You read that properly.
Your neighbors 'feeling of safety' trumps your Constitutionally-protected Natural Law Right to self defense by use of 'Assault Weapons'.
This is why the Constitution did not enumerate the authority of the Judiciary to be the final arbiter of what is, or is not, Constitutional,

All the wanks who are hung up on the "supremacy clause", and who are clinging to their ill-gotten belief that "the supreme court is the final ARE_BITER of the Constitution", are gonna be in for one hell of a shock, when they finally wake up to the fact that We the People are the final arbiters of what is, and is not Constitutional.
ReplyDeleteWe neither need, nor will tolerate any court to tell us what is, or is not Constitutional. The document speaks for itself.
And as for those who believe otherwise, we have an electoral process for removing them - it's a referendum, held under Rule 308...
Open voting will be coming to your town, soon.
Don't miss out.
Buy your ballots, now!
Got LOTS of ballots here :)
ReplyDeleteAmen. Every payday, buy some of God's money, and some freedom ballots. These are His gifts to us, for our protection and improvement...
DeleteWhen are you keyboard warriors going to understand the Constitution is dead. It's deceased. All your bloviating and blustering don't add up to a hill of beans. Your comments about "soon" and "rule 308" is so much foolishness. Your thoughts are appreciated but are basically....bullshit.
ReplyDeleteStop with the fantasy remarks. They mean nothing.

ReplyDeleteJack, I'm not impressed with your poor use of the Latin. Your effort at the Alinsky falls short. Very short.
DeleteI almost have to belive this was designed to be overturned. Can we lock up a religious group or discriminate because "it reduces perceived risk and makes the public feel safer" or maybe it does just pave the way to open internment camps.
ReplyDeleteHey, what about MY feelings of safety? The more shots I hear, and I hear a lot, the safer I feel. How come that doesn't count?
ReplyDeleteHell, one of my neighbors runs a selective fire every so often. Makes me feel downright comfortable; maybe it should be required.
