AR-15 Ban: California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York

Not so much.

If you live in one of these states that oppresses your Constitutional and Natural Rights to own an AR-15 - why are you still living there?

Whatever your reasoning to remain in these states filled with petty tyrants - you do have the means to put an AR-15 into your hands.  The Feds have no regs or laws against you building your own AR.

The technology for finishing your own AR lower has been simplified to a matter of nearly being foolproof.  An 80% receiver is one that requires three simple operations before it can be classified as a 'firearm'.  Mill out the fire control pocket and drill two holes.  You can do this on a simple workbench with the help of a jig, drill press (or router) - or if you are genuinely motivated, hand tools.

Full retail cost of an 80% lower is typically about $60.  Then you finish your rifle any way you choose with uppers, sights, et cetera.  Do some research.  Just because you live in a state filled with tyrants doesn't mean you need to be tyrannized.

The 'big-tent' theory is usually counter-productive, partly because the people inside the tents try to coerce others to agree with them on the most minute points of their dogma, but also because their dogmas are unable to coexist because they are, truly, fundamentally different at the molecular level.

The 80% rule applies in big-tent theory.  If you can agree on 80% of the subject matter, you should be able to tolerate the 20% with which you disagree.  Yet a fair and reasonable bit of reality also exists - there are some topics and positions that simply preclude any cooperation.  

Patriots can not accept welfare.  End of discussion.  Patriots can not work for the Police State and oppress their fellow Americans with unconstitutional, immoral and unnatural laws. No genuine Patriot can possibly tolerate those behaviors as 'legitimate differences of opinion'.  Those issues are as matter is to anti-matter.

Trump is more-correct on essential issues than not.  He is most certainly more correct, on more issues that directly affect me and my household, than is Hillary Clinton.  The third graf quoted above that discusses Trump's dismissal of Political Correctness is, I believe, the key to winning in November.  The louder he can heckle and mock the PC crowd, the more often he can hammer them with tier own hypocrisy, the more receptive voters will be to his candidacy.  Nobody likes to be told what they must do or how they must behave - it is an emotional connection he can play like a fiddle.

Make no mistake, Donald Trump's harkening to 'Law & Order' memes is highly problematic for genuine Liberty.  But given the weight of positions and policies on which we agree, I'm willing to let his actual definition of 'Law & Order' be revealed by his actions, as he works on those topics such as immigration on which he is clear.

The fight for Liberty will always be a fight of the minority versus the majority.  It is a marathon.  If Trump steps in the direction he tells us he will step, our collective positions will improve to fight the next wave of those who mean to be Masters.

For the record, PJB would make an unsurpassed inner-circle advisor to a President Trump.

Thomas Jefferson condensed and penned the entirety of Human Liberty into a single sentence.

Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others.

To my mind, that is the most articulate, concise and eloquent explanation of the American ideal of Liberty ever offered.  It is what you and I must keep at the fore of our minds as we fight for Liberty - it should be our North Star.  When you are about to put a round down range or a knife in a neck, literally or rhetorically, rub that touchstone and be true to it, and God will approve.

Pig Farmers

When I was young a common pejorative when discussing Communist Russia (USSR) was 'Pig Farmer'.  As the story goes the average Communist, represented by the Russian Pig Farmer, had the following outlook on the world:  Pig Farmer Alexei owned 2 pigs.  Pig Farmer Vlad owned 3 pigs.  So, Pig Farmer Alexei called the KGB and demanded that they come and kill one of Pig Farmer Vlad's pigs, thus restoring equality to his world.

When Pat Buchanan comments about his pessimism for Western Civilization, it is because ideological Pig Farmers are no longer simply mental midgets found behind the Iron Curtain. The Pig Farmer ideology has infected America to Her core.  The rationale of the Pig Farmer - I will make myself better by taking from my neighbor - is so entrenched and commonplace in the masses of American citizens, it goes unidentified by most.

98% of Americans working for the Federal Government are Pig Farmers, doing unconstitutional work.  An overwhelming percentage of state & local government employees, politicians and bureaucrats are Pig Farmers who accept taxpayer money as compensation for imposing and enforcing unconstitutional and immoral laws, regulations and codes upon their neighbors.  

Almost every single politician and bureaucrat in America is a Pig Farmer - either sharing the ideology or slopping the Pigs.

Every single American who accepts .Gov 'benefits' - but for wounded .mil vets and those who have accepted less than they ever 'contributed' to the system - is a Pig Farmer.  There are no genuine Patriots on welfare.  There are no genuine Patriots accepting medical entitlements - simply another form of welfare - from Medicare, Medicaid of Social Security 'Disability'.  These are parasites on the productive elements of American society, and nothing more. 

If you believe that Marxists, those who mean to be Masters, Liberals, RINOs, Pig Farmers and their allies pose a direct and existential threat to you and your family, then you simply must conclude:  that any and every man and woman who votes for such politicians, every business and political organization that supports and facilitates such politicians and bureaucrats, every single person working in those organizations, and every person who remains employed in extra-constitutional .Gov positions - from the head of the agency to the private sector employees who work in the cafeterias for those agencies - and every single person and family that benefits from the redistribution of wealth imposed by .Gov is a direct and existential threat to you and your family.

If, in the face of the awareness that those people pose existential threats to you and your family and you choose to do nothing, you willingly and willfully become part of the evil that oppresses Liberty.

These are the problems.

Here is the solution: Use the word 'No'.  Earnestly deploy the words 'Fuck You' in the face of Pig Farmer attempts to force you to remain on bended knee.  Get back on your feet - for you are, right now, on bended knee and tolerating their violences against you and your family.  Back up your words as existentially as they mean to perpetually impose their will upon you.  Surrender your attachment to the comforts and security that you have traded for the false 'freedom' and 'liberty' you lie to yourself that you possess - for that Liberty and freedom is an illusion.  It is extinct.  It is a sickening joke.

The phrase 'Liberty or Death' once meant something profound, because it was spoken by men who meant it to be more than a slogan on a tee shirt or bumper sticker.  It was a rally cry put upon the air by armed men who meant to kill or die before bending knee.

Embrace the premise that it is morally justifiable - indeed, it is a moral obligation - to extirpate any and every man and woman who would dare impose their will upon you in unnatural, unconstitutional and immoral manners.  Get off your knee and back on your feet and live in the freedom and Liberty gifted to Humanity by our Founders and the original III Percent Patriots.

The Liberty and freedom provided by our Founders and the original III Percent Patriots who went forth and extirpated the King's Men has been stolen.  Our birthright has been taken by those who mean to be Masters.  They use force and threats of force to keep you on your knee.

Stand the fuck up on your feet, Patriots.  Be the Americans our Founders envisioned.

There is no other place on planet Earth where the ideals set forth by our Founders can exist.  

There is no other People or Culture on the entire planet who will embrace, permit or even tolerate the existence of the state of Rightful Liberty as articulated by Thomas Jefferson.

There were no welfare parasites in the original III Percent.  There were no FedGov employees standing with John Parker at Lexington.  There were no members of the Police State standing post at Concord waiting for the British.  Those guys all worked for the King.

Today, as then, real Patriots stand against the forced confiscation and redistribution of wealth.  Real Patriots condemn the waste, fraud and abuse of welfare - we do not cash the checks.  John Parker died of tuberculosis without ever taking a penny of taxpayers money for his own health care.

Real Patriots believe in the right of free association - not coercive efforts to make you toe the lines they draw.

I promised this community many years ago that I would take point and face whatever the Marxists threw my way, so that others could work below the radar.  I already had a spotlight on me, and I am emotionally suited for facing headwinds.  It was an easy decision to take.

My goal today is the same as it was stated in my book 'Our Fathers Weep' - the restoration of Rightful Liberty.  That means, among other things, an end to the welfare state and Police State.  Over the last several years I have carved a toe-hold - with the help of MANY of you - toward those goals.  We are making headway - which is why I am taking fire from members of the Welfare State and Police State who try to camouflage themselves as 'Patriots'.  Make no mistake, 99% of FedGov jobs are unconstitutional, and nothing more than welfare for people who could never cut it in the private sector. 

The 'Liberty Movement' and 'Patriot Community' have been infiltrated and corrupted by organized Marxists, directing welfare parasites, provocateurs and Quislings to try and thwart our efforts.

I am not a 'Patriot Leader'.  I am not here to be followed.  I am not here for fame or praise - my media policy demonstrates that definitively.  I am not here to be liked - I really do not care if you like me or not.  I do not care what is said about me by ideological enemies.  They simply do not matter.  If you genuinely want Liberty, we can work together - even if we do not like one another.  If you turn out to be a poser who talks the talk while walking in the shoes of a welfare parasite or worse, we will part ways and it will be ugly.

I shared my intended path on this blog and invited like-minded Patriots to walk with me if they wished.  Today there are people and families here in North Idaho who Holly and I met over the years from all over the country.  We told you we were moving here, and we did.

When good men do nothing...

The surest way for a person with private interests to get a meeting with Secretary of State Clinton, or a phone call returned by her, it seems, was to dump a bundle of cash into the Clinton Foundation.

Of 154 outsiders whom Clinton phoned or met with in her first two years at State, 85 had made contributions to the Clinton Foundation, and their contributions, taken together, totaled $156 million.

Conclusion: Access to Secretary of State Clinton could be bought, but it was not cheap. Forty of the 85 donors gave $100,000 or more. Twenty of those whom Clinton met with or phoned dumped in $1 million or more.

Politics in America has devolved to an ugly perversion of what it should be, and what it could be.  What should be an art of persuasion has become nothing more than an art of coercion.  The first appeal among rational and civil men should be to intellect.  Failing in reason, one may attempt rhetoric.  Both are morally acceptable, even if the latter is a bit less tasteful.

Yet today most people default to coercion almost immediately when they fail to get their way through dialectic and rhetoric.  "Think as I think and do as I tell you to do, or I will hurt you.  I will cast aspersions, I will attack your business, I will banish you."  Sadly, those tactics work too often against the weak.  Even more sadly, good men rarely stand in moral and righteous indignation any longer when such coercion is in play and on display.

And therein we return to one of our most fundamental problems of the day: When good men do nothing, Evil prevails.

Either too many good men have taken the decision to stand aside, or we are in a severe deficit of good men in America.  Either way, it is not difficult to see where we are headed as a result.

HRC: ‘Radical Fringe’ Is Taking Over G.O.P.

You know she is talking about you and me, correct?  Whether you self-identify as alt-right or conservative, militia, III or Blue Dog Dem - she lumps us all together into a single 'to be dealt with' category.

I do not fit neatly into any political category to self-identify with a label.  Even 'Jeffersonian republican' doesn't fit me sufficiently comfortably to take the label.  I do self-identify as a 
III Patriot, but only because it is so narrowly defined in my mind.  Welfare Lane and Daffy Dodge have vastly different definitions of what is or is not a III Patriot.  

But like the socio-sexual hierarchy of Alpha through Omega, it often matters more what other people decide to label you - especially in regards to their intentions.  I have been tagged as a 'Sigma' more often than not by people who genuinely understand the paradigm, and by the people who judge me, that is what matters in their minds.  

But none of that will matter when HRC decides to hunt her political enemies.  Everyone from Mitt Romney to PJB will either bend knee or face her wrath.

Is Donald Trump any better?  Of course he is - but do not for a minute think that the III will not fall under the boot of the Law & Order bureaucrats he'd put into positions of power.

There is only one path forward that leads away from Slavery and the death of Liberty.

Burn it to the ground.  Extirpate each and every Enemy of Liberty.  Start fresh.

'Start Fresh' in my mind is the USC as ratified and intended, prior to Marbury.  To this day I have not seen a better, more realistic guideline offered by all the armchair 'thought leaders' in the blogosphere.

If we win, we can quibble.  Until then, you'd better understand you and I are nothing more than targets to both political parties.

Mentally Ill Part 2

There is a trait we see among some people that is consistently self-destructive.

It is the inability to call it quits on a behavior, even though the behavior is no longer necessary for the survival of the person, and obviously self-destructive.

Drug dealers demonstrate this all the time.  Despite having tens of millions of dollars in stash houses and personal accounts, they remain in the business long after they have amassed sufficient wealth to retire comfortably and provide for generations of their offspring. The same 'character flaw' is obvious in many businessmen.  Politicians demonstrate it all the time.

Despite having been First Lady, with all that entails, HRC felt the need to become a US Senator. Then she went to Foggy Bottom - and despite more wealth than she would need for several lifetimes of opulent living, she could not stop herself.  She cut deals using the power of her office for obscene personal gain.  Here's the piece.

It becomes obvious that a mental flaw is driving such people to accumulate power, not wealth.  At some point it is no longer about the money.  Something in their brains refuses to permit them to sit back and relax comfortably.  They must have control over the fate of other people - and that is a mental illness that should be culled from the gene pool.

Your fellow Americans, your neighbors, other parents who serve with you on the PTA - stand ready to willingly put her and her team in charge of the institutional power of the American government, knowing fully that she will work to rid our society of every remaining trace of people like you and me.
