Remember, as we pontificate over what is right or wrong, moral or not, Constitutional or unconstitutional, which branch may do what, when and how, this one simple reality: The Executive Branch has all of the guns and bullets.
Judicial, Legislative & Executive Branches are equal, only so long as the Executive chooses to permit that facade to remain in place.
You've seen the DHS stories about .40 cal ammo purchases.
You know what they intend to do. You know why they are buying bullet-resistant cubbies.
My question to you goes back to a conversation we had a few weeks ago: Does your arsenal include anything that can eat .40's? Do you have body armor that can stop .40's?

The purchase by Bush's and now soetoro-obama's DHS, of tens of millions of PISTOL rounds is indicative of fed .gov wasting more fiat money. If one has to go to guns against DHS goons, I'd hate to be the DHS goon confronting Patriots armed with 5.56mm, 7.62x51 and 39mm, and 12 gauge, while I'm standing there wearing my DHS-emblazoned windbreaker waving my .40 cal Glock around.
When the III discovers DHS buying hundreds of millions of rounds in 5.56 and 7.62, THEN it is time for utmost concern. Until then, the pistol ammo purchase is only another example of Fed .gov waste and abuse of our fiat dollars.
