  1. Lon Horiuchi. Primary sniper at both Waco and Ruby Ridge. Claims that he never fired a shot at Waco, but there were twelve 7.62x51 casings recovered from his firing position. He sent the message to the Davidians that there would be No Quarter.

Eric Holder was at DoJ, working directly for Janet Reno at the time, and was involved in the decision making process to dispatch FED officers to continue and escalate the standoff.

    Personal Responsibility. Personal Consequences.

    NEVER FORGIVE
    NEVER FORGET
    NEVER AGAIN...

  2. Lon Horiuchi is a piece of shit who disobeyed orders at both Waco and Ruby Ridge-he should have been tried and convicted of murder, but since he was .gov inc. "law enforcement" charges were brought, but dismissed..
At least Randy Weaver and the surviving family members won the civil suit against .gov inc.
POS Horiuchi was charged with manslaughter-but the case was the case was dismissed by U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge on May 14, 1998, who cited the supremacy clause of the Constitution which grants immunity to federal officers acting in the scope of their employment.
Why should pieces of shit like Lon Horiuchi get immunity?
