  1. In answer to your question, no, I don't.

But as to the looks of them, and the things they ask upon registration, they are purporting themselves to be a national organization with regions, command, etc.

They require all sorts of information from prospective members to include full name, zip code or city, military experience or not, and a statement that you will agree to join your state group within 72 hours of approval.

They give nothing other than the home page information.

They boast over 500 pictures of 'Threeper' patches and have a picture gallery with 100 pictures available, most of which are aimed at recruiting...

    Caveat Emptor.

  2. No, but I just visited. Didn't even get past the home page and they're already hammering me with rules and dues.
Dues for what? The privilege of talking trash? I do that for free on my blog and I encourage different points of view (arguments) and I don't mind the F word.

  3. they link to someplace called 'united american front'.

And of course, just today, a bunch of 'American Front' would be terrorists (!) were raided in s florida..

  4. I found them and couldn't remember seeing any of them posting/commenting anywhere. I offered to buy a banner ad to cross-advertise among our Patriots, and get a LOT of static. It's interesting none of us interact with any of them, huh?

I'll just be walking away from them.

    1. You are all wrong. we are an organization dedicated to the restoration of our constitutional republic. we began this page in Jan. 2012. Yes, we are a militia. We operate within the guidelines of the constitution and believe in the rule of law. We have rules and regulations and require info up front so that we do not have the wrong people trying to enter. You are scutinized up front before approved for membership. We have a small dues to pay for our website and blogtalk radio. we also have other incidental expenses. We work for a peaceful solution but train to resist socialism. and will keep and bear arms in accordance with the constitution and bill of rights. If you are not a true patriot, are not dedicated to the defense of our nation and constitution, are not serious, we do not want you. We are not a social group.

    2. Okay. Who is "we"? Basically, words are cheap, trust is not won cheaply. Prove what you say.

  7. Those guys are a frat-boy spin off operation. Original fans of Mike V. I have them book-marked for over two years, but have never contacted them. I remember when they got started.

  8. Apparently the threeper community doesn't need to look any further for national leaders (TL's post).

The people at the linked site have set up a 'national command' and are now looking to appoint 'state commanders and state captains.' (Look down on their announcements to see this..)

So, it is another "national militia recruiting site". Can't be wrong about that, as it states such on the site.

In the last 10 years there've been several attempts to start a "US Militia." Most of the attempts used the auspices of 10USC,Pt311 as their source authority, and the good folks doing so didn't (and still don't, presumably) understand that if they use that as their source authority, as soon as Congress or the DOJ determines they want to rescind that authority, they are no longer 'authorized.'

Secondly, there never has, nor should be a "US" or 'national' militia. The militia properly belongs to the 'several States' and is recognized as such by the Constitution, meaning that each state militia is not under the authority of any other state militia, and is only under the authority of the central government when called into actual service. It follows that unless made so by specific agreement from competent authority such as a state militia commander (commissioned or recognized as such by the governor or state legislature) no state militias would fall under the authority of another state or so-called 'national command'.

Reason: The states are sovereign to the central authority and historically only allowed a portion of their militia to be called to centralized service (pre-war of Northern agression).

Now, as to their membership requirements, they're all in favor of the house, so to speak. The organization gives the basic boilerplate one can find on all sorts of militia/pro-milia sites, including the 'non-discrimination' clauses, and so on. So-called "applicants" are required to provide (as many know) all sorts of information to complete unknown persons and sign on to a 'national' organization before joining the local organization. (Can't be wrong about that, it's on the site front page.) Kinda backwards, but hey, it's their site.

Their stated discussion rules indicate the primary function is to discuss, chest thump, and otherwise spout off rather than train. Except for when they're taking pictures to put on their site. Reminds me of a certain pot-stirring site in/near Atlanta a few years ago. You can always tell when the site has statements like, "all true patriots" and so on.

Bottom line: Nothing is really wrong with what they're doing, and as long as they're like minded, and are using all the public domain threeper symbology, I can live and let live. When trouble comes, the chaff will fall away and they'll either stick or not.

I have a strong feeling, however, based upon the defensive 'tone' of the response from the threepercenter.net member 'Robertb', that won't be the case from that end. They'll be demonizing the people here and on other threeper sites most skosh.

  9. Reviewed their site some time ago. Asking for dues and much personal info, without disclosing their own info is, in my mind, a scam. Whatever they are they're scoundrels.

Smells like FED .gov to me.

  10. I wonder if I rarely make it into groups because I'm the wrong person or the right person.

  11. We are not a national militia. We are a state militia who happen to be co operating with each other. there is a commander and chain of command in every state.
It would seem that our organization and yours are of lioke mind and we should be getting to know each other rather than your people running off at the mouth without knowing what they are talking about. You can find me on FB under the name RobertBristowsr. The American flag is my profile pic.

    1. Robert: I have reached out several times to your organization and had zero response to my request to purchase a banner ad on your site for a month or so to do exactly as you suggest, which is to get to know each other.

Can you ask the proper person in your group to email me please so we may discuss the possibilities?

      Email: Kerodin@Kerodin.com

      Thanks,

  12. Robert, you're using some strong words for the company you're in here.

"If you are not a true patriot, are not dedicated to the defense of our nation and constitution, are not serious, we do not want you. We are not a social group."

"It would seem that our organization and yours are of lioke mind and we should be getting to know each other rather than your people running off at the mouth without knowing what they are talking about."

You might want to consider dialing back the "I'm better than you, and I'm legit" crap. Just a suggestion

  13. Wow. :/ I looked at their website today, what a load of crap. On their home page is this:
We are NOT a "Social Group"

But when the forum tab is opened there's this:
Three Percenters is a social network

It's always SO admirable when someone has their "shit in one sock", lol

Needless to say, I won't be joining.
