Ohio Voters Choose to Opt Out of Health Care Mandate

Voters went to the polls yesterday in Ohio and told FedGov to eat it on ObamaCare.

Good on them.

What will happen in Ohio if the Supreme Court tells them they must buy-in...

Could they be the first to follow Russell's advice and DumpDC?

Here's the story.

  1. Yes...but the Buckeyes also voted to shit-can the new law limiting public sector union job collective bargaining. I guess they're gonna milk that teat 'til she dries up and blows away.

  2. Opponents argued state law can't trump federal law

Seems like we've had this argument before.:)

  3. Nah, they'll fold.

Texas did, once the threat of airport closures was made.

States are too dependent on Federally fleeced funds to be independent. Once the milk cow dries up and keeps demanding, then we'll see.

Cuz, as I've said before, to be independent, you have to be...wait for it...well, independent!
