FYI: You will often see the attacked hold onto the attacker's arm through the technique's conclusion, and give it a little twist and pressure. It's far more complex to get that nuance into muscle-memory, but here's the gist: Once your attacker is down, you decide if he ever uses that wrist, elbow and/or shoulder again - in a simple moment.
