Enemies of Liberty are ruthless. To own your Liberty, you'd better come harder than your enemies..

This is my shocked face...

The federal judge presiding over the Trump University class action lawsuit is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, a group that while not a branch of the National Council of La Raza, has ties to the controversial organization, which translates literally “The Race.”  Here.  (Sorry for the WND link, but they have the story.)

Wait - no way!  Personal prejudices and personal interests from the Bench that threaten Truth, Justice and the American Way?

PJB weighs in, here.

If for no other reason at all I am looking forward to some of the scorched Earth Trump will create between now and November.  And if he wins, I do not see a man who will run to the center politically - at least not until he's razed the villages of his enemies.

I've got no problem razing the villages of enemies, for the record...

Trump/Khan 2016!

  1. Minorities have used the same tactic for decades saying that white judges and white juries cannot be impartial when it comes to justice in the case of minorities. But when Trumps concern that this judges racial and liberal prejudice may taint his verdict, he is accused of racism.

The left does not know how to react when you play the game using their tactics.

    1. Any nation in which the concept of Intellectual Honesty has become an abstract notion is doomed.

    2. Can't argue with that - or in other words, you can't reason with 'stupid'.

Some of that lack of cognition is genetic... but the rest is the result of commies running our public schools into the ground in order to turn children into adults of exactly the fashion to whit you speak - incapable of sound, reasoned thought and judgement.

Yet, regardless of origin or causes, a pile of horse manure by any other name...

    3. Reminds me of a line I once heard as a Good Guy was about to dispatch a Bad Guy.

"I weep for the child that was, for the man who might have been. But the man before me must die."

There comes a point when every man must be held accountable for his actions, one way or another, regardless of what 'might have been'.

    4. That which might have been, is seen only before the Face of God; but unto each man goes the duty to observe the Truth and the Law, and to each according with his own account - whether he be good or evil; and such to be ascertained as Jesus our Lord taught us - "By their fruits shall ye know them", and He also taught us, "For with what judgment you judge, you shall [also] be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again". Amen.

Therefore: Justice demands the Law, even as the Law demands Justice; for they cannot be one apart from the other; and just as surely, the evil man shall not be separated from the hellfire which awaits him; even should God and man mourn for what he may otherwise have been, but still, what a man chooses shall be his reward, and what he prefers most shall he receive in abundance.

And even as it is with each man, so it is also with nations of men - that which they choose shall be their reward, and that which they prefer most shall they receive in abundance...

  2. Judge Carrilo belongs to the Hispanic National Bar Association who sent out this press release last year.

Washington, DC – The Hispanic National Bar Association represents the interests of nearly 54 million Hispanics/Latinos in the United States, which is approximately 17% of the U.S. population. By his recent derogatory remarks about Mexican immigrants, Donald Trump’s disrespect of such a large segment of the population of America is not only unbelievable, but outright wrong. His comment that Mexico only sends rapists and criminals to the United States reveals a racist nature that cannot and will not go unnoticed by the Hispanic National Bar Association nor the Latino community.

Those who seek our highest public office should attempt to engage all Americans, not divide us. His comments are clearly divisive and racist and do nothing to promote equality and justice for all. Trump’s statements reveal a bias that all Americans should reject and respond to accordingly. We cannot stand silent and allow Trump to promote such racist and discriminatory behavior. This is the time for all Americans to take a stand against his insensitive, offensive and untrue statements.

The HNBA calls for a boycott of all of Trump business ventures, including golf courses, hotels, and restaurants. We salute NBC/Universal, Univision and Macy’s for ending their association with Trump, and we join them in standing up against bigotry and racist rhetoric. Other businesses and corporations should follow the lead of NBC/Universal, Univision and Macy’s and take similar actions against Donald Trump’s business interests. We can and will make a difference.

  3. North Georgia man asked to remove Civil War display from yard: wrcbtv.com/story/32157040/north-georgia-man-asked-to-remove-civil-war-display-from-yard

    I truly wonder how this
    will play out.
Moreover, when push comes to shove,
I wonder if any support in his AO will
(or not) rally to help defend his cause.
And if not, I will hold my breath in anticipation waiting to hear the cravenly dishonest excuses
and cowardly scapegoating they will use
    to justify their bullshit.
Much in the same way that the usual suspects
of fire breathing, chest thumping, keyboard
    commandos did when they changed
the name of LaVoy Finicum to LaVoy who?

    1. There are an awful lot of 'Patriots' in the Georgia/Carolina areas who should be making contact with this guy and planning a stand.

However, I suspect nothing substantive will happen except another whimpering defeat for Liberty. We've seen the brave League of the South act - oh, no we didn't. South Carolina dropped her flag without so much as a single protest sign at the Capitol.

This guy in Georgia is fooked if his safety depends on the 'online Patriot movement'.

    2. Uh, yeah, League of the South. They had a cause custom made for them and right in their own back yard. Stugots. I found it amusing when Hines said they were working with the legislature. I read where Haley is bringing in more Syrians to SC. Guess they're working with them on that too. ;-)

  4. How is that "No Fort Sumter" and
cucking for the respectability of your
    enemies working out for everyone?
