Get it?

  1. How is this wrong?
Let me count the ways -
    1. cops don't wear masks, thungs do
    2. no-knock raids are among the most abhorrent abuses of the 4th Amendment, and are patently unconstitutional. In point of fact, 40 years ago there was no such thing as a "no-knock raid" except in a few over-large and already exceedingly progressive cities such as New York and Los Angeles.
    3. When cops begin carying military weapons, and using military tactics, they are no longer Peace Officers - they are defacto Military forces used against the domestic citizenry...again, unconstitutional.

...I could go on, but I'll just call it "Bullshit" and suggest an answer -

Timely "Pizza Deliveries". To the mayor, the Police Chief, and the officer in charge of the "SWAT Team". Let 'em know that turn-about *IS* fair play -
They don't knock or warn, neither shall we.
They don't limit their use of force to the absolute bare minimum, neither shall we.
They engage in "guilty until proven innocent" street judgement, so shall we.

Sooner or later they'll get the message, because there are a lot more of us, than there are of them.

  2. I would add asset forfeiture to the "among the most abhorrent abuses of the 4th Amendment" category. Any public official or employee that takes an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States and then passes laws and/or engages in enforcing such a blatantly unconstitutional act should be tried for treason, found guilty, and punished accordingly...

But what do I know? Freedom and the "right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized" is fairly vague. Only a Supreme Court Justice could figure out what the meaning of 4A really is.

  3. Every violation of the Bill of Rights executed under color of authority ought rightfully carry a mandatory penalty of death by public hanging - both for the party(ies) directly responsible, and for every position of supervisory authority up the chain from the offending party (ies), along with forfeiture of all personal property and assets to the party (ies) abused in said violations. In addition to the personal penalties outlined above, the governmental agency (ies) who provided said color of authority should be subject to immediate review by the people of said jurisdiction, as to whether the agency (ies) should be immediately de-funded and dissolved.
This is particularly essential where said agency has "arrest authority".

Let them serve with fear and trembling, for otherwise they are of no good service at all...
