The fact that he and I disagree as to what constitutes 'justifiable self-defense' is a fair disagreement.
What truly frightens me is the very, very large percentage of Liberty advocates who hue and cry about topics such as the Battle flag, green tips, gay marriage, yet are absent at scrimmages. 'Not one more inch' and 'No more free Wacos' and 'Will not comply' and 'Not on my watch' and 'That's an Oath I will not break', on, and on, and on... while the Enemies of Liberty march onward without impediment.
**Note** I use 'Hue & Cry' in the traditional, Common Law sense. Look at how many people claim to see a crime against Liberty, call for something to be done, then - nothing...

Take Your Measure, Patriots.
In 2001 the Taliban used dynamite to erase it forever from the Earth. The Taliban has proved time and again they will kill for that which they believe.
Cultural Cleansing of their enemies.
This morning in Columbia South Carolina the Battle Flag from the State Capitol Grounds was taken down as people cheered and mocked. Nearly 13,000 South Carolina men died during the Civil War beneath that flag. Today, six men with nothing but sidearms took it down, and were not even heckled.
The people who wanted the Battle Flag and all it represents cleansed from our culture didn't have to kill anyone. They didn't have to raise their voices. They signed a few papers.
That is all.

COLUMBIA, SC —
Law enforcement officials from a half-dozen agencies are bracing for possibly huge crowds at the State House Friday for the 10 a.m. removal of the Confederate flag from the grounds.
They also are preparing for trouble. Columbia City Council met in emergency session Thursday night and passed a 30-day ban on all private guns and knives within 250 feet of the State House. - here

ThreatCon Orange for Region IV Patriots
Given the circumstances in South Carolina our Team has raised the ThreatCon for Region IV to Orange.
Orange: A threat may be imminent, based on hard Intel that action against Patriots should be expected.
This raised awareness is for Region IV, but Ground Zero is obviously the State Grounds where the Battle Flag ceremony will take place at 1000 Eastern Time.
We recommend other Regions remain at ThreatCon Yellow until circumstances warrant a change in posture.
If you are a III Patriot in Region IV you should elevate your readiness and be hyper-vigilant of events taking place in Columbia. If the Columbia AO goes hot, you should immediately elevate to ThreatCon RED and implement your Team's protocols.

Calling the Commandments “religious in nature and an integral part of the Jewish and Christian faiths,” the court said the monument must go.
Gov. Mary Fallin has refused. And Oklahoma lawmakers instead have filed legislation to let voters cut out of their constitution the specific article the justices invoked. Some legislators want the justices impeached.
Fallin’s action seems a harbinger of what is to come in America – an era of civil disobedience like the 1960s, where court orders are defied and laws ignored in the name of conscience and a higher law.
Only this time, the rebellion is likely to arise from the right.
Certainly, Americans are no strangers to lawbreaking. What else was our revolution but a rebellion to overthrow the centuries-old rule and law of king and parliament, and establish our own?

Then consider: If Patriots send Pickets and Sentries to every Battle Flag and every monument of the Commandments, and to every Bakery under assault, are we not ignoring Sun Tzu?
The time is coming, Patriots, when you will be forced to choose - continue living on bent knee, or fight. If you choose to fight, then you will be forced to decide how you will fight. Fighting in courts and voting booths have proved futile. The soapbox is even more futile, as our culture has been compromised. If you choose to get physical, you can defend a static X - such as a flag pole. Or you can Go Hard and take the fight directly to those who have forced you to the Green. But doing nothing will brand you as worse than the Enemies of Liberty.
As you read PJB's piece, let it hit you just how fully compromised our society has become, and overlay the 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto. Connect the dots.
Adjust your aim appropriately. Fight where, when and how it will lead to victory. After the fight, you can hoist any flag you wish, anywhere you wish. But Liberty will not prevail if you choose to remain at home. Clean your front porch, and help your neighbor clean his. If your neighbor is part of the problem, fix it. You have Enemies of Liberty in your AO - focus on that. Encourage them to stand down. But first you will have to Stand Up!
This much is a certainty: There is going to be a fight.
They mean to be your Masters. It is personal. Return the favor.

Thus Nancy Pelosi was quoted shortly after being shut-down on the House floor.
Her outburst reveals a determination to injure her Republican counterparts. This is the state of our national politics. It is mirrored at the state level, local level, and outside of official political circles in our communities.
Below is the text of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights articulates acts the US Government may never violate. Today in 2015, not one clause in one amendment can be claimed to be free of infringement, if not outright violation, by the American Political Class. Those politicians act at the urging of those who vote for them, so it must be acknowledged that the American People have no significant opposition to those violations and infringements. While some Americans may complain, none have as yet followed the footsteps of Captain John Parker or Pierre Gustave Toutant-Beauregard.
