  You'd better have your Go Bag and tools of war with you, every moment.  Because when they confront you, whether at your home, at your office, on the subway, in email from some local bureaucracy, at the pizza place for lunch, or on a traffic stop, their Law gives them the Right to kill you, where you stand or sit.  They do not need a reason.

Personally, I only see one way to return the Rule of Law in America - Hit those bastards so brutally they BEG to reinstate the genuine Rule of Law to protect themselves from us.

But we decide when, and if, that happens - not them.  Crying "OK!  We surrender!" is a suckers move, and if you stop then, you are just laying the ground for your kid or grandkid to have to face it all over again.

Ladies and gentlemen, it is time and you had best un-fuck yourself.

I started writing online 5 years ago, in support of my first published political book.

Here's an analysis based on everything I have done with you in the last five years, my life experiences prior to that, and what I see in the world in June 2015.

Small groups of Patriots are prepping, training and improving their positions for The Big Ugly.  Not enough are training seriously, not enough are - blah, blah.  I'm speaking to the few who are actually doing work, not the vast majority who are just wasting days of their lives by pecking on keyboards.

Fact: No event in modern America has riled people on a scale approaching the Boston Massacre, Boston Tea Party, the march toward Concord for munitions and rabble-rousers, or Sumter.  Make no mistake, events of equal scale have happened, several times, but the response of We the People has been a shrug, a waggled finger, a shake of the head meant to connote frustration and maybe even anger.  But nothing has been of significant magnitude to lead men to arms.  The Return to Sender gig ruffled feathers across the country - that is a fact.  Tempers flared.  But no one punched, tarred & feathered or drew a bead on a Tyrant or one of his Enforcers over it.  (Agreed - we did what we intended to do, and we dared Sparky to make a move - and he did not.  Still a bit curious over that one...)

Bundy came closest.  Americans did muster, with arms displayed and with full intent to use them if their line in the sand had been crossed.  Once again - Sparky chose to stand down.

The Waco Massacre (Waco I or the recent Waco II biker gig) has not led anyone to the Green.  TPP has not, either.  Flying airliners filled with 3rd World people into the country and turning them loose hasn't sent anyone hunting.  The fraud of the Dollar and manipulation of gold that has made a mediocre cut of steak $15 and hamburger nearly $4/lb at the market hasn't sent anyone out poaching, much less poaching Tyrants. The list of 'Intolerable Acts' could be argued to be long - except that most Americans choose to tolerate them.

So: I must conclude - based not on mere speculation, but exhaustive evidence - that there will be no Lexington, with a follow-on Concord, without a serious, paradigm-altering event.  Something along the lines of a sudden financial collapse that makes most people literally hungry.

Political outrage isn't going to do it.  Moral outrage has proven to be a dead strand in the DNA of most Americans.  The overwhelming majority of Americans - 99%+ - have demonstrated time and again they will endure most any shame or degradation imposed upon them by those who mean to be Masters.

Prep and train, folks.  Meet people who think as you think.

But unless you are willing to start this fight, or Team Evil does something stupid, this is over.
