They are killing your kids, your grandparents, your dogs ,your husbands, your wives and all in the name of obstruction. Florida’s state statute 843.02 is the one that allows them to kill and imprison citizens in our state. By simply “opposing” an officer, you are guilty of a crime and may be bankrupted trying to defend yourself. Again, ask yourself who was behind these statutes that have shredded the constitution and our freedom.
Please remember that these are supposed to be public servants. I say its time to get rid of the tax payers burden these jack booted thugs have become. We as Americans and a so called free people do not need or want them. The cops have become the enemy of the people. They are the hand maidens of the politicians and the face of tyranny.
Seeing how court decisions under this section have already determined that mere words or simply tensing your arms can be considered resistance without offering violence, it seems this section is unconstitutional as it violates the 5A at the least.
It would be interesting to read the proceedings of the various court cases under this section.
Now, K, you end by saying this is the "face of tyranny". In the absence of the people rising up to put down this corruption it seems your words are merely rhetoric. I did mention, 'the people' but of course that is a euphemism for each of us as citizens and individuals. If it seems I am pointing fingers I am also pointing at myself. Yes, I am guilty as heck for not rising up to combat tyranny. So rather than give me a 'fuck you,, get off my blog', I ask why aren't we rising up (by whatever means necessary) to quell this kind of tyranny? This brings me back to the question I asked several days ago; will you have my back...no one wants to die in vain or be swallowed into the darkness...will you rush forth to pick up the charge?
This points to how necessary is communication. You are making serious inroads to establish and maintain those channels. So, I applaud your efforts. Yet, is the redoubt a place of last refuge or a HQ for nation wide efforts in resistance? I resent casting doubt on the redoubt. I merely wish to express the serious requirement for organized resistance. From an outsider, the argument can be made that your efforts can be the nucleus for a 'red dawn' movement. That movie should have had a sequel, think of your efforts in that way. We, citizens of the United States of America have been given the means to achieve that. But we are too chicken shit and full of doubt to exercise that. In the meanwhile we seek alternate means such as making plans to lay low.
I don't believe in criticism unless also offering solution. Therefore, I have proposed that we inundate the legal system and simultaneously seek to engage every means available to the citizen per the founding papers of this nation.
I am so wordy on this because this is yet another example of thuggery; how much of these intolerable acts must we tolerate? Whatever one's persuasion, to not act in opposition is to tolerate. Meanwhile, the oppressors grow more bold.

Richard of CA: Small point - the words italicized are not mine. They were written by the author of the blog I linked. A small point, but important. I don't disagree with her.Delete
People are beginning to 'rise up' - a very small minority in America are genuinely understand and are dissatisfied with Red governance, and an even smaller subset of that group is willing to enter the literal Liberty or Death paradigm. But I know a goodly number who are there already. Now it is a matter of picking their moment.
The Redoubt is many things to many people. For me, it is an escape from overbearing bureaucratic tyranny (DC Metro) to a place where there truly is more freedom and liberty on the table. My family is safer here than they would be elsewhere in America. I have allies here, and more coming. It is not merely people who will stand shoulder-to-shoulder on the Green, but people who work together to put up food, to grow livestock, build infrastructure for that day when trucks no longer bring JIT goodies. Moving to the spot where I call home is, genuinely, stepping back in time as regards personal Liberty. It is not perfect, by any stretch - but it is a fine place to be when DC and every other hive implodes.
I have no problem with anyone fighting within the system. Look the bureaucrats in the eye and let them feel that they are loathed, considered insignificant in the world and a detriment to evolution of the species. Let them understand with your eyes that you think they'd look swell hanging from a rope by the neck. But don't do so with any expectation that anything meaningful can or will ever happen in the third leg of the .Gov system - afterall, their role has evolved to be one of gatekeeper, of stamping approval on every tyranny the other legs of .Gov put forward.
But, polygonal battlespace and all - We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France,
we shall fight on the seas and oceans,
we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be,
we shall fight on the beaches,
we shall fight on the landing grounds,
we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,
we shall fight in the hills;
we shall never surrender... ;)
Choose your time to step off the porch (and where you step) wisely. If you wait for the right moment, you may find many people stepping off at the same time. That is my hope - LGoPs.
Then again - the frog may just boil to death...
If that happens, just be content that evolution has decided that our particular mutation (The Liberty Gene) was unsuited for our fellow bi-peds, and thus, dismissed from the DNA of Man.
Add the push to rid the earth of all things Confederate as of late, to the mix. They are starting to push from several angles at once now. I know I have had it with all their bullshit. My wife and I are of the auxiliary sort due to health but we are ready to support. I scan headlines from across the country several times a day now, I feel we are close. You can almost taste the discontent in the air.ReplyDelete
Having grown up with Rotties, that dog wanst going in for a kill. If it was it would have run straight and true for its first intended target and tried to take it down. That dog was responding to the aggrivation of its master and if you watch, was trying to get close to its master to get reassurance. When the cop got in the way of that, the dog did what dogs do when confronted and scared.ReplyDelete
One other thing, that wasnt a clean death. Even if the dog should have been put down, put it down right. Dont be a f*&cktard and watch it suffer so you can get of on having your revenge against an animal. I hope sincerely if that cop ever gets shot they let him bleed out in agony. Now thats a video I wuld watch.
I watched the video. This incident happened 2 years ago. I knew I had seen it before. Happened in June or July 2013. Still pisses me off.ReplyDelete
